The school bell rang, its sweet melody signaling the start of the day. Sakura trees were in full bloom, and the warm weather wrapped everything in a calm embrace. Birds chirped in harmony, adding to the peaceful ambiance. For everyone else, it seemed like a perfect day. But for [Name]? Not so much.

She had stayed up late-no, really late-until 3 a.m., reading her favorite Weebtoon. Was it worth it? Definitely. Was she regretting it? Of course, but what could she do now?

Sitting in class, she couldn't stop yawning. Kaito had dropped her off this morning, and though she had tried to keep her composure, she couldn't shake the fact that Kuroo had teased her while walking to school. She groaned, resting her head on the desk, already wishing the day would end.

"Ugh, why today is such a messy day?" she muttered under her breath.

"Oh, maybe because you stayed up late, pfft," a familiar voice teased, breaking into her thoughts.

She tilted her head and saw the blonde from yesterday-along with his green-onion sidekick. She rolled her eyes and stared at the window, clearly not interested in engaging with them. What does he want now?

"Now now, don't be rude," the blonde remarked playfully.

"Shut up,Rip-off French Fries," she shot back, annoyed.

"What?" He blinked in confusion at her words, but before he could retort, he laughed. "Oh, looks like I got myself a nickname pretty quick, huh?"

She ignored him, not wanting to start a fight, but then he pushed further.

"Hey, are you hearing me? Huh? Looks like you've gone deaf after all the attention from the boys yesterday," he taunted.

Her eyes narrowed. She lifted her head from the desk, eyes locking onto the boy standing in front of her.

How dare he! She gritted her teeth, forming a fist. Calming herself down, she quickly checked around the classroom-thankfully, it seemed like no one was in the room.

With a swift motion, she stood up, pointing an accusing finger at him.

"You! Don't you dare say that again! If I ever hear you say anything like that, I'll kick your-" She caught herself, realizing she might have gone too far with her outburst.

The boy wasn't phased at all. He simply smirked, as if it was all her fault to begin with. His green-onion friend began to sweat, suggesting he apologize, but the blonde only shrugged him off, "Brush it off. It's not like she can do anything. She'll probably come begging later."

Unbeknownst to them, a group of students had gathered outside, whispering among themselves. Some seemed to agree with what had just happened, but the boys made no sign of caring.

Once the confrontation ended, and the two boys disappeared from sight, [Name] crossed her arms, careful not to wrinkle her hijab.

'That French fry, I'll come for you at lunch and make you beg,' she thought with a devious smile on her face.

Her smirk faded as the door slid open, and the dark-haired boy from yesterday stepped into the room. The sight of him brought up unpleasant memories. She deadpanned, mentally preparing for whatever awkward interaction was about to come.

Their eyes met, but it lasted barely five seconds before they both quickly broke the gaze. [Name] felt nothing, but the boy seemed to blush. Why? She couldn't quite figure it out.

Before she could leave, the boy spoke, "Uhm, you towel head."

She stood up walking to him. She stopped at his tracks, a few inches, her gaze slightly confused by his words.

"I just wanted to give you your keychain... since, uh... you dropped it when you tried to run," he mumbled quickly trying to form a sentence with right words.

She hesitated, not quite catching what he had said. Gathering some courage, she shyly asked, "Oh, uh, can you repeat the last sentence? I didn't quite hear you."

He sulked, looking away, and repeated, "Y-you dropped your-"

But before he could finish, a cheerful voice interrupted.

"Good morning, Japan!" The tone was loud and clear as a ball of energy bounced into the classroom.

Why this classroom? Well he might want to check it out because he saw his friend heading there.

"Oh, Kageyama!" he exclaimed, noticing his friend. "I didn't know you had your eyes on someone!" he teased, hopping excitedly.

Kageyama's face turned a shade of red that rivaled a tomato. "IT'S NOT LIKE THAT, YOU IDIOT!" he yelled, causing a ruckus that drew attention from outside the classroom.

She watched him pull something from his pocket and hand it to her.

"Here's your... keychain," Kageyama muttered.

"Oh my, thank you! I thought I lost it forever!" She accepted the keychain, a small cat-shaped trinket, with both hands. "I highly appreciate it!" she said with a warm smile.

Just then, the orange-haired boy from before bounced back into view. "Oh, hey! I'm Shลyล Hinata!" he introduced himself energetically. "This is my friend, Kageyama. We would like to invite you to have lunch with us. We'll wait in front of your class! Bye!"

Before Kageyama could protest, Hinata had already dashed out of the room, leaving him behind.

"WAIT, HINATA, IDIOT! I NEVER SAID THAT! WAIT UP!" Kageyama yelled, chasing after him.

[Name] stood there for a moment, watching them leave in a flurry of chaos. She couldn't help but smile. Well, that was... unexpected.

The bell rang, signaling the start of break. The teacher dismissed the class, but called [Name] over as the others left. She walked up to the front, a little nervous.

"Yes, teacher? You called me?"

"Ah yes, Miss [Name], I believe you haven't signed up for any clubs yet?" The teacher adjusted his glasses, scanning his notes.

She nodded.

"Well, it seems like you're not the only one. There are still a few other students who haven't joined a club yet. Can you help me find them and bring them to my office later?" the teacher asked with a smile.

[Name] hesitated but nodded in agreement. "Okay, I'll do that."

"Thank you."
