There's this girl in my class who literally looks and acts like a cat. Her name is Kang Haerin. She's really cute but her cat obsession is creepy. Everything about her is similar to a cat. Her eyes, the staring and the attentiveness is similar to that of a feline. I don't know how to feel about it so I pretty much avoided her, until this one day.

School has just let out and I was walking towards my bus when I hear my name being screamed behind me.

Haerin - "Hey Y/N!" She yells as she runs up to me.

Y/N - "What do you want?" I ask her annoyed.

Haerin - "I was wondering if next class, you could sit next to me?" She asks innocently and staring at me with those cat eyes of hers. She begins to pour at me, I'm not gonna lie it was kinda adorable.

Y/N - "Okay.." I replied as I walked away from her

I awake from my nap in first period. 'Why was I dreaming at Haerin for?' Then I remembered that I agreed to sit next to this girl. I groan and roll my eyes. 'Why did I even accept? People are gonna think me and her are together or something.' I thought as the bell rung, just my luck..

I can't wait to sit next to my crush, Y/N. I had to courage to ask him to sit next to me and they agreed! I'm super excited. I was nervous when the bell rung as next period my crush will be directly next to me. I swiftly walked to our shared classroom, which ironically is my favorite subject Theater. I sat down at my table and awaited there their arrival.

I walked into the classroom and seen Haerin staring at me with those eyes again. I sighed and sat down next to her earning a 'meow'. I turned away from her and rolled my eyes as the teacher began to talk.

While the teacher was talking she kept poking me and purring it was so weird. Everyone kept looking at us with disgusted faces because of it. I had to tell her to stop as it was embarrassing.

Y/N - "Haerin can you stop." I said softly but sternly.

She meowed in response which infuriated me. 'Why are you meowing, I'm not a fucking cat.' I thought as I had to ask this question.

Y/N - "Why do you always meow?"

Haerin - "Because we are in an acting class. So I'm acting like a cat since I look like one."

This whole time I thought she was a furry, turns out she's just a really good cat actor. But still it confused me on why she did it every day.

Y/N - "Why do you meow everyday? It weirds most of the class out. We all thought you were a furry." I told her as her mood changed. She seemed down after I told her what the classroom though of her meowing. She soon looked back up at me and began to speak in a soft tone.

Haerin - "You guys all thought I was weird?" She asked me sadden. I felt horrible for her but I needed to tell her the truth. I nodded and her head went down again.

Y/N - "Yes, we all thought you were." I told her as her head was still held down. I don't know what came over me but I decided to rub on her hair. I felt so soft and warm and brought me good vibes. As I was rubbing I heard her purr a little which still shocked me.

Haerin - "I like getting my head rubbed." She told me as a little 'meow' escaped her mouth. I smiled as I kept rubbing her head. I felt a warm sensation in my chest and butterflies in my stomach. Am I falling for Haerin? I brushed off the thoughts as our teacher called our names.

Mrs. Nessa - "Y/N, Haerin, stop flirting and pay attention." She told us sternly as we began to blush out of embarrassment.

A little while later I noticed Haerin dozing off a bit. I had to wake her up everytime so she wouldn't miss anything important. This class period seemed the longest, but was the shortest. I enjoyed this class surpsingly, because of Haerin. I decided to ask for something when I overheard her talking to herself out loud.

Haerin - "Should I tell them?" she whispered subtly. "What if they don't like me?"

Y/N - "Haerin may I ask you something?" I say interrupting her thoughts. She turns towards me and mouths "sure."

Y/N - "May we exchange numbers? I think your pretty cool person and would love to get to know you better." I explained to her as she blushes lightly and I hand over my phone. The bell rung and I got up and left my seat and waved her goodbye.

'Did I just get Y/N's number." I thought as I smiled. I got up and went to exit. As I did the teacher went and winked at me. I smiled believing she was in on it. I walked out the door into hallway and thought about what just happened. I checked my phone and seen Y/N's contact in it. 'I think I just did.'
