Marcus is from the old times. And he has a thing for endearments. Expect to be called by: darling and dear quite often. And he might walk with you having your arms locked with each other something he will appreciate a lot because it's the smallest things he values a lot. In private, you can expect him to staring at you with fondness and care.

๋⚝ Best Friend. (How they would be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

As a best friend, I can picture him to start anywhere. Marcus would appreciate anyone who isn't trying to take an advantage of him. Like his gift or usefulness but rather, trying to know him as a person. He would listen to you without any judgement and warn you just in case about his own perspective. But I imagine him being really respectful and protective. He is the kind to give you gifts once in a while to shower his care for you if he feels like he isn't doing enough. He wouldn't appreciate it ever if you lie to him. So, please guys, be honest with this man.

But I picture him to need a best friend sincerely. Talking about his feelings and having someone to guide him out of the darkness he has surrounded himself in would be really beneficial for him. Mourning isn't forever. But unfortunately, he is in the Volturi so no one really cares about how he feels as a person.

๋⚝ Cuddles. (Do they like to cuddle?)

Eh, it depends. Platonically, not really. He is not for the cobblestones. The most he will do is wrap his arm around your shoulders and comfort you if you need it.

But if you two are a couple, it is a whole different story. I picture him to hold you often. Wrapping his arms around your waist. And resting his chin on your shoulder or head. He is quite tall so he would love feeling you near around him. Even on bed, I can see him holding you and having you lay down your head on his bicep or his chest.

๋⚝ Domestic. (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

Marcus is definitely the kind to picture a homely life. If you are a human then he will not endanger your life by making you go through pregnancy. He just wants love. So, he is more than content with you.

Cooking, hm. All I will say is he makes a mean cup of tea if given the chance. Otherwise, what use he really would have as a vampire in the kitchen? While, in his human life, maybe he was the kind to prepare his meals sometimes. But not anymore. As for the cleaning part, guaranteed male wife. He cleans his table with his own hand and never let a speck of dust to drop on his precious books.

๋⚝ Ending. (If they had to breakup with their partner, how would they do it?)

Not in a cruel way. He would hold your hands while doing so as he would begin the conversation. And explain everything to you honestly. Deep down, he would feel guilty but for whatever reason he breaks up. He will feel like he owes you for wasting your time.

๋⚝ Fiancée. (How do they feel about commitment? How quick they would want to get married?)

Love with Marcus is definitely a slow burn. Be it before or after Didyme. He is not the kind of man to fall for looks. He will take his time if he is interested in someone. But really, I picture him to be like you fell first but he fell harder. He was definitely an emotionless man in the past so you have to earn his trust and affectionate. It will happen slowly but at least, it is worth it.

But when he wants to get married, he will definitely study you to see if you are ready for it. No forcing or anything. He will not tie someone with him who doesn't want to be with him.

๋⚝ Gentle. (How gentle are they? Both physically and emotionally.)

Physically, he is the most gentlest person you can think of. But of course, he is quite strong but that man is very mindful. Marcus wouldn't hurt anyone unless it is a demand from his duty. He would hold you like you are something precious. Everything.

Emotionally, hm. If you get close to him, expect him to be kind. He will be understanding and a very good listener to you. But if you haven't built such bond with him, he will find you to be annoying and just give you his aloof mood.

If you need a hug, know that he will never deny you. He will take his time to hold you and try to pour out all his affection for you in that simple touch he finds to be really special. But it is mostly during emotional moments. He probably cups the back of your head and hold you dearly. Marcus is a softie.

A long time. He will be in denial most of the time. So if you want this man, you will have to give him the green light by confessing first. Otherwise, you might have to wait till the doomsday because he will not on his own ever. Marcus will not be the one to say it verbally often though but his actions would convey it all.

๋⚝ Jealousy. (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they're jealous?)

Marcus is what you call to be a very secure assured man. Or at least, what he shows himself to be. But he really is observant. Someone spoke to you? Well, his eyes will fixated on their body language and intentions following your own reactions. Something is not to his liking? Expect a silent treatment that would leave you confused. And ignorance. Because how dare you to be that close to such sorry excuse of a creature? But of course, he wouldn't voice it.

If you try to fix it then it has to be initiated by you. Forgive him, he is insecure, deep down.

๋⚝ Kisses. (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

Marcus stands over 6 feet tall. He is a hand kisser and a forehead kisser. He has soft cold lips but they make you feel warm oddly. Expect a very intimate eye contact as he takes your hand in his before planting a slow gentle kiss on the back of your hand if you have one, of course. And he personally would prefer kisses on his lips or his temple.

๋⚝ Little ones. (How are they around children?)

Despite of being a Volturi leader or whatsoever, he is very gentle from the inside. He sees nearly everyone as a child. I like to believe he is the oldest transformed vampire in the Volturi. Around Alec and Jane, he does find their abilities to be beautiful. While if any child comes to the feeding, Marcus only watches with pity before looking away.

๋⚝ Morning. (How are mornings spent with them?)

He cannot sleep as a vampire obviously. But mornings are surely interesting. I can see him being immersed in a good read but as soon as he sees you, do expect a greeting. He is a polite man. Marcus would be grooming himself to prepare for the day afterwards.

Yes, he is very fashionable. I believe Caius' hair is too spoken in the fandom. But Marcus? We see his hair in different styles. Yet we don't speak of such beautiful hair. Really unfair. According to his duties of that day, he will dress. And sneak glances at you. But I feel like he is more talkative in the evening hour.

๋⚝ Night. (How are nights spent with them?)

It is not fun. Reading and reading. He even smells like books at this point. But if you can bail him out of Aro and Caius' presence, Marcus will owe you for life. He isn't very fond of the two either. He would rather walk with you and watch the beautiful dark sky with you. If seeing stars then he will explain each one and its lore to you. I like to believe, Marcus is well informed of the technology. He is also the most rational one. You can expect him to give you something on the tablet to calm your energy. Yeah, he might convert you to an iPad kid no matter what your age is. But if you are his romantic partner, expect a slow dance in an empty hall with affectionate cuddling and exchange of heartfelt words.

๋๋⚝ Open. (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

Depends on your level of closeness to Marcus. He isn't the one to go around speaking about his trauma at every chance. He will not even bother with anything till you ask him after a very good amount of bonding. He will be silent for a while before he takes his sweet time to prepare the revelation. And then he settles down to explain you about himself. He will be honest. It is definitely a slow process but worth it given the kind of person he is.

๋⚝ Patience. (How easily angered are they?)

Not in the slightest. Tell him whatever comes to your mind first. He will watch you with a bored face. But he does get irritated if someone violates his personal space and terrorizes his peace for no literal reason. He is very patient and unbothered. Stan this man for clear skin. His patience level is high but don't poke at his wounded spots for no reason. It will push him away and ignore your existence. He is terrible at communicating.

Though, if said something about you, get ready to face his dark side.

Marcus is a vampire. And they have excellent photogenic memory. Of course, he remembers everything you say. And he is thoughtful too. If you mention liking something, it will remain in his mind if he comes across it. And if the two of you are close, he will get the thing for you and walk away. He gives me tsundere vibes sortish.

๋⚝ Remember. (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

While, Marcus cherishes every moment spent with you. I feel like he especially counts a few memories to be even more capturing. Maybe the one time you two met for the first time and how your influence provoked his thoughts which led for his change.

Marcus is definitely protective. It is the smallest efforts that get to him. Like you did that for him? It would make him feel attached with you and want to keep you safe. If you are ever in danger, screw the Volturi, your vampire knight- sorry, King in shining armour will come to your rescue.

As a Volturi leader, he is definitely well protected by the guards. But having his significant other/friend being caring about him will have him feel a lot cherished. Any sort of danger, he will save you slyly or be fierce when needed.

๋๋⚝ Try. (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

It would depend on the necessity for Marcus' case. For the dates, it would be nothing too extravagant but he would make it to your liking. If you are a human then he will arrange a dinner date somewhere in the castle for you but if a vampire, you will be getting to spend a lovely time with him, speaking and going somewhere with their private jet. And for anniversaries, he will have gifts.

For gifts, he would choose something memorable. A beautiful jewelry piece that compliments your look. But if it is for a special occasion, I think he would give a rare flower to you. He gives me major Beast vibes from The Beauty & The Beast movie overall. As for his everyday tasks, he does what his duty demands from him.

๋⚝ Ugly. (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

Marcus is not simple as you may think. He is not over his late Didyme yet. And it will definitely create obstacles in your romantic life. As for both platonic and romantic, he is terrible at communicating. He will get stoic and nonchalant out of nowhere which will have you frustrated because that man is relentless. He can be cruel and cold if he wants to be. Worse than Caius, I hope my point is made.

๋⚝ Vanity. (How concerned are they with their looks?)

Looks matter and dress to impress, he heard it all. Marcus wasn't born yesterday, you see. He does do the basic care of his looks and plays his part on what a regal leader of Volturi should look like. Very poise and elegant but not extreme classy unlike Aro Volturi himself.

๋⚝ Whole. (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Damn right, he would feel incomplete without you. Marcus Volturi got wrecked from having his wife dead. So, the only light in his life none other than you would fuck him up. Try not to leave him and fix him? He is very fixable!

Marcus is a know-it-all. When he is bored, he will blabber about random facts that only he knows specifically just to piss off Caius. While, Aro? He tolerates. Brother legit killed his own sister for that man, of course, he would. Uh wait, is Aro uhm an ally or part of it? Because that sounds very homiesexual. 🤨🏳️‍🌈?

๋⚝ Yuck. (What are some things they wouldn't like, either in general or in a partner?)

Marcus would hate an insensitive partner with zero respect for boundaries. He values his space a lot when it comes to others. So you being his partner would mean, he wants you to understand it better than everyone. And he hates being used. He overthinks a lot. Like I mentioned above, he can get sour out of nowhere.

๋⚝ Zzz. (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)

Vampires don't sleep! But I can picture Marcus closing his eyes often just to relax.
