he couldn't complain, though, because he was finally able to go into the clinic. he hoped to get some answers, maybe even some that'd let him talk to sooa and explain himself to her. please.

chaewon's hand squeezed her son's, desperate to give him any sense of comfort she could provide. she and her best friend knew what was happening - intak wanted to prevent sooa from as much pain as possible. that's why he stopped talking to her all of a sudden. maybe, just maybe, if she hated him for cutting her out of his life in an instant, she'd forget to miss the boy she loved most in this world.
