In which daiyu reunites with her first love

or

In which daiyu liu goes through the same cycle her mother did

SUMMARY
Some tales of a first love aren't as bright as most presume. Some are more heartbreaking than others and some are rather nostalgic.

The tale of Tom Holland and Daiyu Liu is one very few people in each of their lives know the details of. They only know the basics and the scribbled down notes of their story.

But Daiyu story about love is one worth sticking around for. It all started the day she met him, she could remember it like it happened yesterday.

She remembers moving from her home in Brighton to Kingston when she was fifteen. Her father had gotten a job and insisted that they move across the country to a new town to accommodate that.

Daiyu knew that her mother loved her job in Brighton but went along with this move because she loved him, Daiyu could see right through her fathers bullshit. She just wonders why her mother hasn't left him yet and taken the two to live the United States like her mother had wanted to do when she was younger.

Well the move wasn't all that bad. That's where we get to her meeting the Atlas of the story, just not in the way you'd think. Daiyu remembers going outside one day and seeing a family return back home from a family outing.

She remembers a boy from the same family coming to their door later that day with a welcome to the neighbourhood pie. She also remembers how she accepted the pie but told him to leave quickly before her father got home.

But the one thing about that day she will always remember is the window. His window was right across from hers. An hour after he had come over, she looked across to his window and decided to wave. They both tried speaking but they couldn't hear each other so Daiyu had an idea she got out her white board and marker and wrote 'hi' on it and pressed it against the window. He responded and that's how they talked for hours until the sun went down.

That's exactly how they talked for weeks on end, whenever they had something exciting happen to them they wrote it on the board and the other person just knew that they should be there.

Until a day where Daiyu didn't come to the window. It was just before school would start up again. From his home next to hers he and his family could clearly hear the yelling and screaming coming from Daiyu's home. The Holland knew about his window rendezvous with the sweet kind girl, they hadn't ever heard this before.

Tom remembers how quickly he ran out his house, got his ladder from the garage and put it by her window. He climes up and knocks on her window.

He remembers finding her sitting on her window seat with her head phones on blasting what could only be recognised as Destiny's child.

She remembers looking up at him with tears in her eyes and concern in his. She lets him in and lets him hug her as she silently cried.

Ever since then Tom would sneak in whenever her dad wasn't home and they'd talk for hours. He'd learn the tiny and unnoticeable things about her personality or the way her eyes lit up when she talked about writing or about how much she wanted to go into the film industry but it was strongly against her fathers wishes.

As time went on the two grew closer, at some point they both went to the same school. Some how by convincing her father she was allowed to go to BRIT College only if she took specialist business classes in her free time.

She remembers how Tom would comfort her or bring her some of his moms pie whenever she'd witness or hear her father scream at or hit her mother.

She will always remember how she came down stairs and found her father on top of her mother, she remembers how she got a knife but before she could do anything Tom quickly took her away from the scene. At the time she was furious at him but looking back now he did her a favour, what could she have actually done?

One thing that Daiyu found most comforting apart from Toms hugs and rewatching Finding Nemo with him was definitely journaling, she could practically write in her journals for hours on end, filling up one or two per year.

She always knew what to say but there was one day that she was utterly speechless. She remembers Tom telling her that he was auditioning for a really big role and she remembers telling him that he'll do great. What she never expected was for it to be for the role of the new Spider Man and that he'd probably be moving to Atlanta.

The day he left was one of the worst and hardest days of her life. The years they spent together, talking together for hours but mostly falling in love with each other.

About a month and a half later her eighteenth birthday hit and he came to see her. The stories he shared from learning gymnastics to meeting Iron Man in the flesh. She hadn't seen him this excited since they were paired up for this project at school. But that night soon became absolutely horrible, all she remembers is her door opening and her father standing there with a baseball bat and if she didn't get in between Tom and her father the former would've certainly ended up in the hospital.

That was the last time she actually saw him. About nine years ago that's when she last saw him, protecting him from her psychotic father.

A lot of things had changed since then, for one she no longer lived in Kingston with her parents although she was reluctant to leave but her mother insisted.

Since she left she's written a few movies, stared in some too. Her most recent upcoming projects that she'd finished filming are Shadow and Bone and Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings.

Another thing that had changed was that her father didn't hit or scream at her mother anymore...for the soul reason that he'd been fighting cancer for the past couple years.

Daiyu had also met a Neurosurgeon who she'd been dating for a couple weeks

She was currently working on a few other projects herself and for the first time in years she was really happy.

But all good things must come to an end for a new one to begin.

So what happens when her character is set to help the neighbourhood spider in the third and maybe final spider man movie?

What happens when she sees Tom for the first time in nine years and has to play his comic book superhero partner?

Follow Daiyu's journey as she goes through similar things her mother did and hopefully ends the cycle in her family.

- I low-key see Peyton Elizabeth Lee as younger Daiyu and Louis Partridge as younger Tom

- btw they're the same age for this

- When the book starts her father is still alive for a lot of reasons

- But he dies while she films No Way

- Even though she's really good

- The few on screen roles she's had it took a lot of convincing for her to accept

- Now to talk abt the Ryle of this story

- As you read I kept the Neurosurgeon bit of him

- You can decide who plays him

- And what his name is

- This story starts off at the point where she finds out that she's filming no way home

- Like the point in IEWU where Lily sees

Ryle at that restaurant and he's their waiter

- Things escalate from there

- You don't have to stick to the whole plot of it ends with us

- BUT SHE DOES GET PREGGERS

- I didn't lmao

- but there are certain points that have to happen that you can confirm with me before u decide to take out

- This is just strongly inspired off of it

- She also has a strong friendship with everyone she's worked with

- Especially with the SB cast
