"Beomgyu, I am back~" said Kai in a cheerful voice, appearing at the doorway of my lab.

Wait......what is that in his hands?

"What is that thing?," I asked, eyeing the white fluffy object that he is hugging to death.

"Aeris said that it is a plushie. A stuffed toy of an animal," He answered, pulling the plushie closer as if I am going to snatched it anytime soon.

I am not...

Maybe, I'll hold it hostage and make Kai do my bidding

"What did you find out?," I asked the main question.

"Uhh....they escaped from Earth because they failed some sort of exam...and uhh-" stuttered Kai.

Lies

"They lied to you. Who the fuck runs off to a new planet just because they failed a test?," I glared at Kai who just realized their obvious lies now.

Maybe, he got more information

"What else did they say?," I further asked,making Kai hide his face with the help of this plushie thingy.

"I forgot......." He answered meekly, making me scream in frustration.

WHAT THE HECK DID HE DO ALL THIS TIME?

"They invited me in after they saw me and gave me cookies. We talked and they gifted me this plushie," Kai spoke,peeking at me from the side of the plushie.

Please don't tell me that he shared our information instead of bringing us their ones

"What did you talk about?," I narrowed my eyes at him,grabbing a potion book from the table,aiming it at him.

"Us" Kai ran out of the lab with me chasing behind him with the book.

"HUENING KAMAL KAI! I AM GOING TO TURN YOU INTO A ROCK AND THROW YOU INTO THE OCCEAN," I yelled as I chased him around the building.

"Taehyun! Please save me," He hid behind the black haired wizard, who was coming from the opposite direction.

He took one look at me and then the thick book in my grasp and immediately moved out of my way.

"I value my life. If I save you, I'll end up in his little mixing pot with you," Taehyun tried to stop Kai from hiding behind him.

Good choice

Even though, he'll probably squish me like a bug if I do something to him....

The fear is well appreciated

"You know what, I'll spare you," I spoke,making Kai stop wrestling with Taehyun to hide behind him.

"Reallyyyyyy" He asked with high hopes.

"I need you to do something for me," I smirked going back to my lab to get the item.

"Givs this to them tomorrow," I gave an evil laugh as I played out the entire scenario in my head.

We'll get rid of then once and for all

☆ Huening Kai's Pov ☆

I really don't want to do this

I know it's for our own safety but I can't help thinking of them as my friends even though I met them yesterday for the first time

I walked towards the guesthouse with the vial containing the purple liquid in the pocket of my trouser.

"One drop and they'll be gone," Beomgyu's words rang in my head.

I greeted the maids and guards around the residence and finally found my target.

"I'll bring it to them. You can take care of other things" I smiled at the maid who had the tray containing the girls' breakfast.

"That is so nice of you, Sir Kai. They are in Miss Aeris's room," The maid handed the tray over to me, leaving to do other chores.

I looked at the two cups of coffee placed on the tray alongside scrambled eggs, toast and strawberry jam.

Here goes nothing

I pulled the vial out of my pocket opened the cap of the vial and looked around to see if anyone is watching me.

After making sure that no one was around, I tipped the contents of the vial in a nearby flower pot, making the leaves wither.

Beomgyu can do whatever he wants

But I am not killing them

I went upstairs with the tray in my hands and knocked on the door.

"What are you doing here?," Aeris asked with a surprised look, opening the door.

"I brought you breakfast," I smiled,making Aeris step aside to let me in with the tray.

"Yay," cheered Alvira who was stuffing a few things in her bag.

"I'll leave you guys to enjoy breakfast then," I said stepping towards the door.

"Wait,we have something to give you," Alvira stopped me midway. I turned around to see Aeris running into the closet and Alvira telling me to shut my eyes.

"I don't want to," I pouted,refusing to close my eyes.

What if they are planning on tieing me up and beating me for "spying" on them yesterday?

"I'll shut them for you then," Alvira smiled evilly, searching for nearby objects to probably blind me with.

"No, thank you. I'll shut them," I closed my eyes.

I heard some running and suddenly the person with the footsteps stopped right in front of me.

"Here you go," I opened my eyes and saw Aeris holding a soft blue dolphin plushie towards me.

I hesitantly took it in my hands.It was so fluffy and cuddly. I e ant to go to sleep with it right now.

"You seemed to like them a lot. We have plenty of them. Think of it as a present to symbolize the start of our friendship," Alvira smiled sheepishly.

Friends?

"We are friends?," I questioned looking at the stuffed toy.

"Of course,we are! We ate cookies together," scolded Aeris playfully .

I can't help but feel guilty deep inside

I was about to poison them

I don't care about the consequences

"Thank you so much," I hugged the plushie closer to me.

I am not letting them get killed
