An ecosystem that is a delicate arrangement where plants and animals all depend on each other for survival, brought a day new day for those who were living there.

White-edged clouds rolled in over the blue sky, their centres as deep as any shoreline, as seen through the misty fog created by them, were some floating mountains, many vines and greenery all over them.

The fog scattered all over the rainforest of Pandora, as there were many Hometrees centered in multiple different places. Just below them, were some of the native animals flying around in the air, as the Banshees squawked into the morning breeze.

Somewhere in the rainforest of Pandora, many more noises from exotic animals were heard, one of the being a viperwolf that was walking across a branch from a tree.

"The forest of Pandora holds many dangers."

Beautiful yellow eyes come into view, as the pair belong to Ney'tiri who was sneaking up on her pray, hiding in waiting within the forest environment.

"But the most dangerous thing about Pandora..."

Ney'tiri moves out of her cover, breathing steadily as she draws her bow and arrow back, however she paused as it got stuck on something. She looked down, remembering she was pregnant and fixed up her posture to take aim again.

".....is that you may grow to love her too much."

....

The bright day was no more, as the nighttime sky had been set ablaze to Pandora, causing all the night creatures to make their appearance in the forest.

Ney'tiri was now sitting down in her family's home, a warm fire going in the back to keep them from freezing, as she sings a beautiful song, while holding a precious necklace in her hands.

"We sing the song chords to remember. Each bead a story in our life."

....

Many of the Omatikaya Clan were all in their native circle, standing in Pandora's forest, hands holding each others in the circle, as Jake was centered in the middle, holding a newborn baby, his and Ney'tiris baby.

"A bead for the birth of our son."

Ney'tiris ears twitched as she gasped gently, placing a hand up to her mouth and she smiles tearily, seeing their first born child.

"Neteyam!" Jake delcares his name to everyone, holding up the baby as he cooes, and the Omatikaya clan repeats the name back in acknowledgment.

....

"A bead when we adopted our daughter, Kiri."

Ney'tiri and Jake were back in one of the human's science labs, who stayed behind on Pandora, their eyes casted on Grace's Avatar inside of a machine, seeing her round pregnant stomach as she was in cryosleep.

"Born from Grace's Avatar,"

The chieftess places her hand against the glass where the Avatar was, bending down a little to look at her, as Jake turns to his wife, both in the dark about how this happened.

"and whose conception was a complete mystery."

...

"A bead for our daughter figure, (Y/N), who we took in."

Jake was gently holding up a small Na'vi baby in his arms, the male inside his family home as he smiles down at the baby. His wife was with Neteyam, and Kiri as she glances over at him, fondly staring seeing him with the newest baby.

The first thing he noticed about the babe when he found her on a hunt, was that her skin was not all blue like them. That the normal blue strips along their skin was purple on her, and as he placed a hand behind her head, he noticed she had a lot more dots scattered on her skin than them.

"Both of us knew she was special, we figured that out when we first found her."

Little (Y/N)'s eyes opened at the touch of Jake, blinking slowly as she looked up at his smiling face. The baby made a cooing noise, her face lifting up into a gummy smile back at Jake with a babble.

"She was definitely something else."

The male chuckled seeing her toothless smile to him and adjusted (Y/N) so she was leaning her head against his chest, and moved to sit down next to Ney'tiri where the wood was burning.

Ney'tiri was picking up some of the food from the bowls on the ground and fed them to their two children in her arms, as she also ate some.

Jake crossed his legs on the ground, placing baby (Y/N) in his arms comfortable as she made more cooing noises, causing him to place a hand out for her.

She latched onto his pinky finger, three of her five fingers holding on tightly as she grins toothless again, making him release a breath and smile a little. 

"Finding her was a blessing in disguise."

...

"A Bead for the first communion with Eywa."

All of the Omaticaya people sat on the sacred grounds below the Tree of Souls, their Queues attached to the ground, as everything lit up around them showing Eywa's presence, as they began chanting.

"The people say we live in Eywa."

Jake and Ney'tiri were directly in front of the Tree of Souls, as the female held their children, and Jake held (Y/N) in his arms. Mo'at takes the little girls braid, attaching her queue to the glowing vine from the tree.

"And Eywa lives in us."

The Olo'eyktan of the people holds up (Y/N), as her eyes open wider at the connection to Eywa, and her chubby cheeks turn into a gummy smile once more, a soft glow around her that illuminated her face.

"A great mother holds all their children in their heart."

...

Jake was holding a 4 year old (Y/N) in his arms, as he makes airplane noises while flying her around like one, causing her to make happy giggles. A five year old Neteyam was on his shoulders, as he also giggles seeing her like this.

"Happiness is simple."

Ney'tiri was kneeling on the ground watching the pair with a smile, as she keeps an eye on Kiri and Lo'ak. (Y/N) looks over to Lo'ak from Jakes arms, and waves at him in greeting, gaining a shy look back as he hides behind his mother. Both parents chuckled seeing the interaction.

...

"Who would've thought a jarhead like me, could crack the code."

The Sully family were all down on the ground in Pandora's rainforest, as the three older children ran away squealing as their father tries to splash water on them, from the river they were playing in.

(Y/N) was sitting on a rock near them, playing with some of the sticks on the ground as she didn't notice a couple of Woodsprites landing on top of her head, floating around her black hair.

Ney'tiri didn't see this, as they disappeared when she walked over, and went to pick the girl up, making (Y/N) look at her with a giggle and rest her head on the mothers shoulder.

...

"When I first met your father, I tried to kill him." Ney'tiri was telling all the children, the Sully family in their sleeping area as all the kids piled up onto the two adults. (Y/N) was in between Neteyam, and Lo'ak as her head rested on Jake's arm.

"It was love at first sight." Jake teases as he places his face into the side of her neck, his words causing the children to giggle, and Ney'tiri to laugh also.

"Before I knew it, we had five."

....

A line of all the people that had came onto Pandora for scientific reasons, were all in a line as they walked up into the aircrafts that would take them away. Some of the Na'vis were on direhorses as a few had weapons drawn just in case, watching them leave their home.

"We sent the sky people back to Earth, but a few remained."

Jake was holding a gun, his hair back out of his face in dreadlocks as his wife was next to him, also watching the sky people leave. Two familiar science guys were next to them, with oxygen masks, Norm and Dr. Max.

"Science guys loyal to the Na'vi."

...

Foot steps of a little boy were heard running against a tile floor, as that little boy was wearing a nappy and running through the science lab full of a few humans working.

"And then there was Spider. He was stuck here."

One of the female workers saw Spider running through the lab, and quicky exclaimed his name, grabbing a hold of the young child and picked him up.

"Too young for a cryo capsule."

...

A little bit older Spider opened the door to the science lab that lead outside to Pandora, a oxygen mask on his face as he runs through the open door to the ground.

"War had taken his parents, so he was raised by the lab guys."

"Spider take this spear!" Norm yelled out to him, holding another oxygen gas tank at the door.

"I'm just going to the village!" Spider shouts back to him, turning his head a little as he continues to run through the bushes and trees inside the edge of the forest.

"He wasn't part of our family, he was like a stray cat always around."

...

The Sully children, plus (Y/N) were mucking around with Spider in the water, as Neteyam and Lo'ak splash (Y/N), making her kick water back at them with a laugh, causing them to almost fall over at the hit.

"Inseparable from our children."

Kiri was chasing after Spider, as he turn to her and hisses like the Na'vi do. And then he runs over to grab Lo'aks tail, as the children all laugh seeing Spider getting dragged around by the Sully child.

Jake and Ney'tiri were watching the children play, as the male had a slight smile on his face, where as the female had no emotion expressed.

"He would always be a stranger to Ney'tiri. One of them."

"He belongs with his kind." Ney'tiri speaks her thoughts to her husband, looking at him as Jake continues to watch the children play with Spider.

...

"It's mine!" Lo'ak exclaims to his younger sister, the two of them fighting over something as they play tug of war with it. "I had it first!"

"Why should I let you have it?" Kiri argues back, trying to pull the object they were fighting over away from him.

"It's mine!" Lo'ak continues his fighting, as Jake watches his children fight from a small rock he was sitting on.

"It took a few years to get the language through my thick skull."

"Lo'ak, you liar! Give it back!" Kiri yells, glaring at her brother who wouldn't give the thing up.

"But now when I hear it, might as well be English."

"I hate you!" Lo'ak shouts, trying to rip her hands off the orange object.

Kiri huffs and glares more, "Well I hate you times infinity, Lo'ak! Penis face!"

Lo'ak screams at her annoyed, but their fathers strict voice made the arguing come to a stop. 

"Hey! That's enough." Jake calls to the two, raising one of his eyebrows at his children in warning, "Don't make me come over there."

...

All five kids were up in the Sully's family house, as they surrounded the thick bamboo stick that was holding their growth. Neteyam stands up against it, as Jake marks his height with his knife.

"How tall is he?" Lo'ak questioned his father, as (Y/N) stood next to Kiri, waiting for her turn even though she wasn't the tallest one in the group.

"Too tall." Jake answers back with a grunt as he removes the knife from the branch, wiping off the residue as Kiri and (Y/N) laugh, hands clapping a little impressed.

"Time flies fast. Like a dream."

...

YEARS LATER...

Jake was setting up a camera on one of the trees branches, as Ney'tiri called a much older Kiri over who groaned and didn't want to be in the photo.

A much older (Y/N) laughed at her best friends mood, the (L/N) girl grown up into a beautiful Na'vi with hair that reached her middie back, tied up as a few loose bits hanged out, that were braided with beads.

Two other familiar figures appear on each side of her, a much older Neteyam and Lo'ak, as (Y/N) turns her now, green and blue eyes to them and smiles in greeting, gaining smirks back.

"Smile." Ney'tiri says to them all, as Jake kneels down with their youngest daughter Tuktirey in his arms, getting in position for the photo.

Just before the bright flash went off on the camera, (Y/N) felt two different arms wrap around her waist, and back from each side of her, making her smile become a bit wobbly in the photo knowing who they belonged to.

"Happiness is simple."

...

"But the thing about happiness...it can vanish in a heartbeat."

Many sky people ships had arrived from outer space, all landing on the peaceful planet of Pandora as a great fierce fire had broke out through the forests of Pandora, burning down everything in sight, including the poor native animals who were trying to escape.

Up high in one of the Hometrees, the Sully family had managed to escape to safety, as (Y/N) stood near the edge of the tree feeling her heart ache, seeing the chaos the sky people brought upon Pandora.

The forest was burning, the animals were dying and she could feel a little bit of the pain they were all in as a tear runs down her cheek.

Neteyam and Lo'ak saw her expression and frowned, as they shared a look and walked up to her. The boys stood beside her, and silently watched the girl closely.

She doesn't look back at them both, sniffling as she spots Ney'tiri quietly crying in Jake's arms at the destruction of their home. (Y/N) finally stares at both boys faces, seeing their sad looks and gives a tremble of a reassuring smile.

But, they weren't convinced she was alright as they watched her look back at their burning home, one of her hands grasping her long braid.

The forest of Pandora was once again destroyed by the sky people, and this time, there was no stopping it.

NOTE;; omg first chapter done and dusted... this was very hard to write without subtitles so please bare with me right now 😭 & im so sorry if my writing is shitty, i haven't written a story like this for a little while but anyways fair warning some of the dialogue might be different since i don't have subtitles.

also i'm gonna age up the boys a little, so they are at least 16-17. apart from that, i hope you enjoyed the first chapter & many more to come soon!! <3

btw if you didn't already pick up on it, when the words are like this, they are speaking in Na'vi.
