2: Uniforms Don't Suck - in a Way
"Oh, you must be Gerard Way. Please take a seat. I'd like to have a word at the end of the class if you don't mind," the maths teacher said and at the moment, Gerard really wished he had a time travelling machine to start this day over because it had definitely begun terribly badly.
He sat at the only free spot in the class and started thinking. What a disaster ! He couldn't have screwed up his first day any more... He spent the whole hour thinking of how much of an idiot he was until the bell rang. Gerard then went to see his teacher as he had been told to.
"Mr. Way-"
"-I'm so sorry for being late, it won't happen again."
"It's okay, I know it won't." She smiled. Gerard couldn't tell if it was said as a veiled threat or if she was just trying to reassure him. "I hope you noticed that the uniform is obligatory here."
"Yes, I did. I'm sorry, I think I forgot it home."
"It's okay since it's your first day here. Try to think about it next time, I don't want other teachers to give you detention, that'd be unfair. You should stop by the supply room to change during the break, I'll get you someone to take you there."
Gerard nodded at her and eased up a little ; he had expected to be yelled at.
______
Someone knocked on the door and a boy with flaming red hair came in.
Anthony just couldn't take his eyes off him. He was perfect, his features were godlike - a bit childish maybe but that just made him adorable. It was like he moved in slow motion to sit down. Anthony was metaphorically drooling.
Wait, he isn't wearing his uniform? That guy's gonna get in trouble...
Anthony looked down and frowned, widening his eyes a little.
Oh my God, his pants were so tight that he was afraid it would be enough to make his own too tight as well.
He tried to look at anything but him and stared down at his notebook full of formulas that just seemed so much duller since the gorgeous teen had entered the room. Anthony tried to stay focused on his exercise and not look at him. He really didn't want any accident to happen - that would be embarrassing for everyone.
Across the classroom, his brother Frank noticed Anthony's insistant staring and his uneasiness, and smirked as he understood what was going on inside Anthony's mind. The bell rang and he got up to nudge Anthony's shoulder.
"Dibs." He was looking at Gerard.
"No way, he's mine."
Frank sneered. "Yours? In you're dreams maybe. He's a rebel, and you're just an uptight douchebag."
"And you're a slutty dumbass." Anthony retorted. "He's obviously very sweet."
"I'll straddle that boy in no time."
"I'll make him scream my name before you even get to kiss him." Anthony snapped.
"Yeah sure, we'll see about that..."
"Frank, come here please." the teacher called and for once in his life, Frank did as he was told.
"Could you take Gerard to the supply storage? He's new here, it's for his uniform. It'll make you skip the break, see this as a way to make up for the mess you've caused in my class today."
While the teacher was speaking, Frank had his eyes hooked on Gerard the whole time, and when their gazes met Frank winked at him, making the boy in front of him blush and look away.
This one's gonna be easy, Frank thought.
"Sure ma'am, no problem, I'd be glad to." Frank replied to the teacher with an ounce of hypocrisy, loud enough so that Anthony could hear him. Frank stuck his tongue out at his brother before leaving with Gerard.
The hallways were now crowded and Frank grasped Gerard's wrist to lead him upstairs. They were now on the roof - it was way quieter - and Frank let go of the boy.
"So... Gerard, is it? I'm Frank, Frank Iero. I'll make sure that you remember that name." Frank winked, again.
In fact, I'll make you scream it, he thought. Soon you'll be all needy in my bed before Anthy even gets to touch you.
No one could resist him, no one ever had, and that pretty boy would be no exception, Frank was sure of it. And honestly, Frank was convinced that Gerard would be a very good hookup.
Gerard blushed and looked down. He's not flirting, is he? Come on Gerard, get yourself back together and stop assuming all the guys you barely know are gay. He's just being nice.
Gerard hoped his cheeks weren't as red as his hair, but they most likely were.
"Uh, so here you have the art classroom, and the supply storage with all kinds of, huh, art stuff and the uniforms," Frank resumed the visit.
Gerard didn't really know what to answer so he stayed quiet. He eyed the boy in front of him. Frank wasn't very tall but he was muscular. He had big golden eyes and black hair with strands all over his face ; he also had a lip ring on the corner of his lower lip.
Frank opened the door and held it for Gerard who thanked him and went in.
The room wasn't as big as a classroom and in all honesty, it was a mess, with dusty boxes and wardrobes bursting with art stuff. The room itself stank like decrepitude.
Frank moved a few boxes and opened one, taking a dusty uniform out. He held it at arm lengh in front of Gerard to judge the size of it.
"I think this one will suit you."
"Thanks Frank... Jeez I feel so dumb, we were late and I completely forgot about it - my brother too, poor dude must be in the same trouble as me right now."
"It's alright, it happens. Still, you better change now, they are pretty strict about their precious little uniform."
"If you say so... Um, Frank?"
"Yes?"
"Can you, uh... Turn around?"
"Oh yeah, sorry..."
Gerard undressed and Frank yearned to turn around to see him unclad, but he couldn't - not yet - so he just used his imagination to picture the boy shirtless.
"Ugh, it sucks..." Gerard said as he was getting dressed.
"What does?"
"The uniform..."
"Yeah, catholic school... Don't worry you'll get used to it. Think about the girls, they have to wear skirts. At least you can... Check out a little..."
Frank was testing him. He didn't care about watching girls - he could have every of them if he wanted if he weren't as straight as a rainbow - he just wanted to see if Gerard did.
"I don't really... Do that..." Gerard mumbled shyly.
"So you mean you're not interested?" Frank asked.
"In what? Dating?"
"Girls."
"I mean, I kind of... Swing both ways, but I've been more into guys lately... I-I hope you're okay with that. Don't worry I'm not- I'm not gonna jump on you or anything."
Bingo.
Frank grinned. Oh, don't be so sure of that. You might, one day.
"Don't worry, I'm okay with it. You done changing?"
"Yeah"
Frank turned and faced him. Wow.
"You look great..."
Gerard really did in his dark blue jacket and pants. "...But you're missing something."
Frank gave him a red striped tie and Gerard clumsily tried to tie it. Frank laughed. "That's not how you tie it... Here, let me do it."
He skillfully tied Gerard's tie.
"Here we go. I'll have to teach you some day."
Frank admired the result and promised himself that he would soon get in Gerard's pants. The more he observed the redhead's features, the more he wanted to have them twist in pleasure.
"Oh, thanks..." Gerard looked down blushing in embarrassment and gratitude, once again. Apparently Frank could do that to him.
"You can eat with my friends and I if you want," Frank offered.
"That sounds nice, but I promised my brother that I'd eat with him, sorry."
Frank is so nice ! And so... so gorgeous...
Gerard felt so mean for turning down his offer, he would've loved to eat with him, but a promise was a promise.
The bell rang.
"Maybe another time then." Frank shrugged, not giving up. "What class do you have?"
"History."
"Oh, I have English class. Your classroom is on the second floor next to the emergency exit, by the way." Frank winked at him.
Gerard nodded. Everybody thinks I'm a lost guy now, great...
But Frank had winked at him - three times - which was adorable, and he had made a friend, so this day wasn't so hellish after all.
"See you, dollface." Frank waved at him, leaving a beet red Gerard in the supply storage.
