⿻ → respect : i feel as though this should be a given, however i have seen too many afs where people just have blatant disregard for others and have witnessed others publicly insult each other, especially when they are competing for the same slot. i will let it be known that any sort of rudeness or disrespect, whether that be towards myself or directed at other appliers, will not be tolerated in this af. the minute i see comments that escalate beyond a joke, i will take action promptly and remove you if i must. everyone deserves a chance just as much as the next person; do not make them think otherwise.

⿻ → activity : if your oc gets chosen, please remain active by commenting and voting on chapters! it keeps me motivated to continue writing the story, and also lets me know that people are still interested. even if your oc doesn't get chosen, any form of support/activity would be very much appreciated ♡

⿻ → faceclaims : this is an international university after all, so pretty much anyone is game - although, my preference would be to stick to idols (kpop, jpop, cpop etc.). for age gaps between fcs and slots, the maximum i will allow is 1 year both ways (older and younger) - the age range for each slot is varied, so make sure your oc fits it as i have made it that way for a reason. an example of what i mean is let's say that the age range for a slot is 2000-2001; the oldest fc you can go for is someone born in 1999, and the youngest you can go for is someone born in 2002. if this is still not clear, just send me a message on my discord or comment in the questions section down below ^^

⿻ → forms : like i said previously, i do not care much for how you choose to layout you form - just as long as it is readable. personally, i have a tendency to prefer longer forms only because it shows me the depth of your character, however that is not a requirement. if you answer all of the questions and put down as much as you wish for me to know about your oc, then that is enough for me. 😁 it would be great if you could comment inline before turning in your form, so that i can have a gauge of how many appliers are going for each slot. lastly, there is one more thing that i would like to reiterate - sunburn is closed, so i hope to not see anybody trying to apply for that slot, because otherwise i will need to ask you to delete your comment and choose another slot, which will be extremely awkward for the both of us.

⿻ → password : just to make sure that everybody who has intentions of applying has read the rules, at the end of your form if you could just add in your favourite zb1 song and that will be your password !

✶ ꒰ ⋆✴︎˚｡⋆ ⋮ ok the form is finally here !!! please read everything before you apply to save yourself the trouble of me telling you that you accidentally missed something out. i have set a deadline for the end of this year which is around 2 months away - that should hopefully give you enough time to complete the form, but if not, i am willing to give out extensions on the premise that you have a valid reason for not doing it. leaving it to the last minute is not a valid reason /lh.

nobody has asked this yet but i just thought i'd let you guys know that you can apply for around 2-3 slots if you really want (however only 1 of your ocs will be accepted into the af). once again, if anybody has any questions, just message on here or ask me on dc !

it's officially been a month since the form chapter was posted, which means there's a month left until the deadline!! i've received a few forms so far, and it's safe to say that i was not expecting intimate moments and blueberry brows to have so many appliers 😓 if you're still unsure about what slot to go for (and are afraid of competition hehe) i would recommend going for either bleach or tainted love as they have the least amount of appliers so far ^^ other than that, i can't wait to read more applications once they come through 😄

it's now december!!! which means... it's a couple of weeks until the deadline!!! so far, i've received a lot of good forms - although i don't think i have gotten a form for every slot yet - but it looks like we're on track to getting there!! once again, if for any reason you desperately need an extension, now is you time to ask. but my point from before still stands - you did have two months to do this form, which is a lot of time, so unless your reason for postponing your submission is absolutely urgent, i'm not interested in hearing it 😁. also, whilst i have the chance right now, i would like to make something very clear - you must fill out the entire form. it's not up for debate; yes, certain aspects are optional however the aspects which are not should be completed upon submission. i was lenient at first, but after an unfortunate encounter with an applier, i have decided to become stricter with enforcing my rules. you don't fill out the form properly? then your submission is automatically void. end of discussion.

i don't want to be a bitch, but if you're not going to respect me or this af then i will take a stand. other than that, i am very excited to see all of your OCs!!

im hoping that everyone who has commented inline so far still has intentions of submitting a form... 🙂 but seriously, if you need an extension of any kind, please dm me on dc and we can try to figure something out ^^ other than that, get! your! forms! in!

ok, so I've had a few people asking for extensions, and I decided that I will put out a little announcement for it on here instead of repeating myself through dms:

if you require an extension, you have until December 24th (11:59pm GMT) to complete your form. however, I will warn you - after the 20th, i will be reading forms, and if I find one I like before you submit yours, then boohoo cry me a river but I will not be accepting yours. two months is a long time, and I understand people have different circumstances/opportunities but if you can't complete a simple form within this time frame that I have given you, then I really don't know what else to say. please think wisely before you accept this extension, and comment inline if you will be needing one so that I can keep track of who I am waiting on !

it's 4 days until the deadline!!! since nobody has commented inline yet for an extension, I'm assuming that everyone with the intentions of applying will be able to complete their form by friday  (unless you have dmed me separately, then that is different) 😇 if you haven't submitted by then AND i discover that you haven't requested an extension either, then unfortunately i will be deleting your inline! i feel as though i have been fairly lenient during the application process of this af (even after encountering some.. not so respectful appliers ☺️) so i would appreciate it if you all respected my rules too.

i will post another reminder the day before the deadline (thursday) but please get your forms in 🙏
