Never once in his life had Shoto been so angry at another classmate. Well, he didn't technically have classmates before, but that didn't matter. Kirishima was now on Shoto Todoroki's enemy list, no matter how friendly the guy was. Todoroki was well aware that he was jealous and he wasn't scared to admit it either. He honestly thought he had made it clear enough to the class that he had intentions with you. He had known you long enough to grow attached to you, to fall in love with you. Seeing the redhead get all cozy with you, and you apparently not noticing the difference, had his blood boiling. His immediate response was to try and impress you as much as possible, to show you that he was much better than Kirishima. He started using his quirks more around you to be as helpful as possible. It worked of course, like it always did. You were always amazed by his quirks, but it didn't change your status with the brute. So, Shoto began showing you tons more affection, buying you your favorite foods and drinks, giving you more hugs, and even allowing you to cuddle in public (he wasn't the biggest pda fan). But, in response to that, Kirishima did the same. Your plan finally worked when the peppermint boy had enough of Kirishima's touchy-ness and snapped at him. Later that day he confessed to you after you asked him why he did that. He realized you and Kirishima's plan and reluctantly forgave the boy.
