The next day was a pretty much normal day. We didn't have much scenes to film so I wasn't stressed out that much.

The usual happened. My cast playfully-fighting to prove a stupid point. Me trying to pretend I didn't hear them. Katie being clingy, almost too clingy while holding Hayden's upper arm, talking to him in a sweet, so-called innocent voice.

I was no expert, but I could tell that Hayden didn't like her that much, her or her fake, clingy attitude, not in a Adelle-Barron kind of way.

It only began to get weird when I noticed that Rajwan's face had gone pale while reading something on his phone. He went for a walk, which was so typical of him these days, but this time, I decided to follow him.

He walked towards the woods. He didn't go deep, but he sat down on the bare ground and started to think. I crept up slowly, and sat down next to him, feeling the uncomfortable, muddy ground beneath me.

Boy, this just ruined a really good pair of leggings.

"Rajwan ? Why don't tell me what's wrong..? You need to get it off your chest you know."
I said in reassurance as I placed my hand upon his.

"I can't..if I tell you, you'll hate me. Remember when your files got hacked on that laptop ? I didn't break it to you right away because I was afraid you might hate me. This time is no difference. In fact, it's much worse."

My heart broke.
Am I that scary ?

"Rajwan, I promise I won't hate you. Why should I anyway? You were the one who gave me hope that not all boys are the same. Well, you and..the cast, and Barron."

"I'll make a promise too then. I promise I'll tell you everything, just..in the right time."
He promised.

"Okay, then. I'm not pressuring you, but just know that I'm here for you. Always."
He barely smiled, and hugged me tightly.
"Thanks, Adelle. I could never ask for a better sister."

...

As we were going back to the location, I saw Annie and Hayden talking in the Great Lawn, their facial expressions were not at all happy or smiley. I wanted to go up and say hi to Annie, and pretty much ignore Hayden for bringing Katie to the location, giving her a chance to criticize everything we do.

But then I stopped. Just at a distance, which was enough for me and Rajwan to hear what they were saying, but not for them to see us.

"So. Great job bringing Katie to the set, Hayden. She's so rude, it made Adelle extremely upset. I'm her best friend, and I never saw her get upset so quickly before."

"Oh, shut it, Annie. Anyway, I heard about your date with Rajwan today, I can't believe you choose him, of all people !"
"And what's wrong with Rajwan ? You're jealous of him ?"

"I'm not jealous and you know it ! I just never thought of you dating a Muslim. Did you forget that they're terrorizing people worldwide ?!"
He continued to speak like that for a few minutes, not knowing that me and my brother were there.

Well, I gotta admit. I never saw that coming.
