My sweetest woman! How have you been sweetheart? I missed you like crazy, but I know you've been busy in the group project with Nancy and Robin. It's not really the time for me to be kidding around but honestly, I think I need to tell you something.

It's almost been a year since you'd move into Hawkins, but I swear the day you walked into the school and my eyes caught a glimpse of you, that was when I knew I was in love. I know I'm not the perfect guy, none of us are perfect. It's just a myth - that you have to be perfect, that you have to be the topper of the class, of the games, of life. You can't be a champion without support. Em, you've been that support system for me. Even though it was just little small talks at the locker room, your little laughs, they kinda made my heart so fluttery. What do they call it? Ah, the butterflies in my stomach.

Nevertheless, I have been seeing you hang around another guy, whom I don't really think is kinda nice. Jun-Ho? He isn't that great of a guy, you know? Alright, I'll admit. He's quiet, the smart kid, the one who loves true crime just like you but I'm maybe better? No jealousy intended. I have always had a feeling that he might have been the one you'd been looking for or maybe he was the one? Again, I'm not envious. I wish you both the best of luck. I've just felt maybe we could be - together?

I wanna lay on the fields, staring into the eternity of the sky above - telling myself that I'm so lucky to breathe the same air as you. It sounds so cheesy, but that's how I've thought of us, Em. I have felt like we would be the limelight of the school - there would be flashing lights at us when we walk into the school, our love embedded in the air? I have always dreamt of running away with you and never coming back to this town. We could move to anywhere you'd want. There would be nothing but happiness forever in our lives. If there are dangers, I'll help you. I'll be there by your side. You won't ever feel alone.

I comprehend how Jun-Ho is kinda your type of guy. But who said Steve couldn't be? I'm busy with everything at Scoops and I miss you coming here with your friends. Remember the one time when you dropped your ice cream and I gave you another one to which you gave me a little nod and that angelic smile. I've been living for it. My heart started beating so fast, my lips trembled and my hands started sweating. There's something so beautiful about you that I can never get over and that's what makes you so special to me.
