it didn't take long for her mother to leave her alone in the room. bella williams was alone once again.

she heard from annie that the videos got taken down. she sent her back a text just saying ' okay '. it was simple. like most things.

it felt like this night was the end of something. she didn't understand what yet. she didn't really want to know ether.

she heard commotion next store as the voices were loud. yet subtle. she knew it was none of her business. so she choose to ignore it all.

yet the voices just kept getting my aggressive. there was at least three of them.

the brunette girl rolled her eyes before walking to her door and opening it up and walking next store. where she knew annie resigned in.

she saw her body guard sitting at her usual table sipping her coffee as she looked at what's happening. a figure blocking the doorway. which explains why the whole hall could hear what was going on. even if they were trying to be subtle about it.

bella recognized the persons back immediately.

lucien belmont.

her bestfriend.

well ex bestfriend.

ex everything.

" your boring" she heard lucien let out as he spoke to annie. she saw caroline behind the girl. as the three of them made eye contact.

lucien still not knowing the girl was there.

" i was only friends with you to get with someone even more boring then you" she heard lucien let out from in front of her.

" who" annie let out.

" who lucien" caroline then spoke out.

" bella williams, if it wasn't for her daddy's money and mommy issues she would be just as boring as you were" lucien spat out.

" oh bella don't be upset" caroline finally let out letting lucien know she was there.

she saw the curly headed boy turn around the look at her. he looked like he had just seen a ghost. but bella still stood there shocked.

" see annie this is how lucien really is, he doesn't care about anyone but himself" caroline spoke.

yet annie didn't acknowledge her. she only stood looking at bella. the brunette girl looked away from lucien as she made eye contact with annie.

" she's right annie, lucien only does care about himself" bella spoke out trying to push back her tears. she didn't want to cry in front of him.

not more then she had already done.

she looked back at lucien watching a wave of sadness wash over his eyes before it left him once again.

" caroline's brain washing you annie, both of you. she'll fuck anyone over if that means she gets what she wants" lucien spoke out. before caroline could even protest annie spoke up.

" lucien maybe you're the fucked up one" annie spat out. " just leave lucien and never contact me again" annie spoke.

lucien's eyes flashed to bella waiting to see if she would protest against it but she didn't.

she wouldn't.

she couldn't.

so he left.

bella still stood in the hall as she looked at the two girls.

the boys footsteps going into the distance as he disappeared to lord only knows where.

" well no need to be sad, we have a sorority recruitment to get to" she heard annie let out.

which surprised her because she expected caroline to say something like that.

" are you sure annie" bella let out. still slightly distraught from what happened.

" we can always postpone it" caroline suggested. annie shook her head no.

" i want to do this, leave lucien in the past" annie let out. caroline nodded.

" you coming bella" caroline asked her. bella let out a smile nodding.

she needed to distract her mind from this all.

in the past twelves hours she's been in a sex tape scandal. her bestfriend lied to her about everything and her mother wants to be there for her now.

and to top it off she still felt herself liking lucien.

but she knew it would go away soon. she hoped it would. she just needed enough drinks in her system to have that happened.

even if she didn't drink.

tonight she would.

maybe she would even wear a red dress. one that was hard to take off. or even better a white dress.

a new beginning. or even a new ending.

she truly didn't know yet.
