"e-erena?"

"yes, tobio?" the girl replied innocently, tilting her head. 

he stared at her, a small blush creeping up onto his cheeks as he stopped sipping his milk. "i-is that my hoodie?"

"duh," erena giggled before flapping her arms as if to showcase to oversized hoodie in a colour similar to kageyama's eyes. "you left it over at my house from our last study date. do you...want it back now?"

"no, no, no," kageyama shook his head profusely. he gestured to the weather. "it's cold out here, and i don't want you catching a cold. and besides...you look good in it."

"do i?" erena blushed as always from receiving her compliment from her boyfriend.

kageyama averted his gaze, finding the vending machine very interesting all of a sudden. "y-yeah, dumbass. you look cute."

it makes me want to hug you, kageyama thought and his blush darkened. erena giggled again before stepping closer and wrapping her arms around his waist. she shot him an eye-smile, something that made kageyama feel warm in the midst of winter. "i wanted to hug you too!"

crap, kageyama eyes' widened as he realized he had said that aloud. but not that he was complaining anymore. his lips stretched into a small smile and he melted into the hug and the warm feeling only blossomed even more.

the bell rang, and erena moved slightly, as if to break free from the hug and get to class but kageyama interrupted with a firm. "stay here."

"what?" she blinked her big brown eyes up at him.

he nestled his chin softly onto her shoulder. "we're not moving; this is too comfortable."

"ah," she laughed, her cheeks getting pinker and it wasn't from the cold. "do you at least want your hoodie back?"

"nah," he whispered. "if it meant we get to hug like this, please wear it everyday."
