"I want a church girl, that go to church.. AND READ HER BIBLE" Makki sang as he stomped down the stairs.

"I want a jewish girl that go to, uhh, temple.. AND READ HER TORAH" Mattsun joined in.

"Guys, shut the fuck up, please" Iwaizumi said in an angry tone and then proceeded to continue making grilled cheese sandwiches.

"Jeez, you're so grumpy these days it's unbelievable. Go and have some fun or something" Makki complained, but still sat down and waited for breakfast.

"Guys I had the weirdest dream ever" Oikawa suddenly walked into the kitchen, he seemed tired - must be that dream.

"What was it? Gay penguins? You marrying Miko? Gay penguins marrying Miko?" Mattsun asked. Oikawa simply glared at him before sitting down and inhaling deeply.

"So I dreamt that I was outside in the pool, but there were fish in that pool. So I'm just swimming around and suddenly I hear a splash, but when I turn around - there's no one there. So I keep swimming and out of nowhere Iwaizumi appears and he's a fucking merman! I freaked out" Oikawa said, his eyes were wide and he seemed rather excited to tell his dream to them, probably because he wanted to hear their opinions.

"I would never be a merman" Iwaizumi said before setting the plate full of sandwiches on the table and sitting down as well.

"You sure about that? Because I disagree" Makki raised and eyebrow.

"I couldn't be. Aren't mermaids and mermans supposed to be super beautiful? Oikawa could be, I couldn't" Oikawa blushed at his comment while Makki simply turned to the camera as if he was in office.

"Hatari says differently" he smiled.

"What are you looking at? There's nothing! And who the fuck is Hatari? Anyway, what should we do today?" Oikawa sighed loudly.

"Miko's coming back tomorrow, so we should do something interesting" Mattsun said, well, tried to say as his mouth was full.

"Oikawa, ever been to a thrift shop?" Iwaizumi turned to Oikawa who thought for a few seconds before shaking his head.

"Well, the thrift shop it is! And, oh, we should go and see those puppies you have been talking about, Iwaizumi! I wanna see those tiny huskies" Makki exclaimed and shoved a whole sandwich in his mouth.

"Works for me, I heard a rumor that you can find many great clothing pieces in thrift shops, maybe I'll get inspiration for my new clothing line. Speaking of, Iwaizumi - would you agree to model? It's only for a couple of photos" Oikawa asked and Makki almost choked, he didn't expect that.

"I'll have to think about it" Iwaizumi gave him a small smile and continued eating.

After the four of them were done with sandwiches, they all went to change. Iwaizumi, the expert of normal life, put on jeans (for probably the first time in a couple of years), a simple white t-shirt and a nice dark blue sweater on. Well, he was going to be wearing a coat anyway, so what he wore on the inside didn't matter that much.

Makki and Mattsun once again went with matching clothing, after rolling around on their bed that is. Black jeans, Christmas sweaters because they're festive and even christmas socks.

And Oikawa.. clearly he didn't understand where they were going and put on an expensive suit on.

"Is everyone ready?" Oikawa asked as he walked downstairs.

"What the fuck are you wearing? It's cold outside AND we're going to a thrift shop, put on jeans and a sweater and let's go" Iwaizumi facepalmed.

Around five minutes later Oikawa walked downstairs again, he was a bit embarrassed since the only proper sweater that he had was light pink, but the other three didn't seem to care. And so, they left.

December had just started and it was rather cold outside, everyone had gloves on, apart from Makki who said "I don't get cold, cold never bothers me", and then five minutes later he had his hands in his pockets.

The walk to the shop wasn't that long, well, at least it wasn't long for Iwaizumi and Oikawa who were talking about things that the other two couldn't understand, such as normal novels. Who reads normal novels when there are fanfictions?

They did walk past a bakery which made them all stop in their tracks and inhale deeply. A silent agreement was made to stop by it on their way home.

As they reached the thrift shop, Makki ran in screaming something that sounded like "DID YOU SEE MY BAG?", Mattsun followed him. And Oikawa with Iwaizumi walked in like normal fucking people and pretended to not know the other too.

The search began with Oikawa always being close to Iwaizumi, and if we're being honest, Oikawa felt... happy. Shopping with Iwaizumi was fun because he would always have something interesting to tell.

"I actually managed to find an spiderman costume here once. Now that I think about it, Makki and Mattsun might have bought it" Iwaizumi said as he kept going through coats and so on.

Oikawa was simply mimicking Iwaizumi until his eyes fell onto something.

"I don't believe it" he said as he showed Iwaizumi a fancy looking fluffy coat.

"What?"Iwaizumi watched as Oikawa took it and looked around before walking closer to him.

"This is the original Famous Gucci Diamond Long Hair Goat Fur Coat Jacket Handwoven for $5,995" Oikawa whispered/yelled. Iwaizumi gasped and covered his mouth.

"I've been searching for this everywhere. I know this is the original, I can tell by the way it's made. Wait how much is it here?" Oikawa checked the price and almost started laughing. The price tag had $2.50 written on it. "I'm buying this, fuck"

"Guys, oh my god, look what we found" Makki ran up to them and practically shoved the Elsa dress into Iwaizumi's face.

"Guys, I really don't care about what kind of costume you found, but if you dress as a princess and bust into my room again I will throw you into a spider pit" Iwaizumi said in the most serious tone ever.

And after a long discussion of what's better: an Elsa dress or a Snow White dress, the four finally left the thrift shop. Oikawa bought the coat and a scarf he found beautiful (Iwaizumi thought it was cute), Iwaizumi bought a hoodie with "Christmas Boy" written on it and Mattsun and Makki........ well, let's just say they added four new costumes to their collection.

"So, to the shelter now?" Iwaizumi asked and Oikawa murmured a small "yes". Oikawa was wearing the scarf that he bought and he was feeling great, hopefully Iwaizumi thought he was cute. (Which he did)

The shelter was just a couple of blocks away. Around midway there it started snowing lightly, which made Iwaizumi smile brightly - who doesn't love snow?

Yahaba met them at the entrance with the biggest smile on his face. Kyoutani was watching through the window, well, more like glaring.

"Iwaizumi! Long time no see, I'm glad you're here" Yahaba hugged Iwaizumi tightly.

"Well, we're very interested in those puppies you have been talking about" Iwaizumi followed Yahaba into a recently renovated shelter, the three followed him silently.

"Someone left a pregnant female husky on the street, she was so dirty that she didn't even look like a husky anymore. Kyoutani found her cold and almost unable to move. We washed her, gave her food and took care of her. She had some complications giving birth, but now there are five little puppies rolling around and they're all so happy, the mother is okay too" Yahaba explained before opening the door. The moment it opened two little fluff balls ran out.

"Oh my god! They're adorable!!" Makki yelled as he caught one and picked it up.

"I love them all" Iwaizumi said before sitting down on the floor and letting the little pups attack him, the mother joined in soon too.

"So, would you like one? They're searching for home. I was gonna put up the advert today" Yahaba asked.

Oikawa thought for a second before nodding to himself.

"I'll take them all, mother included" he said and the rest gasped at his words.

"Wait, are you for real?" Mattsun asked and watched as Oikawa nodded.

"Okay then.. let's take care of some documents and I'll help you bring them to your house" Yahaba said with a big smile on his face.
