Ran's flashback POV

I immediately called Keisuke because y/n fainted after we saw. He came with Mikey, Draken and Chifuyu. They called the police and other investigators.

Time skip

Keiki-san's corpse arrived, cremated. The burial started 3 days ago and y/n's not eating ever since. Keisuke is the one who's organizing together with the other captains. And ever since the burial, I never got home yet.

I know Rindou also needs me as his brother but I can't leave y/n in that state. She's helpless right now and she might kill herself.

I also need to rest but my girl needs me, I want to be stronger for the both of us.

"Baby, please eat some of this, just one spoon" I said while crouching to make our face level, and she said no. Instead, she just cried and cried and cried. I'm fucking tired now, I need some rest.

"Y/n, I cooked this y'know. It's your favorite, buttered shrimp" I said and she just hugged me. "I'm sorry, pl-please don't leave me, R-ran" She said and it had me shookt. What made her think that I'm tired of her? "I'm just tired of the situation, but not to you. Now please eat this and we'll sleep"

After she ate, we took a bath together and slept for 9 hours, it's now 6am.

"Baby, It's ok if you won't fight for us. I will." I said before kissing her forehead and teared up. When I got out of the bedroom, I saw Rindo. His eyes are red and dark circles are visible around his eyes.

The next thing I knew is he punched me. It made my knees weak and fell to the cold floor, Draken saw what happened and stopped him but he's still punching me in the face.

"YOU ACT LIKE DAD DIDN'T DIE, FUCK YOU. YOU DIDN'T EVEN CARE, YOU DIDN'T LOOK LIKE YOU CARE. YOU DIDN'T EVEN COME HOME EVER SINCE HE DIED" He shouted and I looked at him, now he's crying and also fell at the floor.

"Just... Just how did you manage to act like dad's death is nothing??" He said and looked at me in pain. I understand him, mom's there and I can't stand being under the same roof as her.

I tilted my head and he looked at me. "Did you see me laugh after dad's death, Rindo? I also had it worse. I pretend it doesn't bother me, but it's tearing me apart" I said and looked at his eyes.

His eyes widened and saw the corner of my eyes being red. "I'm taking care of y/n ever since, I haven't slept good since. I'M TAKING CARE OF MY GIRLFRIEND, RINDO!!" I shouted and they all looked at me, including Keisuke.

"Her mother also died, do you think she's now sleeping if I'm not here? RINDO SHE MIGHT BE ALSO BE BEING PRAYED AT- TODAY IF I'M NOT HERE, DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?! I JUST LOST DAD, DO YOU THINK I CAN STILL LIVE MY LIFE IF I LOST HER TOO?!!" I added and wiped the blood stains.

"Mom's always finding you. I just can't stand her asking me everytime about you. Please go home, just for once." Rindo said and got out of the house. I heard the bedroom door squeaked and it shows that y/n woke up.

"What happened?" She asked and I just said nothing. I assisted her to go inside of the bedroom and cuddled for a bit.

"I'll go home later, I will come back immediately. Please do good baby, not for me but also for you. It hurts me seeing you in this state" I said and cried, I can't suck it all now, I can't bare it anymore, I just bursted in tears and she hugged me.

"I'm sorry" She said softly and fixed my hair. "Can I go with you?" She asked and I looked at her.

"Mom is there, you might hate her" I said and she nodded.

"Yeah, but just let me go with you, please" She said and I nodded. We took a bath and prepared ourselves. We bid goodbyes to Keiki-san before going out.

When we got there, Mom is in the kitchen cooking something and Rindo's with her girl at his bedroom. I can hear her girl comforting him.

"Good morning, son" Mom said and I just ignored her. Y/n just bowed at her slightly and goes with me infront of dad's ashes.

"Dad, you never had the chance to meet my girl. Dad, she's Baji Y/n" I said and y/n held my hand.

"Mr. Haitani, I hope you're happy wherever you are right now. Ran's been good to me and he even left Rindo just to take care of me. I'm sorry for taking your son away" She said and I looked at her, her hands are ice cold and her eyes began to be watery.

"Ran, eat for some" Mom said and we looked at her.

"I don't eat the food that is made by a cheater" I said and grabbed y/n's hand and got inside of the car. She just walked behind me and blasted some songs inside of the car.

"Can we do that thing?" She asked and I looked at her.

"The what?" I asked her and she just relaxed her head.

"The deed" She said and I immediately got what she said. I immediate drove to the beach and saw some cottages into it.

"I want to forget everything. Please pleasure me, Ran."
