ESTELLE AND VICTORIA NEUMAN. A LOT OF PEOPLE CALL them the couple of the year, the couple keep each other sane. They had met when they were a bit younger, when Estelle had been invited to a Vought party by her friend who worked for Vought. She was left alone until she met Victoria.

They both had gotten along, very well. Estelle was a teacher at the time, who was very much into literature and art. Victoria loved that about Estelle, her amazing artistic talent and how she was so good with Zoe.

They went on a date together after a few months of knowing each other and yet things lead to a lot of things.

Falling in love was complicated. Well for one, she was a supe, and hell, her job as a congress woman was going to be easy if she wanted to keep up a relationship.

Estelle would have been used against her, especially by Homelander.

Estelle was never a fan of Homelander because he looked at her like she was the next target of his plan of trying to put supes into the army. And well, he couldn't care less about Estelle but it was a great way to use her against Victoria.

Years had passed, as they both kept each other occupied and sane. Billy Butcher was well aware of Estelle, the whole world knew that they were both together, and what really intrigued him is that Victoria didn't tell Estelle that Zoe was a supe.

Billy knew this was a great way to get Ryan back from Homelander if he used this against her.
