Y/n's flashback POV

"WHAT? Why did it happen?" I asked him in pure shock.

"Over s-speeding, the one who called me earlier was him. He said that he can't believe what happened and speed up his car. I-i heard the noise of how his car c-crash" He said and hugged me.

"You didn't mention it to me earlier, I could've comfort you and make you feel better. Why didn't you said it to me? You know I'm always here for you right?" I said and he just nodded.

"Let's eat dinner and sleep" He plastered a warm smile just like his father didn't die. "You don't have to act tough, it's okay to cry" When I caressed the back of his head, he said something.

"I wanna be stronger for you... But,"

"Baby......" He held my hand.

"Did your brother told you the truth?" He said and looked at me while eating.

"No he didn't, what about it?" I saw how his lazy eyes widened and he looked stunned. He held my hand and said that he'll tell it to me later. The dinner went fine and Ran is now smiling, I hope he is doing great.

We finished fixing things and he asked me to brush his hair while he's resting his back at my lap.

"Baby, the night of Mikey's birthday. Remember when we hang out at the beach?" He said and faced me with his hair down.

"I saw your father-"

"Oh he didn't tell me he got some business meetings at Hilton Tokyo Bay. I could've bring mom with me"

He hugged me immediately making me shock, then he fixed my hair and kissed my forehead.

"I saw him..... kissing my mom"

Ran's flashback POV

She sat at my lap and laughed at me, then she cupped my face, making me wonder.

"You almost got me there, you're a great prankster baby, where's the hidden camera?" She said and looked for it.

I got my phone and scrolled at the gallery to find the picture that Keisuke and Chifuyu took when they saw them.

"W-who is that?" I saw how her emotions suddenly changed and when I looked at her eyes, it's dead. It's just emotionless making me worry for her. I also had my problems but I just can't abandon her because- we both have problems.

"I don't know what to feel, I just want to cry-" She bursted in tears and rested her head at my chest. I just hugged her because I also don't know what to feel. Our parents cheating with each other and my father's death are just too much for us to pack up.

Suddenly, my phone rang and I saw the caller id.

@Keisuke

:Ran-san, your brother told me what happened, my condolences. He's actually here at Mikey's house. Can you guys visit mom?I haven't got home yet since earlier and I can't walk properly, I stepped on a broken picture frame.

;Mmm, thank you and sure I'll tell her.

:Is that her? The one who's crying?

;Yes, I just told her what happened.

:Well alright, just tell her to visit mom.

He hung up the phone and I told y/n of what her brother said. When I locked up the gate, I saw mom exiting at her car. She called us but only y/n spoke to her, I can't believe she's talking at her casually after knowing what happened.

"Ran, where is your dad?" Mom asked me and y/n looked at me.

"Dead" I said emotionless because if I show my emotions, I might raise a voice to her.

"Don't joke like that Ran, where is he?" She asked me again and y/n just told me that she'll enter the car first, letting us talk, I nodded and kissed her forehead.

"He died because of you, did you know that mom? You thought I didn't saw you making out with y/n's father at Hilton Tokyo Bay? Mom you guys just wrecked 2 families and killed dad" I said almost tearing up and she looked at me in vain.

"And you had the guts to go home when you cheat to dad? Didn't you said that you love him more than anybody else? You filthy woman" Suddenly, I heard Rindo's voice. Oh, he went home now, I tossed him the house keys and bid goodbyes to him. I saw how mom's eyes got watery and she cried.

"Let me explain, my sons-" She almost hold Rindo's arm but he just slapped it away. "Don't you dare touch me, mo- you woman"

When we drove away, Y/n is just silent and is looking at the car window. I rested my left arm at the window while holding the steering wheel and rested my right arm at her thighs.

"You know I genuinely fall for you when I wasn't searching for love, I was searching for peace but then I met you. You even know some parts about me that I didn't. Please, when something happens, don't leave me" She said while still looking outside.

"I won't, baby. You know ikaw lang ang siyang inibig, ikaw lang ang iibigin, sinta" I sang and she smiled. Good, I hope it makes her feel better even for a little. Her phone rang and it's her brother.

"Hey dumb idiot, visit mom. She might be drunk by now because of what happened" I heard her brother said and she frowns.

"We're on our way you dumbass" She said and ended the call. Their lights in their house is off and there's no signs of Keiki-san.

"Mom? Mooommm!! I wonder where she went." Y/n said and turned on the lights in the living room. We searched for her in every bedrooms but she's not here. Y/n called the phone of her mom and it rang. The ringtone is coming from the kitchen.

Right! We didn't look at the kitchen yet. "Oh there's her phone" Y/n said and goes to the kitchen while singing

I saw she dropped at the cold floor and she bursted in tears. I quickly ran to her without opening the lights and hugged her.

"Baby what's wrong?!" She's crying a river, she didn't answer me but instead she pointed the ceiling. I looked up only to see Keiki-san's feet,

hanging.
