I glance to my left and to my right, I see no one in eyesight and take this chance again to take control. I take in a deep breath as I head towards Bruno's office. Bruno is thankfully out of the building, he and someone called Cameron had some work to do. What work? I had no idea.

I quickly open Bruno's office door and close it behind me when I was finally inside. I look around and see nothing suspicious already. I take in a deep breath in preparation for what I'm about to do.

Opening the draws widely almost pulled them off of their hinges, I rummage around in the draws in hope I'd find something, anything that could help me and my position at the station. But so far, there is nothing here.

Minutes pass and it already feels like hours, I'm still glancing around through each of the draws to find something, I lift up piles of paper and files which have backdated from the beginning of the year until I can hear the clicking. I look up out of the window and spot a fully maksed individual on the opposite side of the building. From a distance it was even difficult to see who they may be, or who they even are.

I ran to hide behind the desk but it was no use, the glass shattered all over the floor as the sniper bullet caught my stomach, I groan out in pain and hold my wound tightโ€“trying not to loose too much blood.

My eyes begin to flutter, it's almost impossible to keep them open, but I still try and fight off the pain no matter how much my eyes wanted to disobey my mind.

The office door burst open and I was soon in the presence of two tall men, they stood over me with shock written all over their faces. But I couldn't make out who they were, everything was a blur and my eyes couldn't stay open any longer.

"Mummy!" Her screams echo through my ears with a high pitch. I look around the darkness but can't find her anywhere.

"Alessia!" I exclaim loud enough in hopes she would hear me and escape the man who has held her captive.

"Help!" She yelps, "Help mummy!" I burst into tears and continue to run in the dark, tripping over a large log which causes me to twist my ankle and fall on my face, soon closing my eyes after experiencing the pain shooting through my body.

My eyes open slightly, only allowing a certain amount of light in. I take in a deep breath and already try to sit myself upโ€“not even knowing where I am.

"You can't go questioning her now Dante." I hear the loud whispers echo from behind the oak door, my orbs glance around the room and realisation hits. I'm not in the office, nor a hospital. No matter how much this room replicated as one.

"I can do what I like." I hear the rough deep noise arguing back with his opinion, I currently have no time to explain anything, I don't even know where I am.

The door creaked open and I was soon faced with Bruno. His face was disorientated and clueless. I raised up my brow and still tried to sit myself up.

"Easy tiger." Bruno's voice is soft and his palms are pushing my shoulders down gently, guiding me back down onto my pillow.

"Where am I?" I ask with confusion, I glance around the room and feel so dizzy and tried.

"You're at our home, do you have any idea what's happened?" The question echos through my ears and I shake my head.

"You got shot Luna..." I gasp but he suddenly cuts me off, "But Luna, you were in my office..." He says blankly, and my mind suddenly goes back to what I was doing and where I was, I clench on my stomach and feel the pain already run through my body.

"Easy, easy. I'll get the doctor to come in, but when you're feeling better we must talk about this." I nod and the doctor soon comes in after being called and Bruno leaves me behind with my thoughts that are lodging in my mind and not even piecing together.

Anger. That's all I can feel at the moment, betrayal. I knew that girl couldn't be trusted. What the fuck was she doing in Bruno's office?

I look up and watch as Bruno walks closer and closer to me with his fingers running through his dark locks.

"What did she say?" I ask curiously. He takes in a deep breath before replying.

"Nothing yet Dante, she was in pain and the doctor came in."

"For fuck sake! I'll go in and demand her to throw the words out then shall I?" The anger boils through my veins almost exploding underneath my skin.

"Dante, easy. She must've been there for a reason, stop jumping the gun." He rolls his eyes at me and I stand up from the sofa.

"Stop defending the girl, we've known her a week. She was in your office rummaging around in your draws I saw it on the cameras Bruno!" I exclaim in hopes that my words will settle into his thick skull.

My mind has already had enough of Bruno and his words so I separate myself away from the situation. As it is, we had to shut the building down early because of the shooting, and now we can't open for the next couple of weeks until the police have given it the all clear.

I plant myself down in the leather chair that sits perfectly in my bedroom. I take a sigh and fill up my whiskey glass and bring the rim close to my lipsโ€“drowing out my aggression and frustration.

Hours must've passed and I was still sat here looking out of the window with the pitch black sky. I put down the phone from the police who are currently investigating the situation and the building. Who would've shot Luna and why? Like I know.

I sigh in frustration and watch as my bedroom door opens widely, I turn to see my brother standing there in his plain pajamas. Something Sofia had brought him recently. I chuckle when I admire the state that he's in and turn around to continue to stare out of the window.

"We'll find answers Dante, I promise you. Even if we dislike the reply we get given." He chuckles, in attempt to lighten the mood. I roll my eyes and watch as a smile is painted across his face. Why? I don't know.

"I doubt we'll get what we want. And if we don't, she'll be killed." I state with a-matter-of-fact. My blood has only just settled in my body and I still need to get this anger out, and I'm not getting it here.

"Goodnight Bruno." I close the door in his face when we've clearly finished our conversation and I stroll to the bathroom where my sporting clothes hang up, little did they know they'd be dragged off.

I took all of my clothes off until I was down to just my boxer briefs, I took my black set of clothes and put them on over my body. I run my fingers through my hair and open my bedroom door, to only close it a few seconds after stepping out of it.

I ran down the stairs and walked towards the gym, my favourite place to be. It was dark, cold and not at all full of happiness. I'm the only one who comes here the most, so I share no complaints.

I find myself in front of the boxing bag already throwing punches at it, watching it move and back away was satisfying and made me feel warm inside. With each hit I took the better I felt, the more relieved and relaxed I would be after.

Kicking the bag and watching it swing back and forth was only just the beginning, I decided to kick the bag and watch it nearly want to rip of its hinges.

Sweat is already trailing down my back but this isn't enough, I need more. Something I can really take my frustration out on. I eye-up the wall behind the punching bag and walk towards it full of confidence, each punch I took was a pinch of pain I'd gain, but a pinch of success I'd get out of it.

My knuckles started to turn in colour and match the redness of blood, the skin was already separating and I could already feel the cells bursting. But I couldn't stop, my adrenaline continued to force me to punch the wall to release my anger that I've been trying so hard to withhold.

"You trying to break something?" The voice of my brother, the voice of 'reasoning' arises. I turn and watch the expression on his face changes when he looks down to witness my messed up hand with the blood already spilling from the wound.

"Just messing around." I admit, watching as his observant eyes gaze at me more. I take in a deep breath and hear the thud of the door slam and watch as Cameron and Justin both run in.

"We heard about what happened." Justin says with a face full of curiosity and wonder.

"Do we know who did it?" Cameron's brow is raised. I take a glance at my brother and sigh.

"No, but we soon will."
