ALL HELL broke loose.

I mean, it was about damn time.

The class was a mess of shouted curses and screaming bodies. Everyone was finally beginning to let out the stress they had pent up inside.

Everyone except Remi.

She sat still, not knowing what to do. Her eyes scanned the room for any sign of Julian, but the scene was too chaotic for her to even catch a look. He could be anywhere.

Her lips let out her sigh and her body stiffened. Her hands cradled her head, hoping to soothe he incoming ache. She just wanted it all to stop. And it did.

A bit too suddenly, but the job was done.

"Guys, shut up!" She heard a male voice scream from somewhere in the corner of the room. "Just shut up. Everybody just sit your asses down and listen!"

The room went silent in a matter of seconds except for a few grumbles, and everyone turned their heads to the voice's owner, who Remi faintly recognised as Zeke.

"That's enough, Eli." Zeke yelled, garnering a few laughs. He opened his mouth, ready to say the next bit just when a girl shrieked, catching nearly everyone off guard.

"Oh my God," the girl turned to face the crowd. "It's unreal. This is unreal. I can't believe it! We actually have a Romeo, Juliet situation, guys!"

If Remi's nerves hadn't got the best of her yet, by now, they had passed that point. So much so, that all she could do was close her eyes and brace herself.

Remi didn't have it in herself to run or hide. Not that it would do much anyway. Her fear doubled when she felt multiple eyes on her, even more so when a loud, audible gasp made its way through the air.

She just wanted it all to be over. A tear fell. Her body shook. She would have collapsed, if it wasn't for the arm that wrapped around her frame.

Her tense shoulders finally relaxed when the familiar scent reached her nose. She wasted no time in burying herself in his arms.

"Shh, it's alright," she heard him whisper into her hair, holding her tight. "Everything's fine."
