- Rey is a very tender girl beneath her whole "party, wild girl" facade, and I really want that to be shown.

- Rey IS a party girl and has no problem drinking anyone under the floor, that shouldn't change for a while, but she should have character growth.

- She has a younger brother, who's totally overprotective.

- Rey's mother is so absorbed in being perfect, to compete with the Lockwoods, that she often forgets about being a mom to her kids.

- Rey dated Tyler Lockwood just to get her mother's attention, and now they have an on-off relationship, kinda friends with benefits maybe?

- Rey is very intelligent and she doesn't always show it, so its no wonder she can figure out Stefan's dark secret.

- She gets along with Damon because the two of them both have mommy and daddy issues, not to mention they're both reckless.

- Rey's father is very passive and kinda just goes with the wind.

- Her parents are kinda going through a rough patch and it's really impacting Rey.

- Rey's mother "tries" to make up to her, but doesn't really succeed.
