DABI

You could feel the heat from the blistering blue flames licking at your feet, trying so desperately to eat away at the leather that covered your legs. You weren't even that close to him, but you knew that without your quirk, you would be incinerated in a second, maybe less. Burned alive, cremated. His feats proved worthless against your quirk, and you could see the curiousity peeking out of the anger. Finally, he stopped his asault, the flames dying down to a small flicker, ash piles coating the alleyway you stood in. Hero versus villain, such a classic. But, you were no more of a hero than a part-time vigilante, more interested in the discovery of new and powerful quirks than saving civilian lives, as seen by the cremated bodies around you. No, you weren't a murderer. You just didn't get there in time. He paused, staring at you from down the alley in confusion, before he opened his sewed mouth and started a friendship that would last lifetimes.
