"sighh"  I stand at the shore, gazing at the vast blue ocean.   

"Hey Y/n!" I hear my friend Lilah call out from behind me. I turn around, my beach dress flowing with the wind. I'm wearing an orange one piece/bikini underneath it, "Let's play volleyball!" Lilah runs up to me. I smile and nod, Lilah leads me to a volleyball net, I don't look at the people we are versing at first. I walk to the side and slide of my dress, revealing my swimsuit/bikini. I stand next to Lilah, who's jumping up and down in excitement. She grabs the volleyball and gets ready to serve, I stand by the net, waiting for her to start. I keep my eye on the ball, volleyball is one of my favorite sports, I am not going to lose.  Once Lilah serves and it goes over the net, the opposite member hits it over. It hurtles toward me and I get ready to spike it over. I jump up and slap the ball as hard as I can. The other members don't get to it in time and the ball hits the sand. I let out a victorious chuckle and Lilah high fives me. I hear a male voice shouting,

"Screw you guys!" 

I look over at the opposite team and I lose my breath. They're so good looking, especially the silver headed one! The silver headed boy who is trying to calm down a purple headed boy. I giggle at their actions, the purple headed one is trying to tackle us while the silver headed one is pulling him back. 

"My names Hosuh!" The silver headed one shyly introduces himself. The purple headed one stops moving and points to himself with a smug smile,

"I'm the one and only Stephen!" 

"I'm Lilah!" Lilah introduces herself as well walking up to them to shake their hands.

"I guess it's my turn, huh?" I step up to shake Stephen and Hosuh's hands as well, "My name's Y/n!" I smile at both of them, they smile back. I lock eyes with Hosuh, who hasn't let go of my hand after shaking it. "Uhm, Hosuh? Y-you can let go of my hand now.." Hosuh's eyes widen and his face flushes, as does mine. We both pull away and Lilah starts wiggling her eyebrows and Stephen snickers. 

"Alright.." Stephen coughs while joking, "Lovebirds!" Hosuh and I glare at our friends, and try to hide our embarrassment. I clear my throat,

"W-well.. I'm feeling hungry after, well.. doing nothing.."

"Haha!" Lilah laughs and points at Stephen, "You got enraged after missing one hit." 

I laugh at Lilah's snide remark and Stephen goes speechless,

"I-you guys-.. shut up!" I abruptly stop laughing and hold in my breath. I glance over at Lilah, and immediately burst out laughing again. This time,  Lilah and Hosuh join in as well. I look at Hosuh, he looks adorable while laughing.. "Whatever you guys! Let's just get lunch!" Stephen crosses his arms. Stephen and Hosuh signal Lilah and I to follow them. Lilah and I nod our heads at each other, both agreeing to go with them. They seem like decent guys, after all we're just getting lunch. Lunch and nothing more. Lilah and I follow the boys to an outside restaurant. We take our seats, Lilah and I sitting next to each other and Hosuh and Stephen sitting across from us. A waitress comes over to take our order, "Just one extra large smoothie for now!" Stephen orders before any of us can say anything. We all give Stephen 'bruh' looks, "What?" Stephen gives Lilah and Hosuh an innocent look, but turns to me with a challenging look, "Afraid you won't be able to finish it?"

"The challenge is on  airhead." I give Stephen an equally challenging look. Hosuh giggles and I feel like angels are singing in my ears. 

"So, tell us about yourselves!" Hosuh encouraged. Lilah started talking first,

"Okay, so.. Y/n and I live together with my girlfriend Asami! I like to bake and cook, watch horror movies, listen to heavy metal, watch musicals and have pillow fights! I snicker remembering the time we had a pillow fight, it's never a dull moment with Lilah. Even when her girlfriend is there, she still talks and takes care of me. Everyone goes quiet and looks at me, I give a questioning look and then realize it's my turn to talk,

"O-oh! Uh.. As Lilah said, I live with her and her girlfriend, because my parents kicked me out.." I mutter the last thing under my breath, though Hosuh seems to have heard.  "I like to watch movies and anime,  read books, write, eat, and be at the beach!" I glance between the two boys, Stephen has his head against his hand and is looking at me intently. Hosuh seems intrigued and he's about to say something but our waitress comes back with our extra large smoothie. 

"Enjoy!" she smiles and we thank her. She then goes to help a family clean up a mess. We take out our straws and immediately start drinking the smoothie. 

Time skip to you and Stephen being the last two drinking the smoothie

I hold up an L with my fingers at Stephen. He points at me and then points down, "I'm going down.. we'll see pal." I roll my eyes and we keep on drinking. Lilah and Hosuh were taking their time but they stopped drinking a long time ago. Stephen and I are the only ones left, 

"Sluurp!"  I look down at the smoothie and I finally feel my stomach start to ache. 

"We finished it.." Stephen breathlessly says. Lilah and Hosuh laugh at our expressions of defeat. 

"Do you guys wanna take a walk?" Hosuh asks with his sweet voice. Stephen and I look at each other before nodding. We leave $5 on the table and leave.  I see Lilah and Stephen winking at each other. Before I can question them, Lilah dramatically sighs,

"Oh.. Stephen looks like he wants to go.. uh.. over there. Guess I have to take him!" 

"I can take him!" Hosuh kindly offers. 

"No!" Stephen and Lilah shout at the same time. Hosuh and I jump at their scream and grab each other. Stephen and Lilah smile, "Perfect! Now you two don't have too much fun" They wink at us before scurrying off. Hosuh looks down at me and I look up at him, "Our faces are so close.." I feel my face heat up and let go of his arm and he lets go of mine. 

"S-sorry!" I tuck a few strands of hair behind my ear. Hosuh doesn't respond and I can sense the dense layer of awkwardness. I try to make things better, "Uhm- The sky looks really pretty, doesn-"

"Can I hold your hand?" My eyes widen and I turn to face Hosuh. He avoids eye contact and he stood stiff. I giggle and grab Hosuh's right hand. 

"Of course!" I intertwine our fingers and give his hand a quick squeeze. He looks shocked at first but then leans in and kisses my cheek. I blush at the sudden action and Hosuh leads me around the boardwalk. We come across a ring toss game. What catches my eye is a big plushie bear. 

"GASP  Hosuh can you win that for me?!" I plead. Hosuh chuckles and gives $2 for 4 rings. Hosuh tosses once, he misses. He tosses again, and again, and misses both times. He takes a deep breath before tossing the last ring. I watch it fall to the ground. He missed..

"Sorry guys, better luck next time!" the stand man gives us a pitiful look. I smile politely,

"Thank you sir! Let's go Hosuh!" I look up at Hosuh, "H-Hosuh?" Hosuh looks like he's about to cry! 

"I'm sorry Y/n.." he sniffles.

"Hosuh It's okay! You tried and that makes me happy enough, besides I'm out here with you, I don't need a stuffed bear. A cute stuffed bear. Hosuh rubs his eyes and pulls me in for a big hug. He wraps his arms around my waist and holds me tight. I can't breath. Not because of how tight he's hugging me, but because he's hugging me. I can feel how fast his heart is beating against my chest. I pick my head of his shoulder and and look into his eyes. I can feel the two of us leaning in like a magnetic attraction. he leans in a bit more and I glance around at the crowd. There's people everywhere. I break out of his hold and grab his hand. He looks regretful and I can tell he's going to freak out later. He doesn't pull away as I drag him to a place I am more comfortable in. The shore! I take off my shoes and Hosuh does the same. I stand with my feet in the water, still holding Hosuh's hand. He gazes at me, 

"I'm sor-!" 

I shut Hosuh up by kissing him deeply. 

"I'm sorry I pulled away before," I sheepishly admit, "I didn't want my first kiss to be in front a bunch of strangers.." Hosuh tucks a hair behind my ear and kisses my forehead. 

"I may not know much about you, and you may not know.. well.. anything  about me.. But I.. I've liked you ever since I first saw you! You make me feel things I've never felt before and I just.." Hosuh gives up speaking and pulls me in for another kiss. I smile into the kiss and pull away,

"I feel the same Hos!" I hug him, unable to stop smiling. "Lunch and nothing more, huh?"
