i sat my bag down and exhaled. it's currently 3:50 a.m. and i came to the gym cus ofc i can never really sleep anymore. and this little chest contusion been slowing me down a lil.

walking to the locker room i grabbed a ball and dribbled it on the court. i played my music and started with jump shots.

then i worked on 3 and layups and after that i moved on and started working on my handles. it got hot in here fast.

i dribbled around cones and then went to the weight room to lift. i did bench presses and then squats.

after that i looked at my watch and it read 4:46 a.m. it's been almost a hour which im not shocked when im locked in that's all i think about.

my music stopped which means someone is calling. i picked it up and saw liv's contact name.

"hello" i said wiping my face.

"you good baby ?? yo breathing sound a lil heavy" she said.

"yeah im at the gym getting a little bit of work in" i said.

"yeah its 4 a.m. why are we up ??" she asked.

"i couldn't sleep" i said.

"figures.. did you take yo sleeping pills ??"

"yes my body are use to them so they don't work anymore" i said.

"how'd you even know i was up ??" i asked.

"intuition. you never really sleep" she said making me laugh.

"yeah and you don't either" i said.

"but im about to head out and go shower. drink some coffee and do some early hw" i said to her.

"okay drive safe my love and text me when you make it home" she said.

"i will bae" i said. we said our goodbyes and hung up. i put everything back where it was and then walked to the locked room grabbing my stuff.

i put the ball back on the rack and headed out. im all sweaty and it's cold outside so i hope ion get sick from this.

once i got home i took a hot shower and then made some coffee. malia is still sleeping cus she's a heavy sleeper. she'll sleep through a shooting fr.

grabbing my laptop i sat down on the couch and started on some early work. it's gotten to a point where some days i can sleep and some days i can't idk what the problem is.

i picked up my phone and texted liv to let her know i made it home.

"hey" i heard as she touched my shoulder making me jump. my coffee wasted and my laptop hit the floor.

"it's just me" malia said.

"d*** bro" i said slamming the cup down on the table.

"im sorry i didn't mean to scare you i just heard noises" she said.

"great cus now everything is wet and my laptop is f*cking ruined." i said aggressively walking to my room.

"i said i was sorry" malia said.

"good ion gaf just leave me alone" i yelled slamming the door and locking it. i exhaled as tears filled my eyes.

life has been so hard lately like nothing is going right for me and it just keeps getting worse. i just wish i could go back to freshmen me.

when i was still happy.. when i could sleep at night. when i wasn't overthinking so much. when my emotions weren't everywhere. it's so hard.

i changed my shirt and then got into bed wiping my tears. i never meant to be mean to her im just emotional in every way possible for some odd reason.

"HEYYY" we yelled as maddy made her half court shot.

"love the energy guys.. that's it for today have a great rest of your day"'coach ivey said. we all headed to the locker room.

"so who all gone have a valentines next month ?? cus if you do i hope yall break up" kylee said making us laugh.

"d*** what we do to you ??" i said laughing.

"she get a man and think we being bitter girl goodbye" kylee said.

"right like how dare you get a man before me ??" cass said.

"bro it was literally this cute boy that wanted to talk to you and you said no cus he was only 2 inches taller than you" hannah said.

"now cass. be so fr" i said shaking my head.

"guys we talked about this, i want my man to be way taller than me" she argued.

"girl you're tall so how's that even possible ?? you gotta get what you can in height if he taller than you then that should be enough" i said.

"okay first of all messy we been got our crap together. we been doing good no arguments and communication skills are a 10/10" i said making them laugh.

"but they not tho. there different we can't explain it. they so lovely" cass said making me laugh.

we watched as everyone grabbed one. they so big cus the way some of em took a big a** bite like that is crazy work.

"hannah banana want one ??" liatu asked.

"im good thank you tho bookie" she said.

"grace wth is going on with you ??" i asked.

"yall my package still not here" she whined.

"girl that's why you acing weird about ?? a package" emma asked laughed.

"yeah cus those clothes are for my date with xavier and now i have nun to wear cus it's not gone be here on time" she said as tears filled her eyes.

"hannah come on now are you fr ?" sonni asked.

"don't laugh it's not funny and im really stressed" she said in between laughs and cries.

"aww poor baby.. i will take you to wtv clothes store you want" i said hugging her.

"you promise ?" she asked with a sniffle.

"i promise" i said with a little smile.

"okay thank you so very much. and don't be laughing guys im on my period okay" she said making us laugh.

"here you just need a little sweet" liatu said handing her a cupcake.

"and you too big back" she said handing me one making me laugh.

"now why am i the big back ??" i asked rolling my eyes.

"yall i just realized hannah really a emotional person" kk said.

"no fr the doctors tried to prescribe me some medicine talking bout some help with my emotions goodbye" she said.

"and you haven't been taking it have you ?" cass asked.

"nope ion need it" she said shrugging.

"and that's why yo ahh overly emotional." i said wiping my mouth.

afterwards i headed home and showered cus im gonna take hannah to find another outfit cus my girl done had a whole mental breakdown lol.
