he looks up at ariana, revealing his tear filled eyes,

dripping down his face,

oh how she wanted to wipe them away.

reminding herself of the way he's been acting,

she shoves the thought away.

"what the fuck are you doing here," ariana questions, annoyed.

he wipes his tears away with his sweatshirt sleeve.

"well this kinda is MY house." he replied snappily.

ariana rolls her eyes at his attitude. thinking for a second that he would be over their stupid fight. "well i thought you left." she says.

"well i didn't, can you leave me alone now?" he asks with attitude lining his voice slightly.

"no." she sternly replies.

"ariana i'm not really in the mood to talk to you right now."

"why, why chris, what did i fucking do to you? you're seriously starting middle school drama with me? i swear to god i didn't mean to hurt your feelings by fake crying???"
she said the last sentence sarcastically.

he couldn't help but be at a loss for words. she made a good point. their fight was seriously pointless and the real reason he was avoiding her was because he thought he was catching feeli- no. not that. he was just getting too attached.

"i- just- okay" he replies stupidly, not knowing what to say but also not wanting to be the loser of the argument.

"exactly. you cant even explain why we got in this fight in the first place. figures." she says rolling her eyes and walking away, continuing to get a glass of water from the fridge.

she pours the water into the cup and sneaks a quick look behind her to see that chris wasn't sitting on the ground anymore behind her anymore, and then she hears a door slam shut.
