The next thing I knew, we were meeting with fans in the huge fancy hall. Most of them were so nice. Others wanted to take pictures, others were tight huggers. It wasn't annoying, if that's what your thinking. Just, a little unusual. I had the familiar bad feeling, which I managed to push away. But it always seems to stick.

I was standing near a big table, signing my book copies that fans gave me. My siblings were standing close to me, also talking to fans. And like I expected, Barron was here. He was also greeted by fans occasionally, which he liked. However, as I expected also, Rush wasn't there, and it bothered me. I didn't want my sister to be so upset.

Nabil was getting hugs from random fans, most of them were happy to meet him for the first time. Fans greeted my two other siblings as well, but Allison seemed kind of distant.
My new/old cast were there, which was kind of the point that we were holding the meet and greet in the first place, but something seemed off..

I thought about it for a moment, then I realized that we have been greeting fans for three hours straight, and everyone was getting tired. Somehow, my siblings managed to keep a straight face, but a few members of the cast, like Georgie, yawned occasionally, which surprisingly didn't attract any fans.

The hall was getting emptier each minute, and when only a few fans were left, something happened.
I saw a familiar mask. Bloody red hair, large eyes, skinny body.
Bonnie.

Or should I say, Bonskinny.
(I'm sure you all know her. She has plenty of fans on Instagram and TikTok, although there has been some theories about her being held captive.)
I saw Rajwan backing away a few steps, shocked. Allison and Nabil before him, also astonished.
They don't know her. I thought. But they must've been scared because of the mask.
It was scary after all.

I saw Bonnie online for the first time, and I would've recognized her mask anywhere. I liked her, as a matter of fact, but the thing that made everyone so surprised was because of the theories about her, or maybe it was because they didn't expect a masked girl to arrive in a public meet and greet like this one.
However, Rajwan seemed the most shocked. Probably scared too. But, I didn't care about that. I have to solve this situation somehow.

I ran towards Bonnie and hugged her.
"Bonnie ! It's so good to finally meet you !"
I exclaimed enthusiastically.
She hugged me back.
I managed to push away the feeling that kept telling me that something was off, and I let her go gently. We chatted for a little while, about how her life was going, and about my next steps in life. The usual.

Then, she waved at the others, and left.

Barron ran towards me, and hugged me tightly, awfully confused. I rubbed his back gently, promising an explanation later.

Did I keep my promise ? Not really.
