Marcus POV.

She was just a little girl. Now she is about to get married. I sighed thinking how quickly time flies. But I am sure wherever my load of happiness my little y/n will go, she will spread happiness everywhere. Oh how I clearly remember that day.

Flashback-

Me, and the rest of the Volturi were returning from the Cullens hybrid interrogation. We arrived at the jet. As we will go back in Volterra. Just when I was about to step my feet on the stairs, Suddenly I heard an infant's cry. I turned behind reverting my steps. I followed the direction of the crying voice. I saw a little human child in a basket left abandoned. I picked the infant up. I could understand that she was no more than 6 days. I rocked my strong arms minding my strength cradling her slowly to calm her down. After 3 minutes I saw a beautiful toothless smile. I felt relief for the first time after my mate's death. I think my precious Didyme sent a little angel for me. I embraced the little angel in my chest gently. I felt all the pain from my chest disappeared. My eyes were locked at the little creation's innocent eyes. "You are from now Y/N Volturi the daughter of Marcus Volturi" I said as I kissed her forehead.

"Brother the child is a human" Aro said knowing that it may cause a danger to our kind.

"Brother we will turn her when she will be of age. But please don't separate me from my little princess" I said just trembling at the fear of the thought that my princess is just as precious as my Didyme.

"Hmm Because you are insisting Brother. But a human child being raised in the castle of Vampires?" Aro hesitated.

"I will take care of my little princess from now" I said looking at her calming little smiling face.

From that day I understood that Love can never die. I understood how much I wanted love. My little princess means so much to me. One-day as usual when she was 5 years old. I was observing my daughter's books and copies as she was homeschooled.

Alec was standing near at the door smiling at y/n beautifully staring at her lovingly. Just the moment I realized that they are mates! I was so happy that An eligible man like Alec is her mate.

This news was spread widely in the entire Volturi. Jane was really happy for her brother, That he finally found a reason to live.

After she reached 15. She began to have conversations with Alec. They both fell for each other.

Oh how I found it so adorable! When Y/n was only 10 months. She said 'dada'. I found my life to be meaningful that very day. That I am a father now.

How she used to hold my cold hands with her little small fingers and believing on me. That I will never let go her hand. That's how she learned to walk. How I used to boost her confidence by! One complain that we all fathers keep this inside our heart.

We all fathers hold a complain against you.
Our daughters are the part of our heart.
But why do our daughters grow up so fast?
What an honor to be the father of a daughter!
Our knees might hurt while giving them a horse ride but we always become one for them.
Because our daughters are our angels.

If tears could fall from my eyes then it would definitely fall by now. She is getting ready afterall it's her big day!

I know she is looking like an angel. Alec has gone through alot. But once Y/n will become an official part of her life. His all pain will vanish. Just the way it happened to me. When I accepted y/n my daughter.

Here her room is open.

Jane came infront of me.

"Master, Y/n is ready. She wants to show you how she looks" Jane said trying to hide her excitement. I could definitely tell that. After all Alec is her beloved brother.

"Ofcourse Jane, let's look at my darling Daughter's bride look" I said while walking to her room.

Then I saw a beautiful woman. Not my little princess. My infant y/n who couldn't spend one second without me. Who used to cry just the moment  I used to Leave her alone for a while.

My little princess is now a grown woman. She is no longer my little princess.

She turned around and looked at me as she ran into my chest hugging me just the way she used to in her childhood whenever she used to get good complimentary marks.

I embraced my y/n thinking about the 5 year old one who became a grown woman. As she pulled away and looked at me to get to my opinion.

"Father, how am I looking?" She asked with a lots of hopes in her two beautiful baby y/e/c eyes.

She was just looking like an angel who stepped her feet on the Earth from heaven. If my precious Didyme was here today. Then she would be proud and so happy and excited for our daughter's wedding.

"Beautiful my angel, beautiful" I said as venom tears welled up in my eyes but they will never fall.

Y/n directly hugged me Tightly as if she didn't want to let me go.

I embraced my little princess kissing the top of her head.

I could feel her heart was racing. She was feeling all the emotions. Love, happiness, sadness, excitement etc.

"Father, after I will get married, will I no longer be your little princess?" She asked hiding her tears engulfing herself in my arms.

I laughed a little as I pat her Shoulder.

"My little princess, A girl might not be a Queen to her husband but she is always a princess to her father" I said as the exact confidence was born in her eyes again just the way I used to encourage her, from When she was a little baby.

She pulled away and stood straight and gave me a gentle smile and said "me y/n Volturi, the Daughter of Marcus Volturi, I hereby promise you that I will never disappoint you. The values and love you taught me. I will shower them to my husband and his family. And his family will be my family."

I was so proud of my little princess. That I got to know that I gave her good values.
I was a good father to her.

Then I held her hand and said "I am proud of you my little princess"

Her eyes sparkled with confidence.

As I walked the entrance holding her hands as I had to give away my treasure to Alec.

Alec smiled at her making her blush. As I gave her hand on Alec's hand. I gave away my daughter. My only property, my only treasure.

As Aro began introduction.

Then finally the vows.

Alec repeated after Aro looking at y/n's eyes holding her hand rubbing his thumb on her's lovingly. And said

"I Alec Volturi, take you Y/n Volturi for my legally wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better , for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part"

As y/n stared into his eyes and squeezed his cold hand gently and said
       "I y/n Volturi, take you Alec Volturi as my husband. I promise to be true to you in good times and bad,in sickness and in health. I will love you and honor you all the days of my life."

Then Aro said "by the power bestowed upon me by God. I hereby declare you Man and Wife!" As they both were smiling at each other without breaking the eye contact. As Aro opened his mouth again "now you may kiss your bride"

As Alec leaned forward and kissed her and Y/n kissed him back.

Then after the reception they both went on their honeymoon at Greece.

Finally the most waited day was accomplished.  "I love you my little princess" I said looking at her and Alec's wedding picture.

I had a rough day. Actually you guys are my family that's why I am sharing this with you. That actually I called my dad today. You know he's in Dubai.

Me: hello dad!

Dad: what's wrong princess? Is the money over? How much you want?

Me:*the excitement in my voice becomes a sad depressing voice* nothing dad I just felt like to talk with you.

Dad: ok anything else?

Me: how are you?

Dad: yeah princess I am good. Actually you know Mr.Bakr is a good person. I believe he can be of our profit.

Me: okay dad thank you for giving me some time from your busy schedule. Also sorry for disturbing. *Hangs up*

I cried for an entire hour. I'm crying every time I am remembering this.

Please if your dad is near to you. Please go and give him a tight hug. And tell him that "dad I love you and you are my favorite hero. Thank you dad for being an incredible motivating person to me"

I actually called my dad to comfort him. It's 4th December today. The day my grandfather passed away. Before even my mom and dad met. And you know just 10 days ago it was my birthday.
My dad says that 24th November is the best day in his life. And the day 4th December is the worst day in his life.

He lost his dad on this day.
And I am losing my dad everyday.
