❝He's fast and she's weird❞

         "𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
WE ARE UNDER ATTACK.WE ARE UNDER ATTACK", a loud male voice spoke through the loud speakers.

Right now, the whole Avenger Team was in the process of infiltrating a HYDRA base in the woods of Sovokia.

Anastasija, Natasha and Clint were just driving in a big Truck through the woods. As they were followed by robots who tried to shot them, but the Russians kicked them away while Clint shot them with his Arrows.

Thor was back on Earth helping the Team fight against the bad guys and robots. The Captain drove through the Woods on a Motorcycle dragging a solider after him.

Juliet run somewhere through the woods as well and Hulk smashed everything thing he could get his hands on as Stark fought the solider from the sky.

"SHIT!", Tony's voice could be heard through the earbuds. "Language! Jarvis, what's the view from upstairs?", the Captain shouted back.

"THE CENTRAL BUILDING IS PROTECTED BY SOME KIND OF ENERGY SHIELD. STRUCKER'S TECHNOLOGY IS WELL BEYOND ANY OTHER HYDRA BASE WE'VE TAKEN", Jarvis answered him calmly.

"Loki's scepter must be here. Strucker couldn't mount this defense without it. At long last", Thor explained to the others as he punched another robot.

Natasha and Anastasija just knocked out a couple of soldiers, "At long last is lasting a little long, boys", Ana shouted as some soldiers shot at the two again.

"Yeah. I think we lost the element of surprise", Barton added sarcastically.

"Wait a second. No one else is going to deal with the fact that Cap just said "language?", Tony asked the Team disbelieving. "I know", Steve answered, while he threw his motorcycle at some soldiers driving up in their truck.

"It just slipped out", he sighed. Suddenly something speeded past Ana and knocked down Barton, "You didn't see that coming?", the stranger asked while he smirked at Barton.

After that he quickly zoomed off, before Clint could shoot him with an arrow. Then Barton got shot as he tried to stand up, "Clint!", the Twins shouted at the same time.

"We have an enhanced in the field", he informed the others. "CLINT'S HIT!", Natasha quickly informed the others.

Ana went over to where Clint is lying down. The bunker still shot at them multiple times, "Somebody want to deal with that bunker?", Nat said sarcastically.

The Hulk was coming in to the rescue and destroy the Bunker in a second. "Thank you", Ana said in a sweet voice.

Natasha took care of Clint's wound "Clint's hit pretty bad, guys. We're going to need evac", Natasha informed the team.

"I can get Barton to the jet. The sooner we're gone the better. You and Stark secure the scepter", Thor said to Steve.

"Copy that", the captain answered
"It looks like they're lining up", Thor said referring to the appropraching soliders in their Hydra tank.

"Well, they're excited", Rogers told the God. Thor smirked before he pounded on Steve's shield with his hammer and the force knocked down all the soldiers.

"Find the scepter", Thor said to him before he flew off.

Tony spoke up, "And for gosh sake, watch your language!", Steve sighed and looked at the ground, "That's not going away anytime soon."

Stark entered the Hydra base and the soldiers start firing at his Iron-Man suit.

"Guys, stop, we got to talk this through", he pleaded them.

After that he shooted down the soldiers using his suit, "It was a good talk", he told them.

"No it wasn't", one of the Fortress Soliders answered in pain.

Meanwhile Stark found some Solider's and knocked him out, before he stepped out of his Iron-Man suit.

"Sentry mode", Tony said, then he walked over to the computers, "Okay Jarvis. You know I want it all. Make sure you copy Hill at HQ", he commanded Jarvis.

Back at the Hydra base, Tony was still trying to get information, "I know you're hiding more than files", he said to himself, "Hey, J, give me an IR scan of the room, real quick."

"The wall to your left, I'm reading steel reinforcement and an air current", the computer informed Stark.

Tony walked slowly over to the wall while talking to himself. "Please be a secret door, please be a secret door, please be a secret door-", he pushed and the wall opened up.

"Yay!"

Stark them entered through to a secret passageway.

At the same time Natasha and Anastasija had found the Hulk in the woods. Natasha slowly approached him while she tried to calm him down, "Hey big guy. The sun's getting real low"

The Hulk scowled at her, but Natasha kneeled in front of him and put out her hand, the Hulk touched her hand.

As she stroked his hand slowly he started to calm down and changed into Bruce Banner again.

Ana was stunned at how much Natasha could calm Banner down. She could bet that there was something going on between the two of them.

Back at the Hydra base Steve had found Strucker, "Baron Strucker. Hydra's number one thug", Steve addressed the man.

"Technically, I'm a thug for Shield", the man corrected Steve. "Well then technically you're unemployed. Where's Loki's scepter?", Steve told the man unimpressed.

"Don't worry, I know when I'm beat. You'll mention how I cooperated, I hope", Strucker said to the Captain.
"I'll put it right under illegal human experimentation", Steve said to him.

While the two spoke to each other Wanda and Eva creeped up behind Steve.

"How many are there?", the super solider asked the man, but suddenly Wanda knocked Steve down the stairs using her telekinetic powers.

"We have two enhanced. Female. Do not engage", he informed the team grunting in pain.

He looked at Strucker, "You'll have to be faster than—", the man spoke up but Steve used his shield to knock him out.

"Guys, I got Strucker", the team could suddenly hear Steve's voice through their earbuds.

"Yeah, I got something bigger", Stark answered him, inside the secret passageway Stark found a room with recovered artifacts from the Battle of New York.

Including a gigantic Chitauri ship than and some of his Iron-Man scrapped armor. He then suddenly spotted the scepter.

"Thor, I got eyes on the prize", he informed the God as Eva Maximoff creeped up from behind him and suddenly used her powers on the man.

Tony's head shot up and he saw how the Chitauri came to life, then he saw the rest of the Avengers team, all dead, laying on the floor.

He quickly went to Steve's body and check his pulse but Steve suddenly grabbed him.

"You could've saved us", the blonde man choked out.

After that Steve's head slowly Fe to the side and he stopped breathing, but Stark continued to hear Steve's voice inside his head.

"Why didn't you do more?" Stark saw that he was in the Chitauri real, that's when he suddenly snapped back into reality.

Eva was completely stunned from the scene she had just witnessed but when Tony turned round she was already gone.

Later that day when they were all back at the Avengers aircraft, Ana tried to calm Banner down as she asked Thor for his opinion.

"Thor, report on the Hulk?" Thor held both of his hands in the air, forming them to fists, "The gates of hell are filled with the screams of his victims", the God answered with a big smile on his face.

Banner groaned in despair and put his head into his hands, Natasha looked at him shoked.

"Uh, but, not the screams of the dead, of course. No, uh, wounded screams, mainly whimpering, a great deal of complaining and tales of sprained deltoids and, and, uh, and gout", Thor tried to safe it.

Steve and Ana looked at each other trying to hide their smile, "Hey Banner, Dr. Cho's on her way in from Seoul, is it okay if she sets up in your lab?", Tony asked from his seat.

"Uh, yeah, she knows her way around", Bruce answered Stark, "Thanks", the man replied shortly.

They stood infront of Loki's cepter, "It feels good, yeah? I mean, you've been after this thing since Shield collapsed. Not that I haven't enjoyed our little raiding parties, but-", Tony said to the God.

"No, but this, this brings it to a close" Thor answered him with a satisfied smile.

"As soon as we find out what else this has been used for. I don't just mean weapons. Since when is Strucker capable of human enhancement?", Steve spoke up frome besides the two.

"Banner and I'll give it the once before it goes back to Asgard. Is that cool with you?", Tony asked Thor and the God noded his head in agreement.

"I mean, just a few days until the farewell party. You're staying right?", the Genius asked the God curious.

"Yes, yes, of course. A victory should be honored with revels", Thor answered the man besides him.

"Who doesn't love revels. Captain?", Tony addressed Steve, who looked at him. "Hopefully this puts an end to the Chitauri and Hydra, so. Yes, revels."

The Aircraft landed at the Avengers headquarter where Barton was immediately taken to have his wound tended.  Maria walked up to Stark, "Lab's all set up boss", she informed him.

Tony stood up and pointed to Steve, "Uh, actually, he's the boss. I just pay for everything, and design everything and make everything look cooler", he told the Agent sarcastically.

Steve sighed before he asked Maria, "What's the word on Strucker?"

"NATO's got him", she informed the Captain. "The three enhanced?", he asked curious who the two strangers were.

"Wanda, Eva and Pietro Maximoff. Pietro and Wanda are twins, while Eva is the youngest of them. Orphaned at ten and eight when a shell collapsed their apartment building. Sokovia's had a rough history. It's nowhere special but it's on the way to everywhere special", Maria informed him about the three siblings.

Steve looked at her wondering, "Their abilities?", he questioned her.

"He's got increased metabolism and improved thermal homeostasis. Her thing is neural electric interfacing, telekinesis, mental manipulation—", she stated looking up to him but stopped as she saw Steve's look at her, not understanding a single thing.

"He's fast and the other two are weird and strong", the Agent explained to him.

"Well, they're going to show up again", the Captain stated still looking at their pictures.

"Agreed. File says they volunteered for Strucker's experiments. It's nuts", Steve pressed the elevator button and stepped inside.

"Right. What kind of monster would let a German scientist experiment on them to protect their country?", Steve joked, because he did.

"We're not at war, Captain", Maria said to him, "They are", Steve answered before the elevator closed.

Dr. Cho took care of Barton's wounds,
as Anna watched them closely. "You sure he's going to be okay? Pretending to need this guy really brings the team together", she joked while she smirked at Barton, who already looked at her and smirked as well.

"There's no possibility of deterioration. The nano-molecular functionality is instantaneous.
His cells don't know they're bonding with simulacrum", Dr. Helen Cho assured her.

"She is creating tissue", Bruce explained to her and Tasha who stood now by the door watching them as well.

"If you brought him to my lab, the regeneration cradle could do this in twenty minutes", Dr. Cho spoke up.
Tony entered the room with drinks in his hands, "Oh, he's flatlining. Call it. Time?"

"No, no, no. I'm going to live forever. I'm going to be made of plastic", Clint joked as well, looking at him, Stark handed Barton a drink.

"Here's your beverage", he told him chuckling, the Doctor approched Barton and looked at him.

"You'll be made of you, Mr. Barton. Your own girlfriend won't be able to tell the difference", she smiled at the man.

"Well, I don't have a girlfriend", Barton told the young doctor. "That I can't fix", the Doctor said before walking back to her computer. Barton looked at Ana making a face, she had to contain a laugh.

"This is the next thing, Tony. Your clunky metal suits are going to be left in the dust", the Doctor said to him smirking.

"Well, that is exactly the plan. And Helen, I expect to see you at the party on Saturday", he told the Women.

"Unlike you, I don't have a lot of time for parties", the asian women answered him. She hesitated for a moment before asking the group, "Will Thor be there?"
