faceclaims: up to two people you'd like on your cover
description: a short summary so i can get a feel for your story
genre/fandom: just so i have a general idea of what the story will include
colour palette: any colours you'd like on your cover?!
inspiration/links: any pintrest/other covers that you'd like yours to be similar too
extra: anything else i have forgotten?

THEME FORM

type of theme: listed above
any text: if you'd want your username or a quote on it (you can put N/A if you do not), ensure to include font ideas for inspo!!
faceclaim: who would you like the icon to be of?
colour scheme: if you want the background a certain colour (again, you may put N/A)
links: any profiles you've found on pintrest, etc that you'd like me to use?
extra: any extra details (e.g. in edited you may want the eyes a different colour or a wound on the face, etc)

MOODBOARDS FORM

type of moodboard/filter: listed above
faceclaims: you may have up to nine, but i would suggest one to three (you may put this is N/A if you do not wish to have any)
aesthetics: any certain ideas? for example, dark academia or y2k, etc
inspo/links: any that have inspired yours link here and any pictures you want on the board that you've come across also place here
extra: any extra ideas, anything specific you want to see on the moodboard, etc

GIF FORM

font: any ideas for the font, or just any general ideas as opposed to a specific one
font colour pattern: any ideas of what colours you'd like the font to be?
filter: you may choose from one used for moodboards, or you may give me a general idea of what you'd like
inspo/links: anything that you'd want your gif to be similar to? any gifs you saw that you'd like me to make the sign in/off with?
extra: anything else that i missed
