Madison POV.

I recently found out that I am pregnant. I'm Madison Volturi. The Wife/mate of Caius Volturi. I am a human. Caius found me after the Cullens hybrid encounter. So, I got to know that I can be a Mother as well. I love Caius but he is a lunatic ! I mean by who leaves his pregnant wife alone in a room to sulk around without any care. It has been one day, I found I am about to be a mother. But no one seems to be really care about me!
Caius knows really well that carrying a Hybrid is a dangerous thing. But he doesn't even seem to even calm me down. He is just being the ruthless king. My lower abdomen was slightly swollen and a little bit heavy. I was vomiting continuously.

Thank God that Heidi and Renata are here or else I would have to die alone sulking around the room. Because no one even visits me.

Heidi was brushing my hair gently because I wasn't allowed to move my body.

"Mistress , have you think of any names?" Heidi questioned as her cold hands grazing down my hair making it in a simple braid.

I had no answer because the father of the child is not at all interested, so I simply shrugged.

Heidi nodded in understanding, afterall even she could see how much I deprived I have been.

I began to think, if Caius is already behaving like this then what will he do once our child is born.

If he doesn't give our child love and affections.

I began to have fears, if he behaves like this even after the baby's birth..... Then how much hard it would become for our baby.

I rested my palm on my slightly swelled stomach. So, that he/she gets to know that if I make it then I will love him/her more than anything. They will never lack affections. I will give him/her all the happiness in the world, even if I have to slam their father King rude stupid blonde hair idiot!

Later Heidi fed me then I went to sleep thinking I will find Caius beside me tomorrow.

2nd day,

I opened my eyes and immediately turned around to find Caius behind me. But it wasn't what I expected, it was Renata. She was guarding me.

"Good morning Mistress" Renata smiled at me, thinking maybe this day can be fresh and bright.

"Morning Renata" I nodded with a smile.

"Mistress are you done sleeping or you want to rest more?" She asked in concerned voice.

I felt my belly slightly heavier than before and the sides were swelled too.

"Urm I am done, did Caius visit last night" I asked her with a lot of hope.

"No, mistress" she sighed, as she uncovered the blankets from me and helped me to stand up.

I was done showering, wore comfy clothes, ate breakfast and did all the necessary things.

I gossiped with Heidi and Renata. Because Heidi left for her tour. And Renata had to go on a mission.

I was finally getting bored.

Then I thought Caius might have been a way too busy that's why he is not coming to meet with me. Why not I visit him.

By the the Evening my stomach was slightly bloated.

I wore my black coat to appear decent enough. And tied my hair into a bun. And wore my comfy sandals.

I wasn't well enough. I had a high fever. But I had to see my asshole husband.

I walked slowly outside my room. I walked to the elevator and reached at the floor of the throne room. And walked out of the elevator and through the dark corridors. Some guards bowed at me and I nodded with a gentle smile, Afterall they all are always on their duty. Even their mates must be suffering from being away from their soulmates.

"Mistress where are you going?", Suddenly I heard a voice behind me. It was none other than Jane. I smiled looking at the little girl. She was fearless and deadly but she is a child afterall who couldn't enjoy her childhood as well as her brother Alec.

-,"To meet with Caius, How are you doing besides Jane"

-"Quite well mistress, but Master Caius is busy inside with the Masters discussing about a rumour of a human knowing about our existence from a vampire" she replied.

I thought, must be a serious matter afterall the human can share this news with more people.

"Sister?" I heard a male voice behind me, I turned around it's direction to find Alec.

Jane nodded and went closer to Alec.

"Yes Brother?" She spoke.

"I hope you know that Master Caius has ordered us not to let Mistress run around" he pointed out to me.

I sighed

-"um Alec, it's my fault actually. I came out of my room because I was feeling bored and Caius hasn't visited me. You know I am pregnant."

He looked at me with concerned eyes feeling my pain.

"Mistress, I will get you to meet with Master Caius. But please in the meantime sit on the chair." He sighed pointing at the chair.

I sat on the chair, holding my stomach. Waiting impatiently for Caius.

"Mistress, do you want me to order you something for you?" Alec asked concernedly wriggling his eyebrows with his left hand and his other hand was wrapped holding up the left hand to balance. He seemed really worried. He had his eyes closed as if he was annoyed and in stress. His head was slightly tilted down. His right leg was standing straight while his left leg was tilted to the left side.

I didn't feel hungry or thirsty at the moment, I just kept looking at the little teenage Vampire. "No, Alec I am fine. Thanks for your concern and asking" I smiled geniunely. But he was actually concerned with something else. He seem to have some problems with his personal life. So, I didn't really appreciate to bother him more. So, I stayed quiet.

57 minutes passed away, nor Alec moved a little bit from his stressful position, nor did Jane looking at the floor. I began to feel suffocation from all this.

"Is there something wrong?" I spoke finally grabbing their attention as Alec stood straight looking at me. And Jane's gaze fixed on me.

"No mistress , why'd you ask?" Jane asked in a straight face.

-,"Because the man I have married. Okay? The man I have married, who is supposedly my soulmate! But nor he has time for me not even for this unborn child of his! I know work is important but that doesn't mean that spending a few minutes with your pregnant wife can destroy an empire!" I shouted widening my eyes in anger.

I begun to hear some footsteps from the inside of the throne room approaching outside to us.

"What is your problem Madison?" Caius asked opening the door followed by Aro And Marcus.

The entire attention of the guards was on the drama brewing in front of the door of the throne room.

"What is my problem?! What is your problem Caius Volturi ?!" I glared at him standing up facing him holding my swelled stomach.

Caius looked down trying to avoid this conversation and drag me to the room. But he can't afterall, if he does that then he will surely land in trouble. People will question him. And he can't face it alone because everyone are going to team up against him.

But suddenly his angry, guilty eyes fell on my swelled stomach. His curled down lips parted softly. His gaze softened.

"Madison my dear, why did you leave the room in this condition dear?" He spoke placing his hand softly on my stomach loving it gently.

But if I go calm now. Then next time, he will never regret doing this kind avoidence to me.

-,"Caius, Why don't ask yourself this question?! That your wife is pregnant especially with a hybrid growing inside her. It can even kill her. God knows what is going to happen! But you didn't even think to visit her for a few minutes! Is your work too important for you? Or you are not ready to be a father! When we both had planned for this situation!"

His eyes were filled with shame and regret.
He was looking down and at my stomach.
He finally looked at me.

"I thought, this child can be the reason for me losing my love of my life" he spoke softly with venom pooling in his eyes.

His words might have been simple. But I knew it was his fear so far.

I finally gave his cold,long body a hug.

He wrapped his arms around me trying to ask for forgiveness silently.

"You will never lose me. Afterall I am yet to roast you?" I joked with my signature playful smile.

Everyone had a smile on their face.

"Ofcourse, you are not leaving me. I'm yet to bother you too" he placed a kiss on the top of my head.

"All's well in the end's well" Aro exclaimed as Marcus nodded with a small smile.

I knew my husband was stupid,fool, ruthless whatever.... But he is really loving also. The thing is he is not able to express his emotions.
