Chapter 7

I woke up too soon the next morning.

I rolled over on my bed, yawing as I reached for my phone next to my pillow to see what time it was. Great, I couldn't have had a good night's sleep after being in a club the whole night, I see. I sighed, staring at the ceiling before getting up. I just sat on the edge of my bed, my phone somewhere between my pillows now, and stared into an empty space on my wall, still trying to fully wake up.

"God, I hate mornings," I muttered, getting up. I walked out of my room, the silence hitting my ears. I got to the kitchen, opening our fridge to get something to eat. I need to get Amy to go shop with me, we are lacking food already. I took out my yoghurt and after finding a spoon for myself, I slowly walked back into my room.

"Where the hell did my phone go?" I mumbled angrily, throwing my pillow on the floor to see better. "I am never putting anything on my bed again," I commented after I found it hidden in my blanket.

I connected my headphones to my phone, placing it on my table instead of my bed this time and went to my easel on the other side of my room. My room wasn't one of the biggest, Amy definitely took the bigger one, but I didn't mind, it was big enough to fit in all my art supplies, my gaming setup, bookshelf and I still had a lot of space for walking, or just sitting on the floor playing the guitar, which was something I did a lot lately.

I had a good 2 or 3 hours left before Amy would wake up with a headache, muttering she will never go to a club again, as she always does, so I decided to finally start painting again. I didn't touch any canvas in months due to music and I hated it. Even though I would never give up on being a singer, painting was my hobby too.

The three hours, as I guessed, passed by quicker than I would expect. Not only that I didn't finish my painting, which I thought I would, but I could swear it was like an hour ago when I finished my yoghurt and left it on my table, because I was too lazy to go and throw it away.

Amy came into my room, looking like a zombie, and lay on my bed, still half asleep.

"I am never going to a club again," We both said at the same time and I had to laugh when she said exactly what I thought she would. I took down my headphones, turned them off, and walked to her.

"I told you to slow down soon enough," I told her, making her mumble something. She turned around on my bed, ready to sleep some more. "Get up, eat something and take a shower. We have to go shopping."

"Noo," she whined and I shook my head.

"I also need your hacking skills." When I said that she opened her eyes, suddenly listening. "I explain when you do the things I told you to do." I chuckled, taking her hands to make her get up from my bed.

"Okay, I am going," She said, still half asleep. "But you'll explain on the way. I need every detail of why I am searching for this boy for you," She winked at me and I had to laugh.

"I finish up and we'll go, hurry up." I sent her out of my room, still laughing, and turned my headphones on again, ready to finish the painting.

"I am ready," Amy said as she walked to my room again, sunglasses on, coffee in her hand. "Can you drive? I don't know how much you had last night."

I nodded, "Definitely not as much as you did. I am fine."

"Good," She muttered, letting me have a sip of her coffee. I cleaned up everything and followed her outside, going to my car. Amy doesn't have her own car, but she is usually the one driving as she enjoys it more than I do.

"Now," She started as she fastened her seat belt. "Who am I searching for?" She asked, taking a sip of her coffee as she looked at me.

"A girl," I answered. "Not for me though." I added. "It's for Felix."

"For Felix?!?" She asked right away, almost spitting out her coffee from the shock. "Who- WHAT?"

"I don't know," I laughed. "He forgot to ask her for a name, so you have to find her just based on what he remembers about her. I think you shouldn't ask about the color of anything though." I laughed, again. Who would have thought Felix and Chris would find someone in a club.

"I'll get to it when we come back," She agreed. "And, you have to tell me every detail about what you did last night. Once we swapped partners we didn't talk."

I drove us to the parking lot in front of the supermarket and we got out of my car, Amy cursing at the sun for shining so much, while I chuckled, walking inside the supermarket. We both decided to go different directions to take everything we need faster.

Faster wasn't what happened though. We should have both gone the other direction. To my luck, I ended up in the books section right away, looking at each of them, I ended up with 2 after half an hour. Just when I actually started picking the food we needed, I found another section, where I could easily spend all my money. I picked up a few brushes, acrylics and a new sketchbook before I decided I actually need to pick up things we need. I ended up spending an hour in the supermarket.

Amy, on the other hand apparently also found her sections, because when I got to the cashier to pay, expecting she'd be already there, I still had to wait another ten minutes. "I am here!" She called, waving at me. "Sorry, I just...found some things." She chuckled, pointing at her shopping cart, which was completely full. I looked inside, finding new headphones and a power bank with my eyes. She also bought some clothes and a camera. I laughed, showing her my cart, full of art supplies and books. "But, I also found something we both like," She smiled, showing me a stack of albums.

"Oh my god," I giggled. "Do I look like I've robbed a bank?" I asked, still giggling.

"I mean...have you seen your bank account? Because I have," She laughed. "We have enough for this, don't worry."

"I should block your credit card, you're gonna get us broke." I chuckled, walking with her to the cashier. Even though she was a year older than me, it felt as if I was the more responsible one.

We got back to my car, putting all of the stuff into the car trunk. "Wait until we are back home," I told her when she wanted to study the albums she bought in the car.

"Sure, mamas" She scoffs, sitting inside the car. I rolled my eyes over her comment and also sat inside, starting the car.

"Can I look at this first? I know Felix and blah blah, but he can wait. The possible I.N card inside of my album can't though." She said, looking at me with her puppy eyes.

I chuckled. "You can do whatever you want, Am."

"Okay, okay, come here then. These are for you." She said, handing me three albums, each of them being a different version of stray kid's new album. My eyes widened seeing how pretty it was. I smiled at her, sitting next to her on my bed.

And we were back to our fangirling. It felt as if we've never actually met them, as if we weren't out with our idols drinking yesterday. As if Hyunjin didn't drive us home. Oh my god.

Amy looked at me, asking if I am ready to look at the photocards, with her eyes and I nodded, turning them around.

"Yes! I've got Minho and Jeongin, beat me." She laughed and so did I. I looked at mines, a smirk appearing on my face.

"I am sure I just beat you," I commented, turning the photocards for her to see. "I have Hyunjin and Felix."

"Damn, 1-1." She said and I agreed. If I am honest, no matter what we got it would be the best.

"I got Hyunjin and Seungmin," Amy said, looking at my card. "Swap?" She asked and I nodded, handing her my Chan and Han. Even though every member was a win, we still had our favorites that nothing could beat. For me it will always be Hyunjin, Seungmin and Minho, while Amy could not get enough of Jeongin, Jisung and Felix. At this point it would just be weird for us if we haven't switched.

"Okay, enough. You have work to do." I reminded her, sending her to my PC. It was so common for her to work on my PC, in my room instead of hers.

While Amy started searching on Instagram, I texted Christopher to give me Felix's number. Amy went through every post with the club's name hashtag, searching for the mysterious girl with no name, while I was texting Felix, sending him pictures of girls that looked similar to his description of her. None of the girls seemed to be the right one.

"Couldn't it be this one?" I asked, pointing at my computer.

"Maybe? Send him the picture and see." Amy answered and I did as she said, waiting for Felix's reply.

"Wow! That's her!" I yelled out happily and Amy smiled, opening the girl's profile. Damn, she was pretty. "Bae Alaska?" I read out loud, amazed by her name. "Why can't my surname be Bae? That would be so funny!" I said, making Amy laugh.

"She is just lucky, but I get you." She said, scrolling through her profile to find as much information as she could.

"No, listen to me, if Felix doesn't end up liking her I am shooting my shot. She is so gorgeous," I commented, Amy laughing as she started following her. "I am being serious." I added.

"I know you are," She chuckled. "Shoot your shot right away if you want, text her." she told me, opening a chat with her.

"Ain't no way, I am not that brave. I'll let Felix have his chance first."

"Whatever you say. Now, finally tell me about what you did yesterday," She smirked, waiting for some big twists.

"We danced, you know that. And then we talked. With Minho too." I said, my last sentence making her lose all the hope she had left. "Oh, and Coby called." I mentioned, making her title her head in question. "He told me you two had a meeting this week. Why didn't you tell me?? I love the idea you had!" I said happily, making her smile too. "And...Coby made me ask Hyunjin to make the music video with me."

"WHAT?!" She screamed out loud. If she had a drink or food in her mouth my computer would be destroyed. "What did he say?"

"He didn't say no," I muttered with a smile appearing on my face. I just fully realized what it meant. "We'll see on Monday. Let's not talk about that now or I'll get my hopes up."

"Alright, we have to change the topic, tell me more about Chris's girl." She agreed with me, ready to hear more tea.

"She seems really nice," I commented. "She is gorgeous too. They would actually fit well together. By look I mean, I don't really know what kind of person she is." Amy nodded, obviously liking what she heard. "We'll see if Chris does something with it. He was smart enough to ask for her name at least." I chuckled, reminding myself how embarrassed Felix was when he admitted he doesn't know her name.
