six months ago. she almost called him. she shouldn't be thinking of the past but she was. the past is where she valued her life span. especially with the memories that played in her head.

" okay okay so your telling me if you were a villain tou would be dracula" walker smiled at the girl as they sat on his bed with a smile on both of their faces. " no well kinda" the young brunette said with a smile. her freckles were more visible on her face during this time of the year.

he could count every single one of them.

" which one is it" walked asked her as he grabbed the girls hands before she pulled them away since his touch was so cold. " you hands feel like they were in freezer walk" jamison said a shock expression on her face.

she sounded younger during this time. life hasn't caught up with her yet. she had short hair that rested on her shoulders. she had just recently cut it. walker liked it.

" wow really" he said before placing his hands on her cheeks causing the girl to push him away before running out of her room and down the stairs. the boy following her.

" watch were you going" leena at her brother as walker pushed past her. " yeah whatever" walker quickly said as leena rolled her eyes before walking back into her room.

" james slow down" walker yelled out for her as he heard the girls laughter as he saw her in the kitchen. she was on one side of the counter top and he was on the other as he chased her around the table before he felt his body slip from his socks causing her to fall.

he contuined to laugh loudly as jamison fell down right besides him. on the kitchen floor. they were just two kids. no worry's in the world.

but a part of them knew they liked each other. they were just putting to much pressure on themselves just trying to be perfect at all times.

but they were kids.

walker sat up as the two kids leaned their head on the white cabinets. " in forty years do you think we will still be friends" jamison asked after a while of silence.

walker looked at her confused. it was a odd question especially for two teenagers.

" well yeah jamie" he told her. " but if you and your wife move to japan or something and i'm still here" she asked him talking with her arms.

" well then i will bring you with" he told her with a smile. she shook her head. " what if you can't and your wife doesn't like me" she asked him. " then we're not meant to be then" he told jamison with a smile.

" you can't say that" she told him looking at the boy. " it's true" walker exclaimed. jamison shook her head. "in forty years jamie if we're not married to anyone we will marry each other" he told her. jamison shook her head. " we will be married by then" she told him. " well just say we aren't" he told her. " sure walker in forty years if we're both not married we can marry each other" she told him as the boy smiled at her before standing up and giving her his hand as he pulled her up.

" wait stay right there" he told the girl before he grabbed a paper towel and turned around.

she watched him a confused expression before he eventually turned around and looked at her before getting down on one knee.

" jamison jones marie, in fourty years if we still aren't married will you marry me and promise to always be my bestfriend" he asked her holding up the make shift ring.

" this is so cheesy walk" she told him rolling her eyes. "so is that a yes" he questioned as she nodded her head. the boy slipping the make shift ring on her finger.

she had still kept the ring. it stayed with her. she didn't realize it was still with her at all times even as she opened up her wallet where it was stuffed. she remembered their pretend proposal and how the blond had then made her ask to marry him.

it was all cheesy.

but that memory she choose to forget. it wasn't one of the ones she wanted to remember. because truthfully her and the blond were meant to be.

it's just they were never made to last. and she had to learn that the hard way. because she put to much pressure on herself.

if only they were made to last.
