A couple months ago, this boy in an online class said that I spoke too much and too loudly. My mind just flashed to that, so here I am, publishing a rant. 

At first, I didn't think much of it, and just made a face at him and told him that no one asked for his opinion. 

But from the next time onwards, whenever I was about to speak in class, the kid's comment came into my mind, and I just muted, because otherwise him and other boys would say stuff. 

And whenever I speak, I remember his comment, and I make sure to speak very slowly, so that he can't criticize the same thing again. 

Why is this a rant?

Well, in general, this is directed to all the boys out there who criticize girls on how the speak. 

Just stop. 

WE are not living for you. WE are not perfect princesses who always have to speak slowly or a little bit. WE are not going to stop speaking just so that YOU get room to speak. NO. 

Stop criticizing us about it. It really messes with our self-confidence, and our self-expression and our mental health. It's NOT a little thing. We remember it every time we talk, and it makes us self-conscious.

I think that's it. 

On the bright side, when in 10 months, I finally get 500 followers, should I do a give-away or a question answers?
