synopsis.

──────Deanna Winchester always craved for an apple pie life. Not that anyone needed to know, ever since a toddler she wanted to be a princess. She wanted to be treated like one, she wanted to marry her future prince who saves her from the wicked witch. Her dream however was short-lived.

Deanna was four years old when her mother died, the same night her baby brother turned six months old. The fire, the smoke, her mother pinned to the ceiling and killed by a creature. She remembered it all. Mary didn't die because of an accident. No. She was murdered, by a dark being.

Deanna loved her parents. Her mother always had the kindest smile. Mary would often pull her up on the slab of the kitchen and make her the most delicious PB&J sandwich. John, her father would rush back home and give her the biggest hug.

Sometimes, Deanna wished she could have her dad back. She wanted her dad who'd give her piggyback rides, who'd give her the warmest of hugs even her stuffed animal Mr Bear couldn't give. But ever since her mom died in the so-called house fire, he changed.

No more bedtime stories, no more hugs and kisses, and absolutely no following him around. Those were the unsaid rules. Instead of calling her princess, John either called her by her name or by 'Dean.' The worst she felt was when he told her to call him 'sir' instead of dad. It was as if he disowned her. She was six and a half that day. He didn't even wish her.

Deanna never really had a childhood. Sure, the first four years of her life were great, though she didn't remember much. She was five years old when Sam said his first word. 'Bean,' a baby word for Dean. It was the best birthday gift she could ask for. The little girl was over the moon.
Sam was the one saving grace to her messed-up life. He was her ray of hope, her hero. After calling her Bean, Deanna decided then and there that he should be protected at any cost.

To Deanna, Sam was a kid. Age never mattered, he'd always be a kid. Though they never mention it, it was obvious. She became his mother, father, brother, and best friend. She was his protector. She was there for him when at his lowest. She was there when he'd feel neglected. She was always there for him. She had just one instinct: taking care of Sammy. However, her heart broke when her little brother left her. Their relationship went into millions of pieces.

It wasn't Mary's death that changed Deanna, not completely. It was Sam's abandonment that broke her.

It's been more than two years since she contacted Sam. She's desperate though. She needs her partner back. Her father has been missing for weeks. No leads except a strange voicemail. Wanting to reconnect with her younger brother and find her father, Deanna Winchester packed her bags and left for Stanford.

Maybe there was a little hope in her left to mend the broken relationship.

please note that this is deanna's story not dean's. there might be certain changes, related to the character, the storyline and the dialogues. being a huntress, she has had to deal with monsters, which also includes humans as well. please bear with me and remain patient.

also note that this book is being revamped. this book will have slow updates considering i have exams almost every week, it might take a little time. please expect slow updates.
each chapter will range from 1500-5000 words.
