Another day in Central City had begun and The Allegiance had been trying their hardest to find more leads on the blur but they hadn't found anything yet, which had frustrated them all.

Unaware to the team of young heroes, an old enemy of their had returned to town. It was only a matter of time before Lukas Snart would come to Luisa Ramon, asking for her help.

The youngest Ramon being herself would most definitely help him.

At Central City high school, Cassie sat with her legs over Xanders lap, Luisa sat on an arm chair and Emmaline sat on another arm chair. The four of them were in the Library, the rest of the team scattered across the area with bookshelves and sofa's.

They all sat scribbling down notes or doing some homework when Ashley Woodward and Lukas Snart barged through the doors.

Ashley rolled her eyes at the sudden stares as her and Lukas made their way to the mentioned group.

"Ramon, we need to talk." Ashley demanded.

"Luisa...its urgent." Lukas started as he looked at the other three who seemed to not be fazed by their words. "Meaning we need a moment."

"Oh please, what ever you say to her, you can say to us." Cassie sneered as she drank from her water bottle.

"Do they know?" Ashley whispered to Luisa.

"It doesn't matter, they'll explain when they want to." Luisa assure." Now, what's so urgent that you actually came to the library."

"I didn't even think you two knew it existed." Cassie says, her eyes not leaving her text book.

"Shut it Allen." Ashley sneered, making Cassie smirk to herself.

"Its about my brother, he's back." Lukas told them, all eight eyes infront of them widened.

"Great,the same week that we have a math test." Xander groans.

"We just thought that we should warn you and your team of do-gooders." Ashley says to the four.

"Thanks." Luisa says with an unsure tone.

"Just get rid of him, I don't want him getting in my aunts head." Lukas pleaded to them.

"If they don't, the Streak will." Ashley says to them, Cassie closed her text book gaining their attention.

"Firstly what type of name is the Streak and secondly, this 'Streak' doesn't exist." Cassie says to the duo.

"Oh Allen, you and I both know he exists. You just don't don't want to admit it."  Ashley sneered as Cassie and herself glared at eachother.

"Ashley, Lukas you've told us what we need to know. So you can either stay and be quiet or go and bother someone else." Emmaline told the two who surprisingly decided to stay.

The Allegiance had called an emergency team meeting for that afternoon. Due to some of the members having after school clubs, it would happen later than normal.

Leo, Venus and Gia had just arrived at Jitters and made their way to their favorite set of sofas.

Gina and Rosalie sat not to far away. Rosalie was venting to her best friend who's mind was preoccupied.

"Gina! Did you even hear what I just said?" Rosa asked her friend.

"You were complaining about the seagulls again." Rosalie rolled her eyes at her response before looking following Gina's gaze.

"This grudge with your sister is stupid and for your information." She huffed as she packed her bag. "I was talking about Sara, my sister Sara." She finished as she threw her bag onto her shoulder.

"Ro! Ro wait." Gina called but her friend kept walking but stopped when she passed by familiar face.

She saw the blonde walk in with a taller brunette and talk to Iris.

"Felicity, hi." She greeted the blonde who smiled at the younger girl.

"Hey Rosa. How are you it's been a while."

"Yeah it has. Listen I'm gonna skip to the question I've asked multiple people already. What's going on with Sara?"

"Uhh...I can't say...but before you make that angry face of yours Laurel is driving down here during the weekend to talk to you and your mom." Felicity explained earning a slight frown from her.

"Thanks, maybe we can catch up later." Rosa suggested to her.

"Of course, I'll see you then." Felicity finished before Rosalie exited the coffee shop.

The group of teenagers had assembled in the Bunker, eager to hear why an emergency meeting was happening.

"Hello my fellow teammates, today we are dealing with an old enemy of ours." Emmaline said as she swiped up on the tablet.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the one and only Leonard Snart." Alex said enthusiastically as their copy of the CCPD file of Leonard Snart appeared on the big screen.

"Snarts back?" Hannah asked the group.

"Yep and he's here for one thing and that thing is-" Jake said as he typed on the keyboard. "The Kahndaq Dynasty Diamond. Snart and his new crew tried to rob the truck that was transporting it to the Central City Museum. Apparently the Streak stopped him. It was on it's way there for exhibition." 

"According to the Museum database, the Diamond is currently on display." Leo told them as he pulled it up.

"That means he's gonna try steal it soon." Ashton said them.

"Cassie what should we do?" Bailey asked her sister.

"Oh I'm making the plan...okay...uh how about a stakeout. Like the last time. Field team we need to suit up and go, the rest of you get into the CCPD radio incase they say anything about Snart and stay on comns." Cassie instructed to them before they dispersed across the Bunker.

"Nice." Luisa says as high fives Cassie.

"Thanks."

The field team were keeping a close watch on the museum while the team back at the Bunker were listening to the radio's.

"This is Detective West, i have a visual on Snart. Requesting immediate back up!" The team back at the Bunker heard.

"Guys Snart is in the Museum. Oh and Bailey, Cas, Joe's there." Emmaline told them.

"Thanks guy. Okay come on let's go." Cassie said as she stood up from her spot.

They spotted Snart with Joe West close behind.
Thats when they started running, Luisa had teleported half of the field to a building across the street incase they would need to corner him.

They ran until they saw Snart get cornered by the police. Then he did something no one was prepared for. He put on these glasses and pulled out this gun before shooting this white flame on the road, right where this cop car was about to go making it lose momentum. Joe jumped out the way just in time before it could hit him.

"You guys go after Snart, B and I will go after the car." Cassie told them before they parted ways.

Bailey and Cassie jumped off the side of the building and landed softly with the help of Bailey's powers and caught the car.
Cassie went to the driver's door and opened it, helping the cop out who mumbled a quick thank you before going back to his colleagues.

"Cas, Bailey they're in Opium." Leo told the girls who had clearly lost the others.

"On our way." Bailey responded before they broke into a sprint.

It was too late, by the time they got there, someone was dead. By the hand of Leonard Snart.
