ALEC STOOD IN MAGNUS' LIVING ROOM WITH JACE, CLARY, ISABELLE AND MAGNUS. They were all trying to still come to terms with what had happened to Adelaide. It seemed like she was back to normal, but what was normal nowadays.
"

Voices?" Jace asks, his eyebrows furrowing as he thought that maybe she was just hallucinating. But if Adelaide was awake and actually telling Alec that she heard someone talking to her, then it was more serious than they originally thought.

"That's what she said." Alec says as he taps his hand against his arm. Isabelle only looks confused as she puts a hand on her hip.

"What kind of voices?" Isabelle asks her brother as she knew the man was worried for Adelaide. They all were. None of them wanted her to have to go through something like this. Whatever this was.

"She said she heard a woman telling her horrible things. For her to do horrible things." He tells them and they all just look beyond confused. Clary shakes her head, her arms crossing against her chest.

"What is it?" Clary asks them but it didn't seem like any of them had an answer. Alec looks towards Magnus who was just taking in all of the information.

"Magnus?" He asks but the warlock just lets out a sigh, shaking his head.

"I don't know, I've never heard about this before. I've never seen anything like it." Magnus states as for as long as he's been around, he hadn't seen someone go through this or experience any like symptoms. It wasn't like the girl was possessed, she was still very much there but someone else was with her.

"So, you have nothing to help her." Alec says, his voice a little bit harsh as he crosses his arms against his chest.

"I'm sorry Alexander, but my expertise can only do so much." Magnus replies as he wished he knew the answer but he was afraid that it wasn't that simple.

"Well, try harder." Alec snaps at him, catching everyone off guard as pure anger floods Alecs veins. Magnus furrows his eyebrows, staring back at the shadowhunter.

"Alec." Jace says, the man looking towards him, anger still clear on his face. "He's doing the best he can." He says, not wanting to start a fight, especially not with the one person who might actually be able to help Adelaide.

"Well maybe his best isn't good enough." Alec sneers as he clenches his jaw, glaring at Magnus who just stared back at him. Isabelle's eyes widen as she hardly ever sees her brother talk to someone like this.

"Alec!" She scolds as she looks at him with a shocked expression on her face. "Look, I get that it's Adelaide and I get that you care about her, but we haven't seen this before. We have to do some research, it's not all on Magnus." Isabelle explains to him, her voice firm as she wasn't about to let Alec pin everything on the warlock. Alec lets out a sigh, knowing that they were right. His eyes go to Magnus, his face showing a softer expression now.

"You're right, Im sorry Magnus.. I didn't mean-" Alec starts to apologize but Magnus only cuts him off.

"We're all on edge, I understand." Magnus says, shaking his head as he didn't need the man's apology. All he needed was to help adelaide. That's all he cared about.

SHE FELT A HAND ON HER SHOULDER AS SHE STARED AT THE TABLET IN HER HAND. Adelaide had taken a shower and honestly felt much better which is why she was in the main room of the institute, trying to keep her mind busy. She glanced to the side, seeing Alec standing there with a stern look on his face. "You should be resting." He says in a scolding tone, his hand moving to the tablet to take it way from her but she only holds it out of his reach.

"I'm fully healed and I'm fine." Adelaide retorts as she looks back down at the tablet. Alec only sighs as he leans down to her ear as he didn't want anybody eavesdropping on their conversation.

"You heard voices in your head, that's not fine." Alec tells her and she only looks back at him, their faces now mere inches apart as she raises an eyebrow at him.

"Well, I'm just getting my mind off of it." Adelaide says as she places the tablet down, obviously not going to be able to do anything with Alec breathing down her neck.

"I agree with Alec -" Magnus starts to say, catching Adelaide's attention as she didn't even realize that he was also there. She looks over at him with a sharp glare, scoffing lightly.

"You don't get an opinion." Adelaide cuts him off, crossing her arms against her chest as Magnus only sighs. "Shouldn't you be off, telling all your warlocks what to do?" She asks with a raise of an eyebrow but Magnus only frowns.

"I've actually been dismissed as the high warlock." Magnus answers her and Adelaide wanted to feel bad for him but he did it to himself. He only had himself to blame for losing that title.

"I guess it serves you right for helping the seelie queen." Adelaide replies with a shrug of her shoulders. Alec didn't seem to like her attitude so he decided to intervene in their conversation.

"He helped you this morning and he is still helping you now, the least you can do is thank him." Alec explains to her but she only places a hand on her hip, keeping her mouth pressed firmly shut. Alec only shakes his head, letting out a huff as he grabs her hand. "Look at this." He tells her as he holds up her hand to show her fingertips that were still black. "You're gonna tell me this is fine?" Alec asks, his voice showing frustration as he glares down at her.

"Let go of me." Adelaide sneers as she pulls her hand away from him before flickering her eyes between the pair. "If you want to pick his side, fine. What do I care?" She asks before stalking away making Alec sigh, bringing his hand up to rub his face.

"Fighting with her is a losing game. You never win." Magnus states as he leans against the table, staring at where Adelaide had walked off to.

"She doesn't have to be so rude to you." Alec admits as there was a point of being mad at someone, but if that someone helps you anyways, they should get some sort of credit.

"She's angry, it'll take a moment for her to come back to her senses." Magnus replies as he didn't seem too bothered by it. Alec furrows his eyebrows as he glanced at the warlock.

"You say this like it's happened before." Alec says curiously and Magnus only smiles softly, nodding his head.

"Oh, it has." Magnus tells him as he licks his bottom lip. "There was one time where she didn't speak to me for a whole month." He states making Alecs eyes widen. He crosses his arms, biting the inside of his cheek.

"And you're okay with that?" Alec asks as he wouldn't what could Magnus have done to get her to not speak to him for a whole month.

"I've been around for a long time Alexander, a month is nothing." Magnus says, staring at the shadowhunter before heading off on his own way. He knew Adelaide would forgive him sooner or later, he would just have to wait until she came to terms with it herself. Even if it did take a month or even a year, Magnus would still be there for her.

He would always be there for her.

ADELAIDE WAS WALKING INTO THE WEAPON ROOM IN ORDER TO GRAB A SPEAR TO TRAIN WITH WHEN SHE SAW SOME WOMAN LAUGHING WITH HER DAD. Adelaide furrows her eyebrows, noticing the way her dad smiled with the mysterious woman. She seemed around her dad's age so Adelaide didn't really know what to think of it. Was he seeing someone and just didn't tell her? Adelaide didn't think she saw her around the institute before though. Deciding to introduce herself, Adelaide makes her way over to the pair. "Hello, who are you?" She says as she stops next to her father, eyeing the woman up. The woman just kindly smiles at her, holding out her hand.

"Rosaline Keystone." She says and Adelaide looks at her hand before shaking it, putting on a small smile as she still didn't know whether to like her or not.

"Adelaide Storm, nice to meet you." Adelaide replies making the woman nod her head, her eyes moving to Dean for a moment. Adelaide knew that he must of mentioned her, or she made the connection because of the last name.

"So you're the famous Adelaide?" Rosaline questions with a smirk playing on her lips as she looks back at the raven haired girl. Adelaide only raises an eyebrow, placing a hand on her hip.

"I didn't know I was famous." Adelaide replies with a small laugh as she tilts her head. Rosaline shrugs her shoulders, crossing her arms against her chest.

"Well, everyone's heard about you."  The woman retorts making Adelaide tightly smile. It was either that she had heard about the fact that she was a warlock and a shadowhunter, or the fact that she was a shadowhunter raised by a warlock. Or she just knew her because she had a reputation of getting on people's bad sides.

"I'm hoping all good things." She states with a smirk before squinting her eyes a little bit. "Are you new?" Adelaide asks as she flickers her eyes to Dean for a moment who was just staring at the seraph blade in his hands like it was the most interesting thing.

"Just transferred, yeah." Rosaline answers her with a nod. Dean finally glanced up, catching Rosaline's eye.

"Well, if you want when you have time I can show you around New York, get your surroundings." Dean suggests with a small shrug, as he looks at Rosaline. Rosaline only smiles at him, tilting her head.

"That'd be great, thanks." She replies as she nods her head before turning back to Adelaide. "It was nice meeting you." Rosaline says before moving past her and leaving the pair alone. Dean watches after her making Adelaide smirk to herself for a moment.

"If you want I can show you around, take you on a date." Adelaide teases as she wiggles her eyebrows at him. Dean now stared at her, a blunt expression on his face as he wasn't impressed by her comment.

"Shut up." Dean mutters firmly as he goes back to cleaning the weapons. Adelaide only moves to the other side of the table, her hand on her hip

"Oh come on, you were totally flirting with her." Adelaide points out making Dean's eyes widen, him glancing around, probably to make sure that Rosaline wasnt still lingering around.

"I wasn't." Dean denies as he moves his eyes to the seraph blade yet again. Adelaide rolls her eyes playfully, leaning her arms against the table.

"You were." She retorts and he only glares at her before squinting his eyes.

"Don't you have one of your friends to go annoy?" Dean asks as he clenches his jaw but that only made her know that she was right. She giggles as she taps the table, leaning towards her dad.

"You definitely like her." Adelaide taunts and Dean just points the seraph blade at her before pointing it towards the door.

"Go." Dean says and she only smirks, backing up as she wiggles her eyebrows again. Dean rolls his eyes but she could see the ghost of a smile on his lips as she left the room.

KNOCKING ON THE DOOR TO JACE'S ROOM, Adelaide peeks her head into the room, seeing Jace laying on his bed. She gives a small smile as his eyes move over to her. "Hey." She says softly as she waves lightly. Jace returns the smile, sitting up a little bit.

"Hi." He replies as he runs a hand through his hair. Adelaide walks into the room, making her way over to his bed.

"Free to talk?" She asks as she sits at the edge. Jace nods his head, patting the space next to him. Adelaide crawls over to him, sitting back against the pillow and turning her head to face him.

"What's up?" Jace questions curiously as he wraps an arm around her shoulders. She lets out a small sigh, her eyes moving to her hands as she picks at her nails. Adelaide didn't know whether or not what she saw was real, but she had to know.

"I can't stop thinking about it." Adelaide admits as she bites the inside of her cheek. Jace just furrows his eyebrows, waiting for her to continue. "You getting stabbed by Valentine." She elaborates, glancing up at him again and seeing the slight hesitation in his eyes. But he covers it with a smile as he grabs her hand with his free one, giving it a squeeze.

"I'm right here." Jace assures her as he gazes down at her. But Adelaide still didn't understand it all. There was no way that Jace could be sitting next to her right now

"How, though? I saw you.. your chest stopped moving and your eyes closed." Adelaide says, seeing Jace glance towards his lap as she spoke. "You died, Jace." She states softly, her voice breaking as she knew how she felt, she knew how Alec felt. Adelaide knew it was painful for someone to lose their parabatai.

"That's just what you think you saw." Jace corrects as he shakes his head. Adelaide scoffs lightly, furrowing her eyebrows. She wasnt making it up, she might have been really weak but she knew what she saw.

"No, I know what I saw." She retorts as she stares at the man intensely. Jace clears his throat, biting the inside of his cheek which usually is what he did when he was lying.

"It didn't go as deep as we thought." He states but she only stares at him like he was incredibly stupid. Her mouth was parted slightly as she just squints her eyes.

"Alec's parabatai rune disappeared." Adelaide says, raising her eyebrows as if he truly didn't die, then it would've just been incredibly faint. She sits up, brushing his arm off of her shoulders. "Why aren't you telling me the truth?" She asks in a accusatory tone as she crosses her arms while looking at him.

"I am." Jace defends himself but Adelaide only scoffs, shaking her head.

"No, you're not!" She shouts at him, furious that he is even trying to deny it. Adelaide gets off of the bed, Jace following in her footsteps. "I trust you with a lot Jace and you can't even tell me one thing." Adelaide mutters with a roll of her eyes. She has opened up a lot to him in the past months but he can't even trust her with this.

"Adelaide." Jace says as he grabs a hold of her wrist to keep her in the room but she only glares harshly at him.

"Let go." She states firmly but he just keeps a hold of her, opening his mouth to say something but her eyes turn dark. "Get off me--" Adelaide shouts, sending Jace flying back into his dresser. He groans as his back hits the wood hard, making him wince. Adelaide covers her mouth, her eyes wide as she sees the injured man. Jace seems to notice this, holding out his hand.

"No, Adelaide it's -" Jace starts to say but she only begins backing away from him while shaking her head. "I'm okay-" But she only rushes out of the room, bumping into Alec on the way who was just coming to see what the noise was about. Alec furrows his eyebrows as he watches Adelaide run down the hall before his eyes turn to Jace who was holding onto his side.

"What happened?" Alec asks confused but Jace just shakes his head as he walks over to the man.

"It was an accident, her emotions are high." Jace tells him as he moves past his parabatai to walk towards their bedroom. He tries to open the door but I was locked. He sighs as he knocks on the door. "Adelaide." He says but got no response. "Adelaide, please open the door." Jace pleads as he knocks once again, Alec now by his side. "I know you didn't mean to." Jace says, knowing that she hadn't meant to throw him the way that she did.

"Go away." Adelaides voice could be heard at the other side of the door as she sat with her back against it.

"Adelaide all we want to do is help you, please let us." Alec tries, maybe she would open it for him. But the door stayed shut and Adelaide only clenches her fists.

"I said go away!" She screams, the lights above them flickering and sparking as the lamp beside them fell from the ceiling. Jace quickly avoids it, his eyes wide as he shares a look with Alec. Alec glanced around the institute, noticing that everyone was confused on what had just happened. He only shakes his head, letting out a sigh.

Alec knew that this wasn't a good sign.

☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎

ADELAIDE NOTICED THE GROUP STANDING IN THE MAIN ROOM WHICH MADE HER EYEBROWS FURROW. Why were they having a meeting without her? Did they forget to tell her or were they doing this so she wouldn't find out. She makes her way over to them, only catching onto he end of the conversation. "Why don't you go over there and find out?" Luke says as he looks at them, not seeing the young girl behind him.

"Find out what?" Adelaide asks, making some of them jump at the sudden voice behind them. They all turn to face her but Alec walks over to her, clearing his throat.

"Uh, nothing just a mission." He tells her making her look at him confused as she was not told that there was a new mission.

"What mission?" Adelaide asks curiously making the man just put his hands in his pockets, shrugging and trying to make it seem like it wasn't that big of a deal.

"A demon possession." Alec replies making her nod her head.

"Okay, what can I do?" Adelaide asks as she looks up at the man who just stared down at her. He glanced at the group, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Maybe it's best you stay here, notify us of any other attacks." Alec tells her, trying to give her something to do but adelaide only now stares at him angrily.

"You want to bench me?" She questions as she places her hands on her hips.

"That's not what-" he starts to deny but he couldn't deny anything. Wanting her to stay at the institute was benching her, at least in Adelaide's eyes.

"Yes it is, Alec. You don't think I can handle myself?" Adelaide clenches her jaw as she glares harshly at her boyfriend.

"That's not true." Alec replies as she was perfectly capable but they didn't know when or if she was going to have another episode like she did this morning.

"Really? Because it seems like you all have been walking on eggshells around me." She points out as she crosses her arms against her chest.

"Can you blame us?" Jace asks as he raises an eyebrow at her. "You're not yourself, Adelaide." He states making her let out a humourless laugh, meeting the eyes of the blonde.

"You of all people should not be telling me that." Adelaide retorts as the man was being just slightly hipocritical when he said that.

"Adelaide, please." Alec interrupts them, his voice soft as he just wanted what was best for her.  "Just do as I say." He tells her but she only rolls her eyes.

"Whatever." She mutters as she glanced around the group who were either looking at her or avoiding all eye contact. "It's not like any of you will listen to me anyways." Adelaide states before turning away and walking down the hallway. Alec sighs as he goes after her, trying to match her pace which was easy since he was much taller than her.

"Adelaide." Alec says making the girl let out a long groan, not wanting to be bothered anymore.

"What?" She asks, her tone sharp as she turns around to face him.

"Why are you acting like this?" Alec questions as he stares down at her, a frown evident on his lips.

"Like what?" Adelaide asks as she crosses her arms together, raising an eyebrow at him. Alec just lets out a frustrated groan, he really didn't have time to deal with this.

"Can you please for one second not use so much attitude?" Alec questions as he rolls his eyes a little bit. Adelaide only scoffs as her mouth parts slightly at his comment.

"Oh, so now I have an attitude?" Adelaide states while biting the inside of her cheek. Placing a hand on her hip, she watches the man's face contort into one of impatience.

"You're not listening." He tells her as he brings his hands up to his head. Adelaide only shrugs her shoulders, she was listening and they were basically saying that she wasn't in good shape to go on missions.

"I'm fine-" Adelaide starts to say but Alec cuts her off because he has had enough of her and her behaviour.

"No, you're not! And you need to stop acting like you are and acting like we're all not just trying to help you." Alec shouts at her making her jaw clench as she stares up at him. "We care about you and you just keep pushing away and being a complete bitch." He states with a groan as he scoffs a little bit. Adelaide only glares at the man, her face showing anger and hurt. "Shit, I'm sorry." Alec apologizes after realizing that he might have taken it too far but it was too late.

"Don't you have a possessing demon to catch?" She sneers as she rips her arm away from him before pushing past the man. Alec only sighs, closing his eyes as he knew that fighting with her was definitely a losing battle.

☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎☠︎︎

ADELAIDE WALKS OUT OF HER BATHROOM AFTER TAKING A LONG BATH. There wasn't much else she could do since apparently, she was no good on missions since she had a tiny voice in her head. Adelaides eyes catch a glimpse of someone, making her dull expression turn bright. "Raph, to what do I owe the pleasure?" Adelaide asks as she sees the vampire lurking around her room. Raphael just smiles at her, clasping his hands behind his back.

"Just wanted to check up on you." Raphael admits as he watches the girl as she walks over to him. She only lets out a sigh, clenching her jaw slightly.

"Mhm, like everyone else." She mutters as she crosses her arms against her chest. Raphael only chuckles lightly, licking his bottom lip.

"I know you're fine, just wanted to make sure you didn't kill anyone." He retorts with a smirk playing on his lips making her laugh a little bit.

"Me?" She fakes a shocked expression, her hand going to her chest as she gasps a little bit. Adelaide giggles, smiling at the man before putting her hand on his shoulder. "I always appreciate you looking out for me." Adelaide admits as she squeezes it a little bit. She saw the smile he gave her but she wasn't dumb, she could see the pain in his eyes. Something had happened to him. "What is it?" Adelaide asks, her voice becoming more concerned as her smile turned into a frown.

"It's Rosa." Raphael answers her after a brief silence making her tense for a moment. Adelaide knew how close he was with Rosa so she knew it wasn't good news.

"Your sister?" Adelaide questions and he nods his head, trying to keep himself from becoming too emotional.

"She's not doing so well..." Raphael tells her, taking a deep breath but it didn't stop the tear that left his eye. "I think she might be dying." He admits, his voice cracking as he looks down at the ground. Adelaide felt bad for the man, he had to outlive all of his relatives and a lot of the time the funerals were held during the day, so he couldn't attend.

"Oh, Raph. I'm so sorry." She says as she rubs his arm, feeling remorse for the man standing in front of her.

"She's my last relative and I -I can't stand the thought of losing her."  Raphael stutters as he shakes his head, feeling his hands start to shake. Adelaide let's out a sigh, shaking her head.

"Come here." She says as she gestures to her open arm. Raphael immediately accepts her hug, not being able to contain his tears any longer. "Shh." She hears the soft cries of the vampire as his grip was held tight on her body. "I know it's hard, but you'll get through it. I'll be here for you every single day." Adelaide promised him as she strokes his back, closing her eyes for a moment. "You're gonna miss her everyday.. but she'll be okay. You'll think about her and it'll hurt. I'm not gonna lie to you." She says with a sigh as she pulls away from the man but still keeps her hands on his arms. "But one day you'll think about her, and it'll only hurt a bit." Adelaide assures him with a soft smile on her lips but her eyes were also tearing up. Raphael nods his head, sniffling as he takes a few deep breaths.

"Am I interrupting something?" Alec asks as he stops as soon as he enters the bedroom. Adelaide turns her head to look at her boyfriend, as Raphael quickly turns away in order to wipe away his tears.

"Can you just give us a moment?" Adelaide asks as she looks at the man but Alec seemed a bit hesitant. "Alec, please." She says, her voice soft and weak as she gestures to the man who was still heard sniffling. Alec nods before walking back out of the bedroom. Adelaide turns back to Raphael, seeing the man staring down at the ground.

"Raph, look at me." She says making his eyes lift to hers. Adelaide just offers a comforting smile as she grabs a hold of his hand. "You'll be okay." Adelaide tells him as she gives his hand a squeeze. Raphael nods his head, pulling the girl in for another quick hug before giving a small smile and leaving the room. Adelaide sighs as she turns around, walking towards the bed.

"Is everything okay with him?" Alec asks as he walks back into the room, seeing Adelaide sitting on the bed. She just nods her head, biting the inside of her cheek.

"Yeah, we were just talking." Adelaide tells him as she fiddles with her fingers in her lap.

"About what?" Alec asks, not wanting to intrude, but he was just curious why the vampire seemed to be so upset.

"His sister's not doing so good." Adelaide says, not wanting to give much detail since it wasn't her place to really say anything. Alec sighs as he sits down next to her.

"Oh, I'm sorry." He replies and she only nods her head a little bit. "Look, Adelaide. I wasn't benching you earlier. Maybe a part of me wanted to keep you safe but I know you're more than capable out there." Alec explains to her, getting her to meet his eyes as she listens to what he is saying. "I just want to figure out what's happening to you, okay? That's all any of us want." He states as he brings his hand up to stroke her cheek. Adelaide gives him a small smile, nodding her head.

"I know." She admits, she knew that she got upset a little too easily, she was just angry, more with herself than with anyone else.

"So, please stop picking fights with everyone." Alec scolds her with a smile on his lips and she only rolls her eyes playfully before holding up her hands in self defence.

"I'll try." She assures him before squinting her eyes. "Unless they're an idiot." Adelaide says as she points a finger making Alec chuckle. He shakes his head at her, amused by her answer.

"Okay." He replies, seeing the girl looking over his body. Alec was really tense, there were a million different things to do even with Valentine and Jonathan gone. Adelaide only brings her hand to his belt buckle, biting her bottom lip before kneeling down on the ground in front of him. "What are you doing?" Alec asks her as she only gives him an innocent smirk, her fingers unbuckling his belt and pulling his zipper down.

"Relieving your stress." Adelaide tells him with a shrug of his shoulders making his eyes widen as he feels her palm him.

"Shit." Alec mumbles as he quickly pulls down his boxers too, his hand wrapping around his dick. He rubs it roughly as he bites his bottom lip.

"Someone's eager." Adelaide retorts with a smirk, replacing his hand with hers. She slides it up and down his shaft, using her saliva to spit on the tip. Alec groans as he grabs her hand to increase the speed.

"Faster." Alec pleads as he looks down at her. She nods her head as she swiftly moves her hand, twisting it every few times. Adelaide licks her lips before taking him in her mouth. Alec groans as he throws his head back for a moment. Adelaide sucks the tip before sliding him down her throat. "You're so good for me." He tells her as he brings his eyes back to her. Alec immediately grabs her hair, grasping it tightly. He thrusts into her mouth making her moan around him.  "S-shit, can I?" He asks as he glanced at her. Adelaide meets his eyes before nodding her head, relaxing her throat. Alec quickly starts thrusting into her mouth roughly, loud moans leaving his throat. Adelaide only rubs his thighs, using them to stay steady. Alec goes for a few more seconds before making her take him all as he cums. Adelaide swallows it, pulling off of him as she looks up seeing the blissed expression on his face.

"Fuck, I needed that." Alec admits as he licks his bottom lip, grabbing a hold of her and gently bringing her up to hold against him. Adelaide smiles as she rests her head on his chest. "God, I'm just so-" Alec stops himself for a moment as he groans, clenching his fists. "It seems like problems are just piling up again. I thought it was done since we defeated valentine and Jonathan." He explains as he brings his hand to his forehead.

"You okay, bub?" Adelaide asks as she glanced up at him but he only lets out a sigh as he brings his hand back down to run along his dick again.

"Can you just do that again?" Alec asks as he felt like all of the stress in his body had just surfaced. "Please?" He looks down at her and she only smiles at him, tilting her head.

"Here, baby. I'll do one better." Adelaide tells him as she reaches under her skirt to pull down her underwear. Stepping out of it, she climbs next to him, replacing his hand once again.

"You're really pent up, baby." Adelaide teases as she straddles his waist, hovering over him before dropping down. Alec quickly grabbed a hold of her hips. She starts bouncing as she holds onto his shoulders.

"Fuck, just like that." Alec praises as he bites his bottom lip. He grips her hips a little tighter. "Little faster sweetheart." He says as he starts to take control, bouncing her faster and hitting deeper inside of her. Alec was only grunting as his fingers dig into her hip bones. "Fuck!" He says roughly as he brings her down hard. "This stupid." Another thrust. "Fucking." Another. "Shit!" Alec moans loudly as he drops his head on her shoulder, holding her down on him. Adelaide brushes his hair out of his face.

"Everything is so fucked." He mumbles as he opens his eyes, letting his head come back up and she was only smiling down at him. "I'm sorry-" Alec begins to apologize as he felt like he had just used her for his own needs. But Adelaide only giggles as she raises an eyebrow.

"Sorry?" She asks as she bites her bottom lip, her eyes slightly hooded. "That was so fucking hot." Adelaide admits before kissing him deeply. She wraps her arms around his neck, feeling the man give as much passion back into the kiss. Adelaide pulls away, pulling at his bottom lip before meeting his eyes. "Did that relieve all your stress, baby?" Adelaide questions as she brushes her thumb along his jaw line.

"A little bit." He says with a smirk now playing on his lips. Adelaide only laughs as she rolls her eyes at him. Alec pecks her lips again before she gets off of his lap to lay on the bed.

"What time is it?" Alec asks as he looks over at the clock, seeing that it was midnight. He sighs as he feels her hands pull him back to the bed. "Shit." He mumbles as he rests back onto the pillows. Alec turns to face Adelaide who only wraps her arms around him. Alec rests his head onto her shoulder, his face snuggling into her neck. Adelaide strokes his cheek with her thumb.

"Just sleep." She says softly as she brushes his hair with her hand. Getting no response, her eyebrows furrow as she tilts her head a little bit. "Alec?" Adelaide asks but she only hears soft snores against her skin. She smiles as she rests her head on top of his. "Goodnight, baby." She kisses his head before closing her eyes and letting herself drift off into a blissful sleep.
