                chapter ten: a moment of weakness

her head laid on the boys bare chest. their naked body's tangled in with one another as she slept. but it was early in the morning but the boy was wide awake.

his mind raced as he remembered the lace black underwear that laid on the floor by his bed. his minds going back to the fact that he had his bestfriend naked in his bedroom.

that should have never happened.

he knew that. and she should know that. they were bestfriends. this was just a emotional fuck.

a moment of pure weakness.

her body moved slightly as his hand laid in her hair as he scratched her head slightly.

a small smile went on his face when he saw the girl slowly waking up.

" time to wake up bella" lucien spoke out loud but still in a tone of a whisper. her head still rested on his chest.

the boy rolled his eyes as he took his hand from out of her hair as he grabbed her chin making the girl look up at him.

" good morning ms williams" the boy said. she rolled her eyes. she sat up straighter in the boys bed as he did the same before getting out of his own bed.

she watched his every move as he walked to his closet before pulling out a towel and wrapping it around his waist covering the bottom part of his body.

" i'll be right im going to shower" he told her. she nodded.

once the boy had left the room if all of a sudden had came to her what had happened last night.

it was all one giant mistake.

she shouldn't be sitting in his room naked with her clothes all around the room. and she most definitely shouldn't have liked what happened last night.

they were only best friends. now best friends who hooked up. and this would also hopefully be a one time thing. she can't let this happen again. besides he 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦𝘴 annie. he doesn't like her.

annie was one of her closest friends now and she just fucked the boy she liked. in the past tense. she likes scott now.

the brunette girl shook her head as she realized that she's been worrying for five minutes now.

she quickly got out of the bed and started to try and find her clothes.

she found all accept her underwear which she had put on. she combed her hands through her hair as she let it drop down past her shoulders.

she bent down contemplating about putting her heels back on before deciding it would make to much sound.

she got up holding her heels in her hands as she opened the door seeing a drenched lucien. the boy who she didn't want to see. especially in this moment in time.

" leaving so soon" he smiled at her before walking past her. the girl let out a groan before closing the door, but not all the way so she can still make a escape.

" that shouldn't have happened" she told him as the boys back faced her. " i mean you like annie and i shouldn't have got in the way of that" bella contuined. lucien turned towards the girl.

" do i" he asked her. she was confused. " do i like annie" he asked the girl. she rolled her eyes. " yes lucien you do. and she likes you" she told the boy pointly. he took a step closer towards her.

he put his hands on her cheeks before pulling the girl closer. their lips almost touching before he spoke again. she was in longing. and he knew it.

" maybe your right" he told pulling away. he turned back around as he walked to his closet. " this can never happen again, it was a 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆" she told him. the word mistake running throughout his head as he tried to wrap his head around it.

" i agree" he told her still not looking at her. " just enough fuck for me to have that's all" he told her finally looking at the girl. she let out a small smile and nodded.

" yeah just another name" she spoke. her words biting her back like venom.

she had only liked two boys in her life.

the boy in highschool and her bestfriend.
and she couldn't go to anyone to talk to it about.

she was alone in this all.
