THIRD POV

{START OF MUSIC}

He slowly opens his eyes after witnessing the biggest flash of lighting explode infront of him.

He coughs a bit as he stands up on his feet, pushing the metal that has fallen on him during the explosion. He slowly starts taking steps forward, wincing at the pain, as he explores his surroundings.

The electricity power plant that once stood there is no more, as debris of tankers and electric lines and cables lay scattered all around him.

His suit was very damaged now, a lot of pieces were ripped off, a lot of cuts and many bleeding wounds visible, especially his right shoulder, which was completely exposed and reddest the most.

But he wasn't worried about his suit or health at the moment. He didn't wonder where the villains who had caused this were, running away or even possibly dead.

No, he didn't have time to chase after them. His main worry was finding her.

He stumbles every few steps, leaning on the debris as his breathing is ragged. His sight is going out of whack, blurriness in his eyes difficulting his awareness of surroundings.

He lifts his mask to his nose as he gaps for air, his hand holding his chest in pain, definitely having broken a few ribs. He bites his lower lip as he tries to stop a moan escaping his mouth as he stands up once more.

Dizziness kicks in as he looks around and then he sees it. Her body. Ignoring his body, telling him not to use his power, he teleports right next to her. He yells as he falls on his knees, his power draining his strength to his limit.

Tears start to escape as he desperately removes the ruble off her. "No, no no no no..." - His lips trembling as he pleads. When he removes the final debris, he freezes, eyes widening in shock and horror.

The world around him slows down as his heart breaks into pieces. He moves his finger to her wrist, no pulse. He leans onto her chest, no breathing. "NO, NO NO NO!" - He screams as he reaches her mask and lifts it off. That's when a horrifying realization hits him.

He stares at her bruised, bloodied and pale face, as her eyes are closed, never to be opening again. The barrier in his eyes breaks, as tears flood his vision. He carefully lifts her body, as he leans it into the hug, while uncontrollable sobs start to escape his lips.

"I-I m s-s-so-s-sorry..." - He weeps as he holds her tight to his chest, feeling all the warmth leaving her body and being replaced by the cold unsettling dread.

He was so disoriented, in his own mind that he didn't hear footsteps coming closer, someone calling to him. He simply... couldn't. He could have saved her.

He could have stopped all of this if he had worked harder, trained harder, and thought smarter. He had the power, the intellect, the skill. He could have saved her... if only he was better...

That moment... has broken and scared him forever.

And she was first of the three that would perish that week.

Hand drops onto the alarm, turning it off. View follows the hand until it reaches the face of whom it belongs to.

E/C eyes stare down at the clock. They may seem normal on the outside, but inside, there is still a visible glance of hurt in them. The H/C haired teen places his face into his arms as he sighs out.

PRESENT

December 14th, 2018

1 year and 5 months later...

A H/C teen brushes his teeth before washing his face with cold water. From the mirror, we can see that he has a pretty well built body. Not too muscular, but not too skinny either.

When he exits the bathroom, he does something unusual for the normal teen, but that's because he is different from the rest of them.

A web comes out of his wrist and lands on the clothes on his chair and he pulls it towards himself. He quickly puts on a navy shirt, loose brown pants and green jacket before he hears a voice from below.

"Y/N! Lana! Doručak je!" - His mother calls out to him. "EVO, MAMA!" - He yells back as he puts his gray shoes on and exits his room.

Just as he was about to walk down the stairs, he heard the noise coming from his sister's room. The noise is someone humming to a song.

He walks up to the door and slowly opens it. From the door frame, he can see his sister quietly humming the song SUNFLOWER by PRE Malone and Swan Lee while having headphones over her head as she was sketching in the sketchbook. His sketchbook.

"Lana." - He calls out to her, but she doesn't respond. So he decides to call out to her louder. "Lana!" - That finally gets her attention as she jumps in her chair while dropping the pencil on the table as she turns to him.

"Š-Što?"- She asks him as she lowers her headphones. "It's breakfast, better be down and eat it before your field trip." - He tells her as he walks towards and grabs the sketchbook from the table. "I rekao sam ti da ne crtaš ujutro na dan škole."

He glances at the page she was drawing on...those were good sketches. A smile creeps onto his face.

"These are terrible." - He closes the book as he starts to head out. "I k-know you're-lying!" - Lana calls after him as he laughs quietly.

Y/N walks down the stairs and enters the kitchen where he sees his mother has already prepared the breakfast and was cleaning the pan in the sink.

"Jutro. Jesu to palačinke?" - He greets his mother as he sits at his unofficial designated chair around the table. "Jutro, ljubavi. I used what was left from yesterday's pancake shift." - She tells him as she puts the pan in the washing machine.

"Jesi si mi vidio moje dokumente slučajno. I forgot where I had placed them."

"You put them near the TV." - He tells her as he grabs the bite of the pancake. "Hvala ti." - His mother walks up to him and kisses him on the head as she heads to the living room.

Just then Lana walks into the room with her backpack ready as she sits on the opposite side of the table from Y/N.

"Do you know when I should be there?" - Lana asks him as he glances at the clock on the wall behind her. "Za 30 minuta." - He responds to her as he finishes his last pancake and gets up from the table.

"SRANJE!" - She curses as she quickly starts eating. "LANA!" - Their mothers voice can be heard from the living room. "SORRY, MAMA!" - She answers while having a mouth filled with food.

Y/N puts the plate into the washing machine as mom walks back into the room, holding the documents in her hand.

"Okay, I'm going now. My flight is in 18 minutes. Y/N, pobrini se da Lana ne zakasni na svoj izlet." - She places the document into her bag before lifting it up over her shoulder.

Your mom was flying to Europe where she will have business talks with her partners, well, the ones who haven't thrown her under the bus like all others have since the Super-Collider incident 3 years ago.

"Do you have someone where you will stay while we are gone?" - Mom asks you as she kisses your little sister on the forehead.

"I will be staying at MJ during the weekend." - You tell her as you go and grab your school bag. "Odlično. Volim vas oboje, be safe. BYE!" - She says as she goes towards the doors.

"I MI TEBE! - Both of you call back as you hear the door open and close as you're left alone. "Eat the rest and we have to go." - Your sister nods as you clean the table.

TIMESKIP

20 minutes later, both of you are seen in the school bus sitting together in the seats next to each other. As you see you're approaching closer, you both get up.

As Y/N was going behind one of the students who was standing, your appearance changes into the red and white suit with a red hood on with the white spider logo in the middle of your chest.

As soon as you go past another student, your appearance turns back into your normal clothing as you exit the bus.

As you both walk together, you being 175 (5"7)cm tall as you tower over your little sister who's 158 (5"2) cm tall, you spot her teacher and classmates as they wait infornt the bus that will take them on their field trip to Stark Corps.

You hug each other and bid farewell as she runs towards her class while you turn and head to your school, Midtown High School in Queens.

Walking down the hallway, filled with students talking to each other, Y/N holds his hands in his pocket as he moves past them, not wanting any social interaction with any of them.

He walks up to his locker. As he puts the key in, he is slammed into it as he falls on the ground with a groan, as he hears snickering above him.

He looks up and sees the one who pushed him. His new bully, Ned Leeds and his 2 friends.

"Look who decided to show up once again, a loser L/N." - Ned mocks you as you try to get up.

"Ned, can you do this ano - -" - But his friend pushes you down, while the other grabs your bag and throws everything out of it.

They laugh at you as students who are nearby just stand there, no one having the guts to stand up to the new popular kid in school. Well, expect one person...

Someone coughs loudly behind the trio. Ned turns around and freezes as he sees who is standing behind him, as the smirk falls off his face.

"What did I tell you about bullying L/N or his sister, Leeds?" - A much taller blond haired male spoke to Leeds. That was no other than Flash Tomphson, an original popular bully kid in this school.

Ned starts to get nervous as Flash stares at him with his death stare. He nods to his pals as the trio finally walks away.

Flash then turns to Y/N who's on his knee now. Flash simply nods at him, which Y/N returns with the same action. With that, Flash walks away as Y/N starts to grab his stuff laying on the ground as students return to their chats and gossip between them.

TIMESKIP

A man wearing a hoodie and a hat walks down the street until he reaches a shop, which had a well beloved theme items by the people of New York. Bell rang as he opened the door and entered inside.

He looks around, seeing no one is in the shop, except the lonely cashier, a very old man with glasses.

The man walks up to him. Before a cashier can utter a word, the man takes out the gun from his pocket and aims it at the cashier.

"Money, give it to me. NOW!" - He threatens a harmless cashier, but the old man only smiles at him, which confuses the man. "What are you smiling about!? I said give the money now! Are you deaf or something, old man!?"

"Well, you definitely are deaf." - A voice comes out from his right side. As he turns to the side where the voice came from, his gun is immediately taken from his hand by the web.

"What the fu - -" - He screams as his hands get webbed as his whole body follows soon before he is pulled forward where he gets hit in the head by the fist, knocking him out. "And that's not a way to treat your elders."

The person who has stopped the robbery was none other than your friendly neighborhood Crimson-Spider.

The spider themed hero turns to the cashier. "How are you doing, Stan?"

"Still kicking, kiddo." - The cashier now known as Stan smiles at the young hero. In fact, the theme items he was selling were all about the young hero infornt of him. That's why the name of the shop is "Web Shop".

"Did they arrive yet?"- The teen hero asked as he lifted the robber and threw him outside to bring him in later. Stan smiles and nods at him as he leans down and opens a drawer.

Out of it, he takes a bouquet of Asters flowers and places it on the register as eyes on the mask of Crimson-Spider widen.

"You're the best, Stan." - He takes the bouquet and sniffs the smell of it. Satisfied with it, he turns to Stan. "How much do I need to pay?"

"For you? Nothing." - Stan gives him a warm smile. "You already paid with helping the people of this great city."

Teen's cheeks turn red as he scratches his neck. "J-just keeping my promise, sir."

"Of course you do, but I have to ask? Who's the happy girl?" - Stan asks as he nods at the bouquet. Crimson-Spider is taken by surprise by the question, but quickly regains himself.

"N-No, no. I'm not seeing anyone. Just, the bouquet is for...her." - His voice falls off as he looks at the empty shelves where a certain name stood out.

Stan follows his gaze and when he sees what he is staring out, he sighs. "I still miss her, you know."

"Me too..." - Crimson-Spider head falls down as he remembers that night.

"But, tell you what." - Teen lifts his head and glances at Stan. "Dont stop yourself from trying to find another one. She would probably want for you to be happy. And maybe, just maybe, that one finds you first instead."

A small smile appears under his mask. "Thanks, Stan. See you some other time. Excelsior!" - Crimson-Spider says his goodbyes as he heads towards the exit.

"See you too, Spidey. Excelsior!" - Stan calls out after him as the door closes behind him. He picks up the robber under his arm, webs the bouquet over his shoulder and fires a web towards the roof, as he jumps and swings himself into the air.

Few blocks away, 2 cops just exited the coffee shop, both having cups in their hands, as they headed towards their patrol car.

Those two were the captain of NYPD, George Stacy, a 31 year old blond man and alongside him was his partner, Yuri Watanabe.

"Sir, we got a report about the attempted robbery down 6th street. The robber wore a hoodie and a hat." - Yuri told the captain as they walked around the corner.

"Okay, we will go there and - -" - Just then they see a man matching their description of the robber, cocooned in webs layed next to their car. "- - apprehend the suspect..."

Captain Stacy and Yuri walk up to the man. George kneels down as he spots the sticker on the robber's face and takes it off.

On the sticker read "FROM YOUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD CRIMSON-SPIDER."

Captain lets out a chuckle. "Get him in the back." - He orders as he gets up. As Yuri lifts still unconscious guy, George looks up and spots Crimson-Spider crouching in his signature spider position on the nearby edge of the rood, staring down at them.

George tips his hat down as gratitude towards the local hero. Crimson-Spider does a 2 finger salute towards the captain before using his power to teleport to the other roof from which he starts running and then jumping off as he starts swinging away.

George follows him as he swings away in the distance as Yuri finally has thrown the man into the backseat. "I still don't know how he does that." - Yuri says.

Captain Stacy simply shakes his head with a small smile before turning and heading for the driver's seat. "Neither do I and right now, I don't want to even know."

TIMESKIP

Calvary Cemetery, Queens, 8:32 pm

A cold and windy night has fallen in the city that never sleeps. Most people are still walking down the streets while places like cemeteries were left desolated. So its not strange to see our spidey there alone.

{START OF MUSIC}

Y/N with his mask lifted off, but still in his suit, stands there infront of the gravestone. Her gravestone.

He leans down as he places the bouquet of Asters next to the stone. He simply stands there. He usually would say something, but today he doesn't know what to say that wasn't said already.

So he simply stays in silence as he lets a few tears roll down his face as he glances down at her resting place. Memories of that night still are playing out in his mind.

Him beating himself with all the ways he could have done things differently that day.

But he always comes to the same conclusion. She sacrificed herself to save the city. To save him.

They were a pair, her and him.

They could have had it all.. but their chances were small.

She would always fall for him... but would he fall for her too?

"I'm sorry Anya...so sorry." - With the last glance at her name, he turns around and starts to walk away, tears still running down his face.

{END OF MUSIC}

15 minutes later, Y/N swings around the city until he reaches his destination before he heads to MJs apartment where he would stay over a weekend.

That destination... was Alchemax Laboratories.

Well, what remained of it. Even after its explosion 3 years ago, the building was used by Y/N and his friends as their base against the dangers that were caused by the Super-Colliders explosion.

But now, he is the only one left. He doesn't go there as often as before. It brings him to many painful memories. But that's the only place with the right equipment to help him in his needs for crime fighting.

Y/N is seated in his chair as he is seen working on something at the table. The feature of his work resembles the double bladed spear, but it had two small canteens under the blades.

As Y/N works on the thing, his spidey-sense tingles on. He turns his head to the left and sees as things placed around him start to float upwards.

"Koji vrag?" - He ponders as more things start to float and most surprisingly, to glitch until the ground starts shaking, like a small earthquake. And then, a portal starts opening above him.

His eyes widen as he sees a weird black and glitching hole start to pull him into it.

He fires his webs from both hands as he tries to hold on, but both areas where webs landed glitched into different versions of the area as they released the webs from its hold.

"SRANJE!" - Y/N yells as he is swallowed by the portal.

You can be now seen as you fall or travel through the vast space of stars, circled shaped moons and lines which represent themself like spider webs.

As you fall, your body glitches as its parts are replaced by different face shapes and colored masks, ranging from full red to black to no mask to finally a white one.

Just before you were going to be thrown out into another portal like the one that sucked you in, you spot someone in a full white and black suit with some pink highlights on it infront of you, as they stared back at you.

You don't get to look at them for long as you finally go through the portal. As your eyes adjust to the light, your eyes immediately widen as you notice you're falling towards the building.

You quickly fire a web towards the nearest building as you try to evade the instant splat onto the roof.

The web connects to the surface in the final moment as you feel the pull of the web as it swings you forward where you end up falling as your body rolls on the hard cement of the rooftop.

You groan as you face the sky, which is weirdly changing from day to night in seconds before it stops at the 7th circle during the night.

You slowly stand up on your feet as you feel your entire body burning from outside and from inside.

As you look up, you are immediately faced with the thing that confuses the shit out of you.

It's the advertisement for the drink, but instead of being Coca-Cola, what it should be, it's advertising a drink named Koca-Soda.

And right next it is another advertisement, this time for a car, as Yugo is shown, a car that your mom told you about which was produced in former Yugoslavia before it got torn by the war, which made the car sales for Yugo on the international stage plummet down.

Those two already made your head dizzy, but what finally blew your mind was the news advert.

On that news, a person wearing a red and blue suit was shown swinging around the city and the name that was written under the advert... was Spiderman.

That's when it hit you. All the years of being around both of your scientist parents exposed you to the simple theory which would be later discovered by your father, who will name it... The Multiverse Theory.

"I'm in the whole another dimension."

Here is some stuff I didn't mention in the chapter:

Y/N is 16 years old during ITSV and will be 18 during ATSV.

Lana, your little sister, is 13 years old. She has green eyes and long brown hair.

Y/N is in his 3rd year as Crimson-Spider during ITSV.

As same from the og book, Y/N is half Croatian half American. So after his father died, he has gained a deeper Croatian/Slavic accent because he spent more time with his mother, who immigrated to the US during the Yugoslav Wars.

(Like earth 42 Miles did with his spanish accent.)

I did something different this time, unlike my other books. I did not reveal his full backstory. That's because I will slowly reveal it through his interactions with others in ITSV.

Also, I changed the writing style. Tell me which style you perfer more. This one or my standard one (WHBM og, V.A.L. and Dark Love)

Y/N still has the power of Teleportation, but I removed his Venom Strike ability and changed it with the new one. That new power will be revealed also in ITSV.

Also, tell me if you want me to put translation when ever someone speaks a diffrent language?

I wrote it like this so it feels simular to my movie experience, where I didn't understand anything when Miles's family spoke spanish, but they body language gave it what they said.
