𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 one, i'm melting !

it's been two months. two months since she saw him. he didn't say anything to her after. she didn't say anything to him. it was just left in the air. their breaths mixing with all the others in the room as they watched her movie.

for jamison everything's been going amazing. the july air was hitting her hard she had to admit. but i was fine. her birthday was coming up in august. she would be seventeen. and maybe things will be simpler for her. but probably not.

her sunglasses rested on top of her head as she walked side by side with 𝐦𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧. her manger. those words still feeling funny to her.

megan jayde was her manger. and not just some annoying adult she would find in her kitchen and be begging for her to leave.

" it's so hot" megan complained for the thousands time. "your the one that wanted to go on a walk" jamison pointed out towards her. megan only letting out another annoyed sound. the brunette rolling her eyes at the way she was acting.

" coffee i need coffee" megan said. she acted like a literal child. you would think she was. " we're like five minutes away from angels" jamison said looking down at her phone to look at the time.

angels was this coffee place that was close by to her home. she learned to enjoy the place. since she didn't really have anyone anymore.

life's been lonely.

but it's okay.

" i'm melting" megan complained again. " come on you big baby if you pick up your pace we can get there in two minutes" jamison told her with a smile.

a new light shed inside of jamison once she saw the blonde hair boy at the premiere. his smile being the one thing jamison needed but didn't know until she saw it. she was just glad he was proud of her.

at least she hopped he was proud of her.

because she was proud of him.

" oh my gosh we're here" megan said as she gripped the handle of angels before throwing it open. the bell over them ringing loudly.

jamison didn't even notice they were there until now. she shook her last thought away before following behind the older girl who has become her older sister after all this time.

don't get her wrong alyanna will forever be her older sister. but the girl moved out. it was only jamison and her mom in the home now. the house grew quiet.

to quiet for jamison's liking so she's been forced to hang out with megan knowing her sister was to busy. at least that's what she thought. because they distanced slightly again from each other.

but it was okay.

she was okay.

" i'm going to order get us a table" megan told jamison. the brunette nodding at her words being finding a table. jamison sat there on her phone waiting.

the coffee shop buzzed in excitement with people's voices as it was more packed then usual. but still it was great.

she picked her eyes up from her phone as she heard the bell over the door ringed signaling a new customer. she looked at him as her eyes immediately went to his blonde hair.

but it wasn't him. she was loosing him. she knew it wasn't him when he turned his head to look over in his direction.

but he was blocked as megan walked over to the table jamison sat at. " here, and drink slow" megan told jamison. the girl raising her eyebrows at the older girl.

" why" jamison asked her. " because we're in a heat wave and i don't want to go back out" megan told her. " but meg we have to walk back to my house" jamison pointed out as megan shook her head before pulling out the uber app in her phone and showing it to jamison with a smile.

at least she still had that smile in her life.
