Emily Reagan Wallas the daughter of Donavan and Bessie Wallas, Born on 16 April 1985 in Starling City. About 10 years later Bessie and Donavan were blessed with fraternal twin girls Opal and Ivory, one blonde and one brunette.

The Wallas family weren't like the most corrupt families in Starling, they were content, in a life of bliss. Bessie worked at Big Belly Burger as a waitress since age 16 and eventually she got promoted. Donovan on the other hand worked for Queen Consolidated.

Emily wasn't a naive girl, she knew that Starling City was corrupt, that's why when she got older she went straight to the police academy, graduated at the top of her class and became one of the most well known cops in the country. Along the way she met a tech guru, who happened to be the CEO, Creator and owner of Morgenstein Tech, Andrew Morgenstein. They fell deeply in love, he even proposed and were in the process of planning their wedding.

But even the best cops have that one case they couldn't solve.

Emily Wallas suffered a loss that no one can come back from, no matter how they seem or act the guilt and sadness weighs on you for a lifetime. Emily's entire family including Andrew, were all killed in an explosion that happened in her childhood home where her parents were still loved along with the twins. Bessie,Donavan, Andrew, Opal and Ivory were all killed in the raging fires of that explosion. Emily somehow managed to survive but that placed her in a coma for a week. She woke up to seeing Laurel and her bestfriends since senior year, Marlowe and Astrid by her bedside instead of her parents, fiance or even sisters.

The day she woke up was probably the worst day for her. When Marlowe told her the heartbreaking news, Emily immediately had a panic attack. To say Emily was damaged would be an understatement.

Emily did go into Therapy and Astrid and Marlowe did move in with her, just to try make things better, it never helped. When you loss your entire family including the love of your life it changes you.

The case had been closed and labeled as an 'accident' but she knew better than to actually think that. She investigated it on her own, but boy did that made things a hell out worse. She was getting inches closer to the truth, but she didn't expect her ass to be kidnapped and thrown onto the yacht of her ex bestfriends family, worse part was no one knew she was there until it was to late.

The Queens Gambit went down and Emily clung for life on something large that came from the boat, thank God it could float. Lian Yu was were she ended up, and that were she spent 4 years of her life, on an island that was Mandarin for Purgatory.

Emily return years later, a changed woman, more changed than after the Wallas Massacre. She spent her first year since she got back in Central City being the partner of Joe West. That was the only year in her life since before the Wallas Massacre that was actually, good. She had to adjust to alot if things but it wasn't anything she couldn't handle.

When her ex bestfriend returns from the dead and new evidence comes to light, she returns back to the city that was filled with her worst memories.
