Valerie Queen locked her car as she approached the front door if the Clayton household.

The past few weeks were something else for the blonde. Especially these past two.

She was walking through an alley with Laurel when they saw someone falling from the rooftop of a building. The woman landed in front of them and it revealed to be Sara Lance.

A few months prior to that Sara was found alive and things felt like they were getting back to normal. The trio of girls, Laurel, Sara and Valerie. Then Valerie discovered along with Laurel that Sara was involved...well apart of this League of Assassins.

One of the main things she remembered of these past few months was Rosalies reaction when she brought Sara to Central City with her for a week. The 15 year old was clueless about her sister being alive.

Just as clueless about her being dead.

Valerie could feel the guilt weighing upon her shoulders. The past few weeks she had received texts from the youngest Lance that she was worried about her older sister as she hadn't been answering her texts, nor calls.

Valerie didn't want to leave Laurel. The blonde insisted on asking Samantha to prepare the twins for her to come and fetch them. They'd be back in Starling in a matter of days.

Laurel reminded her of her children that she had to take care of especially in these times. Her friend was right. It was the entire reason she moved to Central city only days after Tommy's funeral.

The only reason she was in Starling City that day was to check on her family. She had heard about the siege caused by Slade Wilson. She hadn't heard from Thea in awhile and made a mental note to try again later.

Valerie had this gut feeling that there was something about her family that she was completely clueless about. I mean her younger siblings were freaking Vigilantes like the Arrow back in Starling. Not that she wasn't grateful for everything the either were doing. She knew that this line of work could be extremely dangerous.

She legit lived in a city where these people with superpowers had been causing havoc... well not recently thanks to the Allegiance. She had been contemplating on moving away, again. Maybe even to London. Theres nothing supernatural about London.

Samantha offered to watch the twins, William, Oakley and Raiden were convinced that they were cousins. Plus Samantha adored them so it wasn't much of a hassle.

"Sammy hi." Valerie chirped as she hugged her friend.

"Hey. How was Starling?" Samantha asked the woman as she closed the door behind her.

"Not the best but I'll explain sometime this week."

"Oh, okay. You don't look so good." Samantha said as she noticed her friend eyes, they were puffy and had bags underneath.

"Its been a rough two weeks I guess." She responded.

"Well whatever it is we're going to deal with it together." Sam told the girl. "William honey we're all going over to Aunt Valerie's!" Samantha called to her son earning  happy cheers from the three children.

Valerie being too tired to disagree let the mother and son tag along. They only drove for a few minutes since the Clayton's lived rather close.

They were walking up the stairs, chatting laughing with the children not far behind when their eyes landed on a woman who was passed out infront of her door.

"I swear this keeps on happening to me." Valerie huffed before handing her handbag to Sam.

Sam put her arms infront of the kids as Valerie checked the pulse of the woman. She pushed her brunette hair aside to get a better look of her face.

"Oh Frak!"

"What?" Samantha asked her.

"Its Molly." Valerie said as she tried to pick up the woman.

"Oh my God! Molls!" Samantha exclaimed as she saw her old friend.

"Mommy who is that?" Oakley asked as she bit her finger nails.

"Why she dirty?" Raiden mumbled.

"I'll take care of them but call me if you get any results." Samantha assured before reaching into Valerie's handbag and grabbing her house keys and handing the bag back to the woman.

"Thank you so much you're a life saver."

"Anytime. Love you, stay safe!" Samantha said as Valerie began to go back down the stairs with Molly's arm over her shoulder.

"Love you more!"

Molly unlocked her car and put Molly in the passenger seat and buckled her belt. She was walking to her side when Caitlin's car pulled up.

"Hey Cait I'm so sorry I don't have much time to talk." She said quickly.

"Its fine I was gonna ask if you could swing by S.T.A.R Labs later?"

"No promises." She said as she opened her car door.

"Its about Barry!" She yelled as Valerie shut her door.

"I'll see if I can." She said as she switched on the ignition and drove off.

The moment she reached Central City General she parked her car and quickly got Molly out who was still passed out.

"Jasmine! Jasmine!" She called for the woman who worked in the ER with her.

"Is that?" She asked

"Yeah." She said with teary eyes.

"We need a Stretcher!" She shouted as she took the woman from Valerie's arms

Seconds later several nurses pulled up with a stretcher and they placed her on it. Valerie tried to follow but one of the nurses insisted she goes home.

Valerie found herself at Jitters getting some coffee, she was stirring her hot beverage which she had just added sugar, listening to the news report about this judge that was found dead at the mall when Rosalie Lance walked up to her table.

"Val? Val?" Rosa said as she waved her hand infront of her face.

"Yeah? Yeah. Sorry, hi?" Val greeted with a smile.

"May I?" She asked referring to the empty chair on the other side of her table.

"Yeah, sure of course." She responded before the 15 year old pulled out the chair and sat down.

"What's up?"

"I need to be completely honest with me?" Rosa said in a serious tone.

"Shoot." Valerie spoke.

"What's going on with my sister?" Valerie's slight smile dropped. "What? What's wrong?"

"Um...its not exactly my place to say anything-"

"No...don't do that!" She interrupted

"Ro..."

"Please...last time my sister didn't get back to me...she died."

"Ro...please"

"What. Is. Going. On. With. Sara?" Rosalie demanded.

"Please, talk to Laurel or your dad." She said as she looked at her fingers.

"You know after everything that's happened with our families I thought you'd have my back, but I guess I was wrong." She said angrily before storming out.

Valerie bit her lip as she choked down a sob. She left a $5 tip on the table before leaving the coffee shop.

Valerie arrived at S.T.A.R Labs shortly after. She checked herself in the mirror before getting out her car.

"Caitlin!" She called as she walked through the hallway before running into Barry.

"Barry? Oh my God you're awake! Wow I'm really behind?"

"Yeah I woke up a few weeks ago."

"That's great. How are you feeling?"

"I'm good. Listen I'd love to catch up but unfortunately I need to get to work." Barry told the woman who frowned slightly.

"Yeah sure. If you need to talk or if anything...feels well weird I'm still a doctor and I'd be happy to help." Valerie assured the boy before he walked to the elevator.

She walked a little further till she reached the cortex.

"Caitlin!" She called again before the ginger walked in.

"Hey...what did you need me for?" Valerie asked.

"I wanted to ask if you had any extra notes or anything else you remember from Barry's condition before he came here." Caitlin asked the Doctor.

"I thought you already got everything you needed?"

"Yeah but we think that he might still be experiencing...stuff post his waking up." Caitlin explained...Valerie wasn't convinced but she wasn't about to let her know that.

"Yeah sure I'll swing by later this week." She said before walking out the Cortex waving at Cisco as Caitlin let out a relieved breathe.

I couldn't think of a way to include the Allegiance in this chapter because I wanted to focus on Valerie
