"Noah! I'm home!" I called out to him, shutting the door softly. Putting my groceries away I head upstairs to where our room was.

"Psst. Noah?" I whispered lowly. Creaking open the door slowly.

Noah was lying down on our bed, he had a hoodie on so I couldn't see what was his face expression like. I had a happy grin on my face as I tip-toed my way to my boyfriend, I decided to scare him.

My hands were about to flail around to scare him...until he suddenly whipped away the covers and grabbed one of my arms, pulling me into the bed and was apparently under him with a sly smirk on his face. "Gotcha. Again." He laughed silently.

I huffed and stuck my tongue out on him in annoyance, "No fair. You sensed me coming in!"

"I didn't. I just heard you coming in and calling my name," He leaned in closer and I could feel his breath on my face. "You have to be more stealthy, Y/N."

I rolled my [eye color] eyes sarcastically, "Whatever. It's still not fair because you're half wolf—" Pulling down his black hood, his ears popped up so I scratched behind one of his ear.

I know that he likes that, he once open up to me when I found out his secret. "You're so cute" Mumbling with my words as I saw him lean into my touch, closing his eyes.

Giggling with joy, he got off me and laid next to me. Playing with my hair. "What did you do today?" Noah asked politely.

"Oh, I went out to buy some groceries with Velvet." I replied to him. He soon stopped twirling my hair with his finger, "Velvet?"

"Yeah, my best friend?" I awkwardly laughed as he had those cute curious puppy eyes. Ugh, I couldn't just stand them with those. "We've been best friends since we were in diapers."

Noah's eyes softened, "Ah. Okay." He nodded his head and decided to sit up. "You wanna go see a movie?"

"Sure!" My eyes gleamed with happiness and I kisses his cheek softly, he smiled and got off of our bed. "I'm going to change" he grabbed a set of clothes and trudged to the bathroom.

I later got a text message from Velvet. I hummed in curiosity and answered to see what was going on.

Velvet: Hey Y/N! What you doing??? :D

You: Oh you know, with my boyfriend :) Why?

Velvet: I just wanted to let you know that I'm with a group of friends rn. We're in the forest huddling around the campfire. Wanna join?

You: That sounds awesome! But I can't, I'm having a date with Noah

Velvet: Aw that sucks :( but we're telling horror campfire stories!

You: That does sound really nice...but I have a date tonight

Velvet: Why don't you just bring him here? I'll send you the location

You: Hmm...fine. Let me see what he's going to say

Velvet: Yay! Okay, I'll send you the location when he says yes. Later! <3

I closed my phone and heaved a small sigh, Velvet would always trying to lure me with campfire stories. I've always loved them ever since we went to a camp in middle school.

"What's wrong babe? You look so sad." Noah frowned sadly as he walked over to me, holding my cheek with his hand.

"Velvet texted me and she said she was at a group of friends. And they said they were going to a camp." I crossed my arms as I looked down to the ground.

My boyfriend had a questioning look on his face, but he shook it off and said. "Well, What are we waiting for? Do you want to go?"

"But what about our date—"

"We can do it after we're done camping. Come on Y/N it'll be fun!"

I had the dorkiest smile on my face as I answered happily, "O-Okay! If you want to"

He leaned forward and pecked my on the forehead. "That's my girl"

I whipped my phone out and called my best friend that we are going.

"Oh and hide your ears, Noah."

"Thanks for reminding me."

"Y/N! So glad you could made it" Velvet joyfully spoke and she threw her arms around me, earning a jealous look from Noah.

I chuckled playfully while patting her back, "Good to see you too."

"Come on! The others are waiting!" She grabbed my hand softly. Suddenly, I heard Noah growl and I shot a glare at him. Mouthing the words, 'Calm down' to him.

He stopped growling and just trailed behind me closely. 

We soon reached the campsite and Velvet waved her other hand, "Hi everyone! I brought some new addition to the family."

Her other friends soon quieted down and their eyes gazed over at us.

"This is Y/N, and over there is Noah. Her boyfriend."

"Hello!" I waved my hand gently.

Noah stayed silent and the others greeted us warmly. They're really great people and they were being nice to us.

Noah and I were sitting next to each other, holding hands while I had my head on his shoulder. He didn't seem to mind, since it was a couple thing.

"It's turning dark guys, you know what that means!!" A friend of Velvet squealed quietly, the others laughing along.

I was slightly confused and decided to ask, "Uhh, what does that mean?"

"Horror campfire stories!!!" Velvet turned on her flashlight and held it to her chin to make it look 'creepy'.

"Oh"

Another friend of Velvet, William smirked playfully. "Well? Who wants to go first?~" He wiggled his eyebrows in a playful manner.

Velvet raised her hand impatiently acting like a kindergartner. "Oh! Oh! I'll go!" I heard Noah grumble in irritation. I nudged his arm, saying that he should be more nicer.

My best friend flipped her purpled hair in a way to start off. Clearing her throat, she began. "There was a myth, that a certain wolf live nearby these woods—"

"Hold on a second, a wolf? Seriously?" William interrupted her with a soft glare.

Velvet furrowed her eyes brows with a small frown. "You didn't let me finish. It was actually a werewolf whom lives in these woods"

Everyone got more curious and leaned in closer, except for Noah and I.

"Some say that the werewolf was looking for a mate, others say that he kills people and eats them!" She spookily made a weird gesture in her hands.

We then saw the fire go out and mostly of the friends scream in fear, while I held onto Noah's arm tightly.

"Holy shi-! What was that?!"

I heard Noah replied with a straight face, "It's just the wind guys, no need to be scared of it."

Velvet's friends soon quieted down. William had a lighter, so he went over to campfire and began to light it up. Everything was back to normal.

Maria's whole body shook, she then stood up. "I-Im going to to the bathroom. Anyone wanna come with me?"

Another female nodded her head and they both went deep within the woods. The rest of us stayed silent with uncomfortable silence.

A few minutes had past and I felt dizzy all of a sudden. I heard a few screams from the woods but I was too sleepy to open my eyes. And then, I blacked out.

I felt cold air around me, slowly opening my eyes, I was lying on wood and it looked around to see where I was. It sort of seemed to be...a treehouse?

I wobbly got up and thought, '...where's the campsite? Noah? Velvet?!' My breathing became quicker and I saw a door, so I made a dash and opened it, revealing Noah with a surprise look on his face. "Y/N?"

"Oh my god Noah!" I cried in tears and hugged him tightly, scared to death. "Thank god you're alive!!"

I pulled back and took a good look on his face, suddenly noticing he had blood on his left cheek. "Noah?" My face began to grow pale. Backing away from him, I saw he had a sinister smile on his lips.

"Yes babe?" My back hit the wall and I felt my eyes started to water again, how could I not know, my friends and I'm going to be stuck here forever.

Noah soon held my chin and kissed me, pulling away, he whispered into my ear.

"The myth is true, I was looking for a mate~ and I found you. We're going to my pack and you'll be stuck with us forever."
