—WILLOW HALPERT

i. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'what's your wardrobe like?'
i honestly love wearing business casual. i try to keep it simple when actually at work, but if i'm on an outing or a date i like to put a lot more effort into my appearance (thanks new york). besides that, farm clothes are starting to grow on me (wonder why) and i love dresses.

ii. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'how has living on schrute farms changed your (daily) life? is this different to what you expected before moving in?'
living on schrute farms has 100% changed my routine. i used to wake up at 8:15, take a quick shower, get dressed and make coffee before driving to work. but now, dwight and i usually wake up at 6 to tend to the animals and the beets before getting to ready to work. i honestly expected having to take care of the plants and stuff,  but not waking up at 6 am. that's so early for me!

iii. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'where's your favorite place on schrute farms?'
i love the beet fields. i don't even know why, honestly. i love going over there in the early mornings and watching how the sunrise shines over them. or... um... 'fun...' with dwight. 

iv. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'when is your birthday?'
my birthday is september 25, 1979!

v. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'favorite episode/memory from the office?'
hmm, that's tough. i'm at a crossroads between my first sales call (and kiss!) with dwight and hanging out with pam at the diwali party. although the latter ended badly, i still had a great time with her. and, obviously, helping jim prank andy. i look back at that and laugh at andy's overreaction a lot.

vi. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'favorite character from the office (aside from the main characters)?'
not to get too meta, but besides the main characters, i do get along well with phyllis and oscar! and fun fact: over the years, angela has surprisingly been nicer to me. i guess she'd gotten over dwight, which is good. although i think it's laughable that she was engaged to that state senator. the moment that guy laid eyes on oscar i knew there was something up.

—DWIGHT SCHRUTE

i. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'if you could do this all again, would you skip the part where you hook up with angela and head straight for willow?'
Yes. Looking back in hindsight I do understand that my feelings for Willow have stemmed quite early with my relationship with Angela. I regret ever having waited for so long to be with the woman I love, but I do get that maybe that was supposed to happen. Or some fate crap. I dunno.

ii. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'what's willow's favorite animal on the farm?'
She adores the chickens. When she came to the farm for the first time, I showed her around, and she instantly fell in love with them. She insisted on taking on caring for them due to this, and she's done a phenomenal job thus far.

iii. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'what are some romantic gestures to willow that you keep up after marriage?'
We've begun a tradition of Date Night. On the third Friday of every month, we usually go to dinner or on a stroll around the park after work. We also partake in intercourse often. ("dwight!" -w.h.s) Um, I mean... we do also tend to the farm together daily and watch the sunrise and sunset. Vacation is quite rare for us too, only going to Austin every other year to see Pam and... Jim... But we've been to Pawnee, Indiana to visit Becca once. Otherwise, we usually stay here.

iv. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'favorite thing about willow?'
Asking this is like asking if I enjoy 'Battlestar Galactica.' What's not to love about her? She's so sweet, so kind, great in bed ("dwight i'm gonna slap you!" -w.h.s) Sorry! Anyway, she's also so thoughtful and considerate as well, putting others before even though she should focus on herself too. Ah, I love her.

v. ( from heythisisriles ) : 'what are your thoughts on blm (black lives matter)?
I am quite aware of the political movement in this country at the moment. And I am aware of the Christmas tradition wherein a character, Zwarte Piet, is portrayed in blackface. I can admit that my family has played this character before (although never me, personally). I can attest that thanks to being educated by my wife and coworkers on the implications of blackface, my family have halted the use of this character in any future celebrations. I fully support Black Lives Matter and we have donated some money to multiple Pennsylvania organizations. Final note, I wholeheartedly apologize for my insensitivity on this matter and strive to educate and prevent anything like this from happening again.

i. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'what was willow like growing up?'
SUCH A BRAT. nah, i'm just kidding. she was the only girl with three older brothers, so obviously we're very protective of her. we've been close ever since we were kids, with our ages being close and just for experiencing a lot of the same stuff together. we'd usually play and hang out together when pete and tom were out doing god knows what. 

ii. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'what are some of your fondest memories with your sister?'
there are SO MANY, oh my god. there was the time where she beat up my prom date for standing me up, late-night drives just to go to mcdonald's while we were in college, and obviously the numerous pranks we'd pull together. whether it be on dwight, michael or our older brothers, we always had a blast.

iii. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'what's the most annoying thing about your sister?'
she is the dictionary definition of stubborn. once she's set on how she feels on something, there is literally no changing her mind till she gets what she wants. i mean, take a look-see at the beginning half of act two. perfect example. still love her though.

iv. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'do your parents have a favorite child?'
me, duh. what's not to like? my parents insist that they 'love all of us equally,' but it's so obviously me. ("it's me, dummy!" -w.h.s) sure it is.

v. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'did willow's relationship with dwight affect any of your future pranks?'
yes, definitely. she gets really mad when i go too far with some stuff, but over time they've slowly become tamer and light-hearted. i mean, the man's my... brother in law now. [shudders]. she's helped me prank him a couple of times and they've even pranked me! the student becomes the teacher now, apparently.

i. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'did willow and dwight come as a surprise to you?'
when willow first told me about her crush back at casino night, it did. and... when they did finally get together, it was also a surprise. but it was more of a "fucking finally" type of surprise.

ii.  ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'how often do you and jim visit the farm?'
ever since we moved to austin, we started a sort of rotation thing every year. they'd come to us and we'd come to them, usually for christmas or something.

iii. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'what are your favorite subjects to draw or paint?'
i adore drawing people and still life. if i'm at home with the kids and i have nothing to do, sometimes i throw a quick sketch together of them playing or some random vase or what have you in the surrounding area. i have recently done a painting of a sunset for a commission. oh, right! on the side, i do art commissions! 

iv. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'did you have any input in the halpert-schrute wedding?'
of course! my mother-in-law and i went wedding dress shopping with her. i didn't do too much since the wedding was more of dwight's traditions, but it was still nice to shop for a dress!

v. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'did you cry at that wedding?'
duh.

i. ( from willofthisheart / roman-tique ) : 'what are your thoughts on dwight and willow? did you call it from the start?'
dwight and willow... are my children. they are soup snakes just like jim and pam, just like me and holly. i love holly so much. she's so wonderful. 
[rant about holly for 30 minutes]
ohhh, crap. i went off for a bit. anyway, dwight and willow, right? yes. okay. i honestly didn't call it from the start despite my elite matchmaking skills because i thought they hated each other for the longest time. plus dwight... didn't seem like he'd date anyone. he isn't handsome, like me. or like ryan and jim.
