You had a fabulous night rest. Dylan text you several times even gave you several miss calls, but you didn't feel like upsetting yourself once again. You stood up early, went for your early work out at the gym came back. After a few runs on the treadmill, you retreat to your apartment.

You took a refreshing shower and made yourself a cup of coffee and east some of the chocolate-covered croissants. You feel so satisfied and happy because your soul mate cares about your well-being.

He told you he bought you this place and if you like it, he'll finalize the deal. He reasoned that it would be your place when you do your internships, and if you decide to stay in Shanghai and worked for the television studio, it will be your residence. The apartments can be serviced or rented out if you don't use them.

Your mom insists that you must take the offer, especially for the future. When you decide to relocate and get a job, they can visit you as a family. Some of your mom's family also stay in Shanghai. You can always call them when you are lonely.

You send LiuMei wishing her a great day for her first official internship day at Bighit.

You clothe yourself in a pretty casual white t-shirt dress and a pastel pink formal jacket, but yet stylish and professional for your first day. You round off your look with diamond earrings, a gift from Dylan. You hope to make great friends for the duration of your stay.

The studios send you a staff shuttle to bring you to work. Taehyung sends you several love notes to motivate and encourage you for the day. You let him experience the delightful emotions that got through you.

You met four other interns that were seated in the shuttle... Liu Yifei, Ling Yuan and Lin Yi and Steven Zhang. They were all pretty friendly. Ling and Steven sat together already in a heated discussion. It seems they know each other. You just smile. You were unaware that Lin and Steven constantly steal glances at you to the amusement of the other girls who just giggled.

They all greeted you well with introduced themselves.

Lin smiles at you, "Yunru, you look very familiar. Do we know each other?

You look at him with confusion, " no, I've never met you before."

Ling giggle, " what a pathetic pick-up line...You could've done better than that" like. For, e.g. Even if there were no gravity on planet Earth, I would still fall for you." or even I'm calling the cops! I'm pretty sure it's illegal to look as good as you do."  the whole group snicker at a confused and undisturbed Lin, who just stare at you. You look a little nervous. You don't want to be recognized so soon.

Liu snickers loudly and nudges Lin in the hips," Stop being a creep. You make Yunru  nervous."

Steven smiles widely, "Omg...I know!!! He shouts out with excitement, eyes sparkling".Are you on one of those FILA billboard Ads, in their online stores and retail store? Whoa...You know BTS and Fiyang.!"

Everybody in the shuttle shouted in surprise and shock. Your face became flustered with embarrassment.

Lin shouts with excitement, "Yes! My Gawd!!! That's why you look so familiar. Your cute face is everywhere."

Ling with a dreamy face," Oh, we know a celebrity in our midst...I love BTS...I'm a Taehyung fan; he's my bias...the whole of China loves him...I will die if I had to meet him?"

Omg ! you think by yourself, these are devoted ARMYs. You are getting more nervous. Ling looks like a very enthusiastic Taehyung- stan. You know that the Chinese Army is overprotective. No one will be good enough  for their TaeTae.

Liu giggles loudly, " TaeTae is so hot...those intense eyes can put a girl into cardiac arrest...those lips..."

Your eyes widen...please no... just no...You hate it when they talk about his physical appearance. There's more to him than his looks...ok, he kisses like a dream, but yeah, they don't need to know that!

You smirk a little, " Taehyung doesn't like people talking too much about his looks; he is timid about it."

"Really? How do you know?" Liu asks with interest.

"Yeah, he told us during the shoot. I did one with him. BTS are quite an interesting group. They're so fun..." you informed them.

They look at you in awe."Whoa!" Lin said.

Ling with delight," Jin looks so cold and unapproachable...but so handsome. Like a CEO...You know. Is he nice in real life?"

You giggle a little," If you spend time with them, not that I had enough time to get to know him properly, but he is very fun-loving, and he loves telling those strange jokes.. aren't the ARMY? All-knowing already?"

Ling nodded, "True...His My bias and Tae Tae my bias wrecker".

Liu grinned, "Oh, I'm crazy about Taehyung, Jungkook, and my little sunshine Jhope."

"I like them all equally, OT7, but maybe a little bias towards the sexy Tae," You put in an ARMY Mode. If they know your bond...they'll either embrace you or kill you right there.

Steven chuckled," Can I have your autograph now? I want to tell my sister I'm doing my Internship with an upcoming celebrity..." You smiled and nodded, but Liu hit him on the legs.

Liu shook her head, "She can give it to you later. I hope you bonded Yunru cause the guys might be all over you at the studios."

Omg...You hope not. You don't have time for that.

You laugh, " Oh, yes, I'm bonded?"

Ling smiles, and her beautiful face glows," Whoa, which strings?"

You smile softly," Red-gold."

Liu and Ling clapped their hands, "That's so cool but dangerous, that string can let you die. Do you and your soulmate see each other constantly?"

"Er...not often, but I'm newly bonded, so we'll see" you frown, hoping that you're settled bonded is settled; otherwise, you and Taelove will have big problems.

Steven shows you guys his dark soul mark: "I bonded with my girl a year ago...both of us is a blue string, but we decided to date each other. So, Liu, I don't think about dating anyone except my soulmate."

You look at the mark on the top of his right hand.

You look at the girls, "Are you bonded?"

Liu shook her head sadly, "I'm a Tarnished, and I don't like dating a lot. I wanted a soulmate and not to waste time searching for love. I'm still crying for not receiving those special soul marks. I hate the branding behind my ear."

You look at her softly, "Don't worry, and you could become a "late whisper" before 30 or 35 years."

Lin nodded, "Got a soul mark, but haven't found mine yet!"

Ling smiled sadly, " My soulmate is a well-known Oncologist but is part of the Billionaires legacy club..and we are blue/yellow string. So he doesn't want a relationship with me. I'm almost through my mandatory test period before I can be registered as a Tarnished."

Steven look sad for her part," I'm sorry Ling, you'll find love one day on your own"

Lin smile into her beautiful eyes, "You are so pretty, and he must be blind."

Ling chuckled, " Oh no, I wasn't pretty a year ago...after his rejection, I reinvent myself...I was a total nerd. Big black-rimmed glasses, acne-prone skin with braces, and a few pounds heavier. My parents saw my depression and send me to FAT CAMP."

You look at her admiring her natural beauty," You are lovely. If your soulmate sees you know...he'll faint."

Ling scoff, " It doesn't matter now, I did it for me, and he got married to a Tarnished colleague, a Gynaecologist. Approximately two months ago, think they had a previous illegal relationship."

Steven looked at her with pity in his eyes," How did you deal with that?"

Ling smiles a little," The fact that we are blue_yellow string didn't affect us so much. It did hurt my pride at first, but I got over it. After the system verifies my Tarnished status, I'm going to be full-time in the dating game...watch this girl?"

Lin pat her on her shoulders," You'll find the right one, don't worry."

You feel sorry for her. It made you think about Liu-Meis' situation. She almost lost her Soulmate. You are glad Mike got to his senses? LiuMei is a beautiful person with so much love to give. You just feel sad about your relationship with Dylan.

They are enjoying a pleasant trip to the Studio; Shanghai is a beautiful city. You admire the buildings, and you mentally remind yourself to come to go shopping.

You arrived at no time inside the Shanghai Film Studio at. You could pinch yourself at the fact that your dreams are finally about to come true. You love your soulmate so much for thinking about your life and career and his company that is not forcing you to relocate to be near him. He gives you space even I'd you are craving each other's presence.

The group is full of excitement. Liu and Ling were redoing their make-up and combing through their beautiful long hair. Your mom always cut your hair in a Bob since you were at school.

You smile at the girls' genuine excitement, glad that you made friends for the internship duration.

The shuttle park in front of the film media building, where all the interns will meet with the intern coordinator. You hope he /she will be pleasant.

You got out of the shuttle just as another shuttle parked next to you. The students in this shuttle were rowdy and loud. You frown but quickly put on your sunglasses. No need to get recognised so soon.

Liu, with a disgusted face," They're so loud and uncultured, jeez..."

Lin smile at the group " At least they look happy."

Liu gives him a little stink eye." I'm happy?"

Lin chuckled, "Just saying no reason to blow a casket."

The other group is approx six. And they all live in the same district.

They saw you and jovially greeted your group. Two girls and four boys.

"Hey guys", "Hanbin Chang, is the name?" He looks in Ling's direction and instantly like what he sees. Ling doesn't look impressed. She has standards.

They all walked together to the media building and decided to sit around at the in-house cafeteria. You love this place already. You took a selca and sent it to Taelove. They are done with their shows and will be heading back home for a few days before going to Las Vegas for the Billboard Music Awards. You and Jins' soulmate, Samiya are now good friends. You are constantly texting.

Just then, a beautiful lady enters the building. Mrs. Fey Niu. She was a very wealthy ex-actress, and now a producer called in to assist.

You and the rest stood up, bow respectfully to her and wait for her to speak.

"Good morning interns, I'm Fey. Former actress, but I'm now one of the producers for a morning show. Your intern coordinator went to Tokyo for two days and will be back soon, and I'm just standing in for her. Ok, I'm going to do your placement. But every 3rd day, you will rotate, so don't get too comfortable. It will help you decide which department will be suitable for you in the future."

The group looks at each other with glee and giddiness. You smile softly and hope you place with a video producer or editor.

All of you took seats around the tables—you were about 11 interns. You wonder why the odd number.

Me Fey looks down at her clipboards, and her eyes rove around the group around her. She smiles to herself as she reminisces about her intern days of how excited she was before getting into acting full-time.

"Ok, Liu Yifei and Lin Yi, you two will be working in the production offices performing administrative duties nod helping the production crew with errands around the studios, good...Ling Yuan and Sarah Hu, you two will assist production staff in developing relevant stories for television, film, online streaming, and other platforms..."

Sarah looks at Ling with an undefine emotion on her face. You wonder what's that about. Ling doesn't look impressed with her teammate. Ok, it seems those two know each other hence the undercurrent hostility. Steven looks a little concerned at the two. Hmm...something is cooking here. You mentally tell yourself to stay far away from Sarah. She looks like a bit of a troublemaker.

"...alright...Steven Zhang and Hanbin Chang, you will be like the communication with writers, directors, managers, and other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the project. You'll be running around a lot so make sure you have good shoes. The director's and writer's departments are far from each other..."

Steven inwardly groans. Urgh ...but at least he'll be out of the office. Your new friendship group snicker at his face. Hanbin looks too pleased when he looked at Ling with kissy face. She looked disgusted at him.

"...Yunru Lee and Tao Xi, you'll produce and edit video content that adheres to company guidelines and standards to share on online channels, including social media and YouTube. So you'll be in different video labs with a producer and editor. "

Your smile broadens, and you mentally jump up and down. Gosh, that is so awesome. You thought you'll be stuck with administration and data capturing. You'll be doing what you love, film editing and producing. Wow, you can't wait to tell Taelove and LiuMei.

Ms. Fey was still assigning placements in the support staff who'll answer phones, take detailed notes during meetings, input data into the computer, and perform other tasks as required. Two girls have been placed there.

Before she could place the last boy, another girl runs into the building with her hair standing up in different directions. Her eyes look wild from exasperation. The group snickers at her disheveled demeanor.
She looked as if she was about to cry because of her tardiness.

Ms. Fey lift her eyebrow, unimpressed at the newcomer.

"I'm so sorry, ma'am, and I took the wrong bus. I'm not familiar with Shanghais transportation..." she apologized with a flustered face.

Ming Jung

She is almost as short as you but a few centimeters taller. Her hair was cut in a fashionable side, Bob. a beautiful delicate porcelain skin. She is very pretty. You almost feel sorry for her. She's already on the management's radar as a tardy intern. You hope it will not count against her. You'll try to make friends with her later.

Ms. Fey just nodded and look at the clipboard, " ok, all twelve of you are present. So Hiu, you, and our latest addition Ming Jung will run errands such as purchasing supplies, props, equipment, food, and other necessary items for any project at the moment. So you'll work in purchasing and logistics departments.
All of you are now familiar with your job descriptions. Remember you are like hired help, please be early..." she was eying a blushing Ming,.." sufficient, friendly, helpful it will help you with your appraisals and possible job placement after your fourth year or those who still need to complete their degree can land another internship without an interview or screening. There is an excited chatter, and some interns introduced themselves to the other teams. Your teammate Tao looks quieter than you. He is charming and smiles the whole time. His smile broadens at the sight of your cute smile, and he comes and introduces himself to you.

"Hi .." he shyly bows to you, and you exchanged pleasantries. You walked slowly out together. You turned around and looked at who is still following you. Tao is already through the door introducing himself to the other guys in your group.

You look at Lin, who looked open jaws at Ming. Lin and Ming have just half bonded by looking at the eyes of each other.

You don't want them to miss the group.

"Guys!" you said urgently, "common, Lin, you and Ming will meet up at lunchtime. I know you must activate the bond. Common on ...Ming is already in trouble. You don't want that do you?"You grab Ming out of her stupor and drag her quickly behind the group. She was still look in back at her soulmate.

Lin is still in a mental euphoria. Lin couldn't believe he just met his soulmate. He speedily runs up not to fall behind the group. He falls in beside his blushing soulmate. Ming couldn't believe her Soulmate is so handsome. She wonders what "string "they will be. She's already smitten with him.

"Hi," he whispered next to her."..I'm Lin Yi ...from-" the two soulmates converse quietly with each other.

You look at them and snicker. They look so awkward but mesmerized in the presence of each other. It seems like Lin's hands just wanted to touch Ming, but she knew he would be too restless and not concentrate on his work. They will be into much activating the bond now.

Their soul marks are already stinging, wanting them to activate and complete the bonding process.

You entered the office suites. Some of the interns are left with their supervisors. Your friend group greeted each other and promises to have lunch in the cafeteria during your one-hour break.

You and Tao were the last two interns to be taken by your department.

Ms Fey smiled at the two of you, " you two are one of the most promising interns. Yunru, we are all excited to see you working as a film editor on one of our current projects. We know you won national awards at film festivals since you've been in school. You will work with one o our most prized producers. Tao as a Shanghais'top student also followed your work. You work as an assistant editor in your 2nd year in one of our award-winning film projects. Your skills are needed. I hope you and Yunru will be a great asset one day if you decide to come and work for us..."

You and Tao look surprised at each other and stunned at Me Fey, so they know the track records of every intern. Ok, No pressure!

You walked into the studio, and a man turned around in his chair, smiling when he sees Mrs. Fey...but when you two locked eyes, your jaws dropped...

"Rowoon?" you whispered with a stunned expression.
