Rae walked into the build that (y/n) had sent her the address to. She gripped the hem of her hoodie, nervous as she was about to meet (y/n) in person. The girl she had a crush on for a while now. They had been talking for a couple weeks now, and (y/n) said she was serious when she asked her to do the promo shoot for her new merch with her. Rae obviously agreed. She just prayed she wouldn't say or do anything to embarrass herself.

"Welcome." The receptionist greeted, sending her a smile.

"Hello." Rae gave her a smile back.

"I assume you're here for the photoshoot?" She asked. Rae nodded. "I heard (y/n) (y/l/n) is here. Are you going to be working with her?" The woman asked.

"Yes, I am." Rae chuckled at the woman's excitement. She wondered if that's how she sounds to her roommates when she rambles about (y/n).

"You're so lucky. I love her music." The woman gushed. "What's she like? Oh sorry! Is that pushy?" The woman cringed.

"No, you're fine." Rae said. "But I have to admit that this will be my first time meeting her in person."

"Oh really? Well, I'm sure it'll go great. I heard she's really nice." The woman said sending her a comforting smile.

"Thank you." Rae said. "Um where should I go?"

"Oh right. You can just go down that hallway and it's the big room with everyone running around. You can't miss it." She said.

"Okay, thank you." Rae said walking away from the desk. She made her way down the hall and saw the door was opened. She walked in and a woman who had a bunch of clothes in her hand walked up to her.

"You must be Rachell, right?" She asked.

"Yes." Rae nodded.

"Okay good. Well I'm Aaliyah. If you need anything ask me." She said. "If you're ready, we can get you changed? (y/n) and the others are getting changed as well."

"Sounds good." Rae agreed, nodding her head.

Aaliyah guided Rae to one of the dressing rooms, and gave her the merchandise she would be modeling. Rae quickly changed, and walked back out.

"You look even cuter in person." A voice she immediately recognized said. She turned to look over her shoulder. A wide smile spread of her face as her eyes landed on (y/n).

"Hi." Rae said as (y/n) walked up next to her. She mentally cursed as she felt her cheeks heat up from (y/n)'s gaze.

"Hi." (y/n) chuckled. "How are you?"

"Really good." Rae answered letting out a breathy laugh. "Thank you for inviting me."

"No problem." (y/n) shook her head. "I just couldn't believe Valkyrae liked my music." She joked.

"Yeah, I've actually been a fan of you since your first album." Rae admitted, but immediately regretted it. "I feel like I shouldn't have said that." She cringed a little making (y/n) laugh.

"Well, I don't know if this helps, but after I messaged you I did binge a lot of your videos." (y/n) said hoping to make the girl less embarrassed.

"Really?" Rae asked shocked.

"Yeah." (y/n) nodded with a small smile.

"You didn't see any videos where I mentioned you, right?" Rae asked.

"Oh, you mean like that one where you said you were in love with me?" (y/n) asked with a teasing grin. Rae blushed and looked down at her feet.

"Oh would you look at that, I'm getting a phone call. I gotta take this, one second." Rae said grabbing her clearly silent phone.

(y/n) shook her head laughing as she watched Rae hurry to her dressing room, hiding her bright red face.
