Percy had led Asteria to Herme's cabin. He stayed with her until she fell asleep. Percy waited till she fell asleep before going to his own cabin.

Asteria barley slept, she kept dreaming about her brother. "Get up." She heard from beside her, this caused Asteria to flinch "Whoever you are, fuck off" Asteria groaned, her voice raspy.

Asteria stared up at the ceiling. "Asteria come on, get up" She recognized the voice, but wasn't able to tell who it was. "Freak" Asteria scoffed, She felt them approach her bed. Asteria didn't move a muscle. "I can tell you're right there" She whispered, afraid.

"Okay enough, it's me" They revealed, taking off their hat "Oh, Annabeth" She greeted, Annabeth took in the blonde's girl's appearance. The way Asteria's eyes still glistened with pain. "We need to talk." Annabeth told her, almost as if Asteria didn't have a say.

"No we dont."

"Stop trying to protest, we're gonna talk whether you like or not." Annabeth's voice was serious "Look Annabeth, i didn't ask you to come here and try to talk to me, when you clearly know my answer. No." Asteria refused

"Well I came for a reason, let's just talk. You always make things so difficult!" Annabeth was getting inpatient "That's how you wanna play? Dont get me started about all the time you've acted like this, but i kept my mouth shut!"

"Whatever. If you want to talk, im going to be waiting outside." Annabeth put her hat back on, as Asteria heard her footsteps walk away. Asteria wasn't going to talk to her, she have anything to talk about to Annabeth. But curiosity got the best of her.

"Took you long enough." Annabeth said from beside her, making Asteria jump "Yeah, yeah.. Get to the point" Asteria crossed her arms "I found out." Annabeth began, as Asteria froze. Her blood running cold "Go on."

"I heard you tell Percy, that you had your suspicions"

"Of course you heard." Asteria chuckled under her breath "But i began wondering. If you had your suspicions you would've told one of us."
Annabeth caught her breath "After years of slowly examining you, i picked up that you're nothing but a liar. Just like your brother."

"Okay wow, no sympathy. Just throwing daggers straight to my heart, got it."

"So you knew?" Annabeth questioned

"Sorry if you expected me to tell you. If i told you, Annabeth you would make me out to be the bad guy. So i kept my mouth shut and suffered with the consequences."

"So you're telling me you didn't know about Luke's plan." Annabeth repeated trying to pry information out of her "So you didn't know what was going to happen of Percy was the one to put the shoes on?" Annabeth pried even more

"You really think im that much of a bad person." Asteria's voice was quiet "Yes." There was no emotion behind Annabeth's voice "Screw you!"

"Asteria, there's lots of things i found out about you. I had overheard you're conversation with Luke. And how he told you to meet him in the woods."

"What was that about? We're you secretly going to join his plan?"

"If i joined him wouldn't be here. I would've disappeared with him. I would've not been crying mess." Asteria defended herself

"I wasn't going to admit it, but i also heard you're conversation with Luke before we all left"

ꜰʟᴀsʜʙᴀᴄᴋs sᴛᴀʀᴛs-

"Asteria i did it." Luke walked into Hermes cabin making sure it was empty "Did what?" The younger questioned, feeling her emotions shift "The bolt." He admitted as Asteria stammered over her words "I stole it" Luke whispered

"Luke, what do you mean." She spoke her voice trembled "The master bolt" He whispered, his face flashing with hurt seeing his sister's expression "I didn't think you we're serious" Asteria was in disbelief

"I told you. I tell you everything." His voice croaked "Luke! Do you not know how much this can affect us!" She panted, Asteria couldn't believe it "Stop making me seem like the bad guy" Luke scoffed pacing back and forth, a hand running through his hair

"What the fuck Asteria! Gosh. Seriously you can't support me." His tongue rolled across his cheek "Do you not know what people are going to say when they find out?"

"You're only thinking about yourself. You're just scared your reputation might get ruined. No one knows how terrible we both are. Master manipulators and liars." He trailed off, as Asteria shook her head

"I thought you, my little sister, could understand."

"I understand."

"No you dont. Asteria if we go through with this, We can both rule." Luke tried reaching forward trying to wrap his arms around his sister "Dont." Her voice broke, she was afraid. She had never seen her brother like this. "You aren't the Luke i knew."

"Ive always been the same person."

"They're brainwashing you! Why won't you listen!" She was still in denial "What the point of listening? What's done is done! I can't undo it!" Luke's eyes were filled with tears, all Asteria could think about was why. Why him. Why them. "Im sorry, this was never meant to hurt you"

"I wasn't planning on telling you like this. You'll forget all this"

"So all you're lying was for nothing. I had heard the whole thing"

"I never meant to. I was going to tell you." Asteria cried "Annabeth i couldn't pick a side" She wiped her tears "I know. Im really trying not to make you the bad guy"

"But you could've told me! I would've understood!" Annabeth felt hurt knowing that Asteria didn't trust her enough "I was planning to. But when the time came i was scares so i just said i had my suspicions."

"But-"

"Annabeth please just stop. You said you heard everything, i wasn't agreeing with him. I was begging him not to do it." Asteria ran a hand through her breath catching her breath "Fine. I'll let this all go. I just still can't believe this" Annabeth walked away. Leaving Asteria afraid and vulnerable

well thats that... Anyways chapter filler? Guess you guys now know some characteristics of Asteria. Dw she's not entirely evil. I just wanted to add this just for drama🥰
