i went to hannah's apartment and used the spare key to walk in. i saw her and xavier on the couch. a whole make out session guys.

"you guys done sucking each others teeth out ?" i asked making them pull away.

"yk you could knock" hannah said catching her breath.

"girl bye you never knock. i been in the bathroom naked and you still walk in without knocking let's not" i said making her giggle.

"wassup liv" xavier said making me smile at him.

"hey x" i said setting my phone.

"well imma be heading out. i wanna hit the gym before it gets dark anyway" he said standing up to stretch.

"okay drive safe and text me when you get there" hannah said walking him to the door.

"i will ma and preciate it" he said kissing her cheek. she waved him goodbye before the shutting the door.

i smirked and she turned around and walked towards me her cheeks were super red.

"never did i think i would come in here to see my best friend making out" i joked.

"doesn't he look so good" she said as she stared of into space with a smile on her face.

"mhm definitely" i said giggling.

"have you talked to ju today ?" she asked.

"yeah but she's sleeping, she's been having some chest pain" i said.

"aww is she okay ?" hannah asked.

"yeah she has a chest contusion.. her doctor wants her to sit out for 2 weeks and her coach and teammates have been pressing her to take it easy as well" i said.

"isn't that like when the chest have a bruise ?" she asked and i nodded.

"i gotta send her a get well soon message" she said to herself making me smile.

"grace is that a hickey ?" liv said making me quickly look at her and then down.

and right in the center of my chest was a bright red big hickey. lemme put a bandage on this cus folks be nosey.

"omg i didn't even know" hannah said making me shake my head.

"hannah-

"omg don't start liv. ik what im doing and im happy" i said making her stare at me.

"ik but yk im overprotective" i said with a chuckle.

"what did yall do ?? cus there's this new series on nextflix i been wanting to watch and i wanna make sure you ain't watch it yet" i said.

"he came over to surprise me and we did a little studying together. after we just watched tiktok" she said shrugging.

"good okay i got coffee cus it's cold and you have an addiction to it so you should grab snacks" i said making her laugh.

"hey now don't dtm" she said going to the pantry.

i walked to her room and set the movie up. a few minutes later she came in and sat the snacks down on the bed.

we didn't eat regular snacks like regular people for some odd reason. like ofc we eat them but we mostly just eat the strawberries and pineapples.

"what was bean doing when you left ?" she asked making me look over at her.

"he had just went to sleep. he wore himself out chasing his toy ball" i said and she nodded.

"liv can i tell you something ?" hannah asked making me look over at her.

"mhm wassup ?" i asked.

"has anyone ever told you got like.. how do i put this" she said making me chuckle cus ik it's finna be something outta pocket.

"you have thighs for days.. like when you're playing basketball i've noticed you got like those pretty thighs if that makes sense" she said making me giggle.

"no cus why when i was sitting by sonni she put her hand on my thigh and said that they looked good" i said laughing.

"see she get it" hannah said.

"lol i appreciate it" i said shaking my head as i laughed lowly.

she laid her head on my shoulder and i just excepted it cus she been clingy so it's wtv.

since im not practicing or anything im flying to indiana to surprise liv. she always came to cali so i think me going there will make her happy.

ofc i turned off my location and i asked hannah to pick me up and she thinks im dying at the moment.

i dragged my suitcase into the airport where i saw hannah. but she's not wearing her puff cus her hair is done.

"hey thanks for picking me up" i said hugging her.

"ofc i know this is gonna make liv so happy" she said as we walked to her car. i put my bag in the backseat and headed to her apartment.

"is she freaking out ?" i asked.

"oh definitely, yk she's overprotective and she worry a lot" she said.

10 minutes later we pulled up and i grabbed my suitcase i thanked hannah and dragged it to the door knocking a few times.

the door swung open and she was wearing her glasses, a hoodie and sweats.

"wyd here ma ?" she asked as we hugged each other.

"i thought why not come surprise you since i can't play basketball for 2 weeks" i said.

"come in. yo ahh had me worried something was wrong" she said.

"sorry boo, i didn't wanna ruin the surprise" i said setting my suitcase against the wall.

"i missed you" i said as she wrapped her arms my waist.

"i missed you more ma" she said.

"how's your chest tho ?" she asked i sat down on the couch.

"it's okay just a little pain" i said.

"well come on let's go to bed" she said pulling me up.

we went to her room and i plopped down on her bed exhaling.

"that plane ride was exhausting and painful" i mumbled.

"i can imagine" she said. i wrapped my arms around her waist laying my head on her chest. she lightly rubbed my back.

"you really thought something was wrong ?" i asked breaking the comfortable silence.

"hyy cus you always text back and then when i saw that yo location was off i was thinking the worst" she said.

"im sorry for scary you stink.. i just wanted to surprise you" i said.

"you good beautiful, it was worth it" she said.

i could feel myself drifting off to sleep cus i did have a early flight and i couldn't sleep on the plane cus i was uncomfortable.

"bae" liv said.

"bae" she said again.

"hm ?" i mumbled.

"you good ?? you breathing hard asf right now" she said making me look at her.

"mhm just a little chest pain" i said closing my eyes.

"don't gts ma" she said.

"but im sleepy and i had a early flight" i said.

"yeah and i understand that but ts is not safe. you could stop breathing in yo sleep if this how you sound. they ain't give you nun to help with this ?" she asked.

"yeah it's in my suitcase" i said lightly getting up.

"uht uht i got it ma" she said going to the living room. a few seconds later she came back and she was reading the bottle.

"hmm" she said handing me one with water and i thanked her.

she got back into bed and i wrapped my arms around her waist. im clingy so i gotta feel every inch of her and its cold lol.
