The car ride back to Geto's place was rather quiet. He didn't want to ask how you were feeling. Though it was obvious considering you were looking out the window with small tears forming in your eyes.

He would occasionally glance at you while focusing on the road ahead. The window's reflection helped him look at you better. He could hear soft sniffs from time to time. As if you were trying to hide the fact that you were crying.

Stopping at a red light, he places his right hand on your thigh. Giving you a squeeze of reassurance. "Let it all out. No need to put on that 'brave' face of yours. It's a breakup. It's okay to cry." He says.

You turn your head and to his surprise, your eyes were puffy and nose was stuffed. You gasp and let your emotions out. Your hands cover your face, embarrassed that Geto is seeing you at your worst. "He's an asshole.! IM AN ASSHOLE.!" Aware of your mistakes, it didn't make the situation any better. You slept with two different men while still in a relationship with Megumi.

Geto didn't mind your crying or snot getting all over his shirt you were wearing. He knew what if felt like to get his heart broken. The only thing he can do is to comfort you.

"He's right. I am a slut.." you mumble, wiping away your tears with the sleeves of Geto's shirt.

"He only said that because he was mad you slept with his dad." Geto said, pulling into the driveway to his house. After he put it to park he takes off his seatbelt and faces you. "He's mad because you were with real men. He still acts like an immature boy."

"B..but...."

"Don't forget, he cheated first." He says, in attempt to make you feel better.

"And I cheated after because I wanted to get 'revenge'." You sniff, a pout forming on your lips.

"It was both of your guy's faults, okay?" He sighs. "What you both did was wrong. You two won't forgive each other either and that's okay." He gets out of the car and walks over to your side. Opening the door on your side he leans down to your level. "Now let's go inside, take a nice warm relaxing bath...." He unbuckled your seatbelt and hooked his arms underneath your thighs, getting you out of the car. "...watch whatever you want, order some takeout and do nothing all day." He closes the door with his leg and walks to his front door.

Geto unlocked the door while carrying your weight which caught you by surprise. He closed it behind him and before he can lock it, you beat him to it.

"Thanks." He kisses you on your forehead and walks over to the couch. Placing your body on the comfortable material.

"What do you wanna eat?" Geto asks, sitting down next to you.

"I don't know."

"Okay...guess we're going for 'i don't know'. That sounds so good right now," He says with sarcasm.

"I'm sorry I'm very indecisive. We can go with whatever you want, it's fine." You say with a gentle smile.

"Are you sure?" Geto raises an eyebrow.

You nod.

"Okay, I'm just gonna order stuff that you like." He pulls out his phone from his pocket and begins typing.

Meanwhile, your thumbs were hovering over the keyboard of your phone. Debating whether or not to call your brother or send him a text.

"They probably think I'm dead." You mutter out of nowhere which took Geto by surprise.

He hums. "Uhh...I don't think so. I would've called them if you were dead.."

"Right..." You nod, finally have the courage to press the call button. The line was ringing. You took a deep breath in as the other line picked up.

"Y/n?" A soft voice answered the call.

You exhale shakily, "Hey, Nico..."

Silence. Your brother didn't respond and you thought he hung up on you. "Uhhh...well you're alive, haha.." it was awkward, he didn't know what to say.

A sigh, "I'm sorry...I'm done with my contract. I really wanna see you and mom. I want to catch up and I'm so sorry for not reaching out sooner. I need to talk to you."

From the other side of the call, Nico bit his lip anxiously. "Of course, do you want me to come over? Where are you staying at?"

You look over at Geto who was in the kitchen, leaving you alone to talk. He was washing leftover dishes from last night.

"I'll send you the address." You reply, looking down.

"...are you okay?" Nico asks worryingly.

You thought back to the last time you spoke with your brother. You were arguing with him because you thought the love of your life would never cheat on you. And your brother was only looking out for his little sister.

You sigh, "You were right."

Nico immediately knew what you meant. He was thinking, you must of found out Megumi cheating when you got back. You had to find out the hard way. He was upset that you had to go through something like this. Especially since Megumi was your first love. Lasting a long time together.

His phone vibrates indicating that you sent him the address already. "I'll be there soon." He hangs up.

You lay your phone onto the coffee table and glance at Geto who was approaching you. "So....how did it go?" He sat down next to you.

"He's on his way here...so I think it went good." Your tone was calm, but he could tell you were feeling anxious.

He looks at you with gentle eyes. His arm wrapping around your shoulder pulling you close to his body. "Hey, it's gonna be alright. He will understand. I'll be here if you need me."

You accept his comforting gesture. Deep down, guilt eats you away whenever Geto does something comforting for you. You feel guilty for breaking his heart, for leading him on. You didn't deserve someone like him.

You pull away and stand up, "I'm gonna take a shower while he's on his way. I'll be right back."

Geto nods and stares as you leave the room. He sighs and looks at his phone. He didn't understand you sometimes. He couldn't read your emotions and that would often bother him. Some times you would accept his comfort and other times he would find you pushing him away. He didn't know what to feel about you anymore.

His thought process was interrupted by a doorbell. He gets up knowing that it was your brother.

"That was quick." He thought out loud. He walks towards the door, unlocking it and opening it wide enough. "Good to see you, Nico." Geto softly smiles greeting him with a hug.

In front of him, was a tall man slightly built but not as built as Geto. He had h/c curly hair, half of it covering his eyes. It was your brother, an exact copy of you. Nico accepts the hug and greets him back. "Likewise, Geto."

Geto tells him to come inside and Nico kindly accepts. Nico sits down on the couch that's beside the tall floor to ceiling windows. "Do you want something to drink? Water? Soda?" Geto offers his guest.

Nico shakes his head, "no I'm okay for now, thank you...." He looks around the room. "Where is she?" He asks about you.

Geto sits down across from him. "She's taking a shower right now." He sighs and leans back. "So much shit has been going on, Nico."

"Like?" Nico got curious. What else could have been going on rather than Megumi cheating on you?

"Y/n has to be the one to tell you. I don't know how you're gonna react but it's...shocking to say the least." Geto finishes off his sentence, whispering to himself.

Nico sighs in understanding. "I also have some bad news to tell her. It's about our mom." Geto's eyes widen slightly and Nico noticed this. He waved his hands in front of him, reassuring him. "She's fine! She's healthy. She's just upset at Y/n for not calling her after her contract was done."

Geto nods. "Yeah I could imagine."

There was silence between the two before they heard footsteps approaching them. You walk into the living room surprised to see your brother already there. You were anxious to see him. To talk to him.

"Nico...hey," you shyly wave at him. You wanted to desperately run up to him and give him a big hug. To tell him how much you've missed him. To cry into his arms and tell him that he was right about everything.

As if Nico read your mind he stands up from the couch and walks up to you. Pulling you into his chest, giving you a hug. You stood there in shock, but gladly accepting his hug. Almost wanting to cry because you thought he hated you. "I've missed you lil sis..." he whispers, his hand ruffling your hair.

That's all it took for you to cry into his arms. You couldn't hold back your tears anymore. "I've missed you too." You mumble into his chest.

"Here, let's sit down and talk." Nico suggests, getting straight to the point.



After talking and catching up with Nico, he was left speechless. Finding out how Megumi treated you before you left overseas, to you catching him cheating, from you cheating on him back with his father, and to you reuniting with an old lover. It was a lot to take in.

Nico stares between you and Geto. He thought for a second before asking you both, "So what are you guys?"

You were hoping your brother would avoid asking you that because you didn't know the answer to that either. You look at Geto as if you were waiting for him to answer but he only stared at you back.

"We...haven't decided on that yet." You finally answer.

Nico nods, taking a bit out of his pizza that Geto ordered. "Well, I see you guys together. I feel the chemistry and tension." Nico sighs, "look, I think you should give 'this' a chance." He motions to you and Geto with his hands.

You awkwardly laugh, "okay thanks for coming Nico. Time for you to go.!" You stand up and pull him towards the door. Nico just accepts his fate and laughs. Geto follows behind you acting as if nothing happened.

Before Nico was about to leave, he stops and turns around to look at you. "Y/n, mom isn't too good. She's mad at you...and I guess you know why."

You understood him well. You knew why your mom was mad and how could you blame her? She has every right to be mad and upset. Hell, you won't be surprised if she disowns you. "I figured. Don't worry I'll talk to her when I can...if she's still up for it..?" You question your brother.

"I'll make sure to talk to her about it. But in the meantime, think about what I said." He leans in to whisper in your ear. "Clearly he likes you..." he looks at Geto and smiles. "Anyways I'm off! Bye-bye future brother in law~!" Nico waves his hand and walks out.

You closed the door and lock it. Slowly turning around to face Geto. "Haha...he hasn't changed one bit..."

Geto tilts his head to the side, "I think he's right."

"Hm?" You hum in question.

"Y/n it's so obvious that I like you. I want to prove to you that I'm worth it. I can show you my love for you. Everything in this world I can give it to you. What I'm asking is....give me a chance." Geto confesses. "I'm not asking for you to date me, you're fresh out of a relationship and I know you're not ready to date anyone right now."

You felt heat rise in your face. He confessed to you. On top of it all it just made you feel even more guilty. But you knew he deserves everything and it isn't you. However you didn't want to break his heart again so you accepted.

"Suguru, I'll give you a chance." You reply with a soft smile, pulling him into your embrace.
