twenty seven, best
🌟 i don't remember who i was before you....
𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 twenty seven, best
days turned into sorrow as the concrete rusted under the rubber of the shoe based property's. it was like walking on the moon. except cheap perfume filled the atmosphere as the shadows filled the street lights.
nothing made sense.
she was wearing orange. it didn't look good on her. it wasn't a thrill. not even micheal jackson would be proud with his plastic surgery that occupied his face. you couldn't even see what he used to look like. which you why you watched the jackson five.
it revealed all the secrets.
t-minus four weeks until filming is over.
a countdown for when the the men who walked the moon can finally say it was fake. or even say it was real.
the government was never our friend.
so here she was sitting in her room as she had music blasting. it was sunday.
she wasn't one to bring up the past but her mind seem to take her back to another point in time as she cleaned.
the memories of younger her. or mostly what happened after that night.
the night in the rain.
not the thing with her and margo but after that. what happened when she got home.
it wasn't rocket science to figure out that she complicated everything. everyone knew it.
even the snake that slithered on her floor. but it was invisible. just like the girl that sat in her chair looking at her wondering if she should say anything.
but she wasn't 𝐭𝐡𝐞 invisbale girl. she was just a ghost. one of them that made the room cold.
but even as jamison felt the pressure by her feet her mind went back to that day two years ago.

the door opened up calmly as jamison walked into her house hold. her clothes had been dried off. cleaned even. she wasn't wearing the same clothes anymore. instead they belonged to her friend.
as she walked inside and locked the door behind she was welcomed with her frantic mother and sister who sat at the kitchen counter as she had to walk past it to get to her room.
she had lost her appetite already when she looked at them.
" where were you" her mother asked her frantic. it didn't matter. so she lied. and she would lie twenty times if she could.
over and over again. almost like a addiction.
" i went for a bike ride" jamison said. it wasn't a full lie. but this is the part where she lied. " it's raining jamison where did you go" her mother asked upset.
jamison was going to correct her. it 𝐰𝐚𝐬 raining it's not raining anymore.
but she didn't. good riddance.
" i went around the block a few times" jamison told her.
lies.
she lied.
good fucking riddance.
" no you didn't" he mom told her. alyanna sat their quiet as she starred at her hands.
they were both always against jamison.
she felt the need to self isolate.
" yes i did, why do you even care for much" jamison asked snapping. they never were the 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 to her.
jamison was always the sheep. the sheep you would find in a orchard and their would be other animals around having fun and then their was her.
she was the girl who cried wolf. but this time she wanted the wolf to come to get her. she wanted the wolf to let her not suffer.
because nobody gets her.
" don't speak to mom that way" alyanna finally spoke up.
" oh my gosh of course your sticking up for her. your both always sticking up for each other it's honestly pathetic" jamison told the two. she was finally showing her true opinions.
she was tired of being the sheep.
" go to your room" miranda said. jamison looked at her as she saw hurt cross her moms face. but honestly she didn't care.
they never were the best to her.
" gladly, you know i bet you wished it was me and not them" jamison said referencing the past as she walked away hearing her mother start yelling her name before alyanna stepped in.
jamison destroyed every silver line piece of piece.
she closed her door as she heard it open up once again from behind her.
she knew who it was by the cheap perfume.
" what exactly happened" she heard the voice say. " why do you care your just going to go tell mom" jamison said turning back around to look at her.
she didn't like the feeling of arguing in her room anymore. she didn't even like the feeling of her room anymore.
last time she argued was when she told the blond she didn't love him.
it was lie.
she was trying to stay hidden and self isolate.
" no i won't tell her anything if you don't want me to" alyanna said staying oddly calm. jamison didn't like it.
" why aren't you mad at me" jamison finally asked her. that caught alyanna off guard. " i cant be mad at you jamie" alyanna told her.
jamison looked at her confused as she felt the need to call for the wolf. her face relaxed as she felt her eyes start to sting again.
but she couldn't cry again. she just couldn't. she wouldn't.
so here jamison was looking at her younger sister as she decided rather or not to tell her.
they were so difftent. jamison was so sensitive. and alyanna was perfect.
jamison knew everything was her fault. i mean look at her she's alone in life. she couldn't even make it to her bestfriend in life.
she did deserve it.
which is why she spilled everything to her sister.
she was never the best to her.
━━━━━━
jamison lit a candle as the ghost looked at her from the chair. the room didn't smell like cheap perfume. and on the television played a all to familiar show as her room started to smell like pumpkin spice.
jamison had leaned her lesson overtime. she learned she wasn't the best to most.
she hasn't called the wolf for help in a long time.
she was still the sheep.
nobody gets her still. not even the knock that came on the door as it opened letting in the body.
