Coming up with titles can be extremely difficult. However, I've gotten the hang of it, mostly because my titles consist of one word only.
I find these by simply searching "unique words" on Pinterest and scrolling through the results until I find what I like.
Naming your fanfiction after song titles is also a great option. It invites a certain audience to read your fanfic, and the title alone will say a lot about it (so do make sure that the song's meaning fits your fanfic).
If your OC/character has an occupation in your book, you can also name your book after this. For example: (The) Spy, (The) Teacher, (The) Engimaβ but this can be cliche.
There's also a 'genre' of titles like My Life With The Walter Boys, The Summer I Turned Pretty, etc. These kind of titles quite literally tell your readers what the book is about. It can make people interested, but only if you do it right. Please don't use "The Night I Shared A Bed With My Grumpy Boss".
